Interpersonal Communication is a social process by which individuals are engaged in them influence each other. The phenomenon that occurs in students associated with interpersonal communication is a lot of misunderstanding when students have problems communicating, mutual understanding is often not the case when students interact with other students. Teachers in the learning process less variable in the use of learning strategies more frequently lectured for teachers in presenting the material and rarely use the media in the learning process much less instill character values. The use of media in teaching is expected to increase creativity, interest and motivation to study. The benefits of interactive learning media is expected to motivate students to learn independently, creatively, effectively and efficiently. The media is expected to be used by biology teachers in any school . This type of research is the development of research . Model and procedure development using 4 - D ( four- D - model ) consists of define, design, develop and disseminate. Stage do not disseminate. Further data collection is done with the validation and test media. Media validated by biology professors and lecturers Indonesian and high school biology teacher. Tests performed on high school students of class XI Earth 2 Padang to determine the practicalities of interactive media. The results of the validation are assessed by 3 people validator to interactive media produced show very valid interactive media with validation value 90.69 %. The results were given to the practicalities of 3 biology teacher and a class of students to the interactive media produced shows very practical interactive media with practicality value of 90.55 % and 86.07 %. From the results of the second assessment criteria states that researchers develop useful media in the learning process , both for teachers and for students.

This study is to demonstrate empirically: 1) The effect of the General Allocation Fund to Expenditure. 2) The effect of local revenue against Expenditure. This study found that: 1) General Allocation Fund a significant effect on local spending. Increasing the amount of General Fund allocation will result in an increase in the number of Expenditure to be incurred by the local government. 2) the original income significantly influence the shopping area. Bullying merupakan istilah untuk tindakan kekerasan atau penindasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang lebih kuat baik dari segi umur, kekuatan, kekuasaan kepada pihak yang lemah. Bentuk dari perilaku bullying yaitu bullying fisik, bullying verbal dan bullying mental/psikologis yang dapat berdampak buruk kepada korbannya, seperti lebam, luka, sakit, penakut, dan lain sebagainya dan untuk jangka panjang yaitu terganggunya kondisi psikologis dan penyesuaian sosial yang buruk. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling/Konselor memiliki peranan penting dalam mencegah dan menanggulangi bullying di sekolah, untuk itu diperlukan pelayanan yang efisien dan komprehensif kepada seluruh siswa dengan menggunakan berbagai keterampilan dan media yang dapat membantu kinerja guru BK/Konselor dalam menangani bullying.

Bunga melati putih memiliki potensi ekonomi dan social yang besar bagi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya dan dunia umumnya. Kebutuhan melati putih terus meningkat, namun produksi bunga melati putih di Indonesia baru mampu memenuhi sekitar 20% dari kebutuhan melati di pasaran dunia. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkat kuantitas dan kualitas produksi bunga. Pemanfaatan Zat Penghambat Tumbuh merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan produksi bunga melati putih. Salah satu Zat Penghambat Tumbuh yang biasa digunakan adalah paclobutrazol. Sehubungan dengan itu maka dilakukan penelitian dengan judul “ Induksi Pemekaran Bunga (Anthesis) Tanaman melati putih (Jasminum sambac L. W. Ait) dengan pemberian paclobutrazol pada beberapa konsentrasi. “ Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Juni di greenhouse STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Terdiri dari perlakuanA= control, B=200 ppm, C=400 ppm, D= 600 ppm, E= 800 ppm, E= 1000 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian paclobutrazol pada beberapa konsentrasi tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap waktu muncul kuncup bunga, waktu mekar bunga (anthesis), dan jumlah bunga melati putih

Type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is the education of students of Economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. While the size of the sample of 92 people with the sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. This type of data is the primary data by using questionnaire data collection techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis consisting of: classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, T test and Test F. The results of this study were 1) Positioning Mie Sedaap through TV ads jointly influence the purchase of re-education student STKIP Economic PGRI West Sumatra. 2) Positioning Mie Sedaap based attributes through repeated TV ads influence purchase STKIP Economic education students PGRI West Sumatra. 3) Positioning by price Mie Sedaap through TV advertising influences repeat purchase STKIP Economic education students PGRI West Sumatra 4) Positioning Mie Sedaap based aspects of the use or manner of making purchases through repeated TV ads affect the education of students of Economics STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. 5) Positioning Mie Sedaap based uniqueness of the product through TV advertising influences repeat purchase STKIP Economic education students PGRI West Sumatra

Pembelajaran tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kegiatan penilaian terhadap peserta didik. Untuk memastikan ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran, guru perlu memberikan penilaian kepada siswa. Dalam melakukan penilaian, guru perlu menggunakan instrumen penilaian yang otentik. Dimana penilaian dilakukan dengan kondisi nyata siswa. Dalam hal ini guru perlu menilai siswa pada domain afektif, kognitif dan psikomotor. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana analisis kebutuhan guru dan siswa terhadap pola assessment yang dilakukan di sekolah. Dari data yang diperoleh tergambar bahwa guru masih membutuhkan panduan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian yang otentik dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari angket yang sebarkan kepada siswa dan guru. Dari analisa data yang diperoleh, Persepsi guru terhadap pengajaran bahasa Inggris adalah 85,25. Keinginan guru untuk meningkatkan pengajaran bahasa Inggris 82,83. Keinginan guru untuk meningkatkan potensi mengajar 83,15. Pengalaman guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian 67,59. Secara keseluruhan, persepsi guru tentag pengajaran sangat bagus, namun pengalaman guru dalam mengembagkan instrumen penilaian yang otentik masih minim. Sementara itu hasil analisis kebutuhan dari siswa diperoleh data sebagai berikut. Persepsi siswa tentang pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris 85,5. Pengalaman siswa dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dalam komunikasi 67. Perasaan siswa sewaktu mengikuti pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris 80,08. Perasaan dan pengalaman siswa dalam proses penilaian 73,99. Dari data tersebut jelaslah bahwa persepsi siswa tentang pengajaran bahasa Inggris cukup bagus, namun pengalaman tentang penggunaan bahasa Inggris dan penilaian yang dilakukan masih dikategorikan masih rendah. Melihat hasil dari analisis kebutuhan guru dan siswa tersebut, perlu adanya studi tentang pengembangkan instrument penilaian yang otentik berdasarkan teori dan praktis sehingga bisa digunakan oleh guru di sekolah dalam proses pembelajaran.

Previous application of the repertory grid technique in exploring participants’ personal constructs has been noteworthy. However, this technique could be modified to suit the purposes of the research questions, the conditions of the participants and the context of the study. This paper presents personal constructs theory which underpins the repertory grid technique and it also proposes the ways to developa modified repertory grid instrument for eliciting teachers’ personal constructs. According to Kelly (1955), a seminal psychologist, individual forms their constructs based on their observations and experiences and these personal constructs are used to interpret events. To elicit participants’ personal constructs regarding the topic under study, the repertory grid instrument, which is developed based on Kelly’s Personal Construct Theory, could bemodified through interview trials. After conducting the interview trials, the resultsshould be analyzed to identify whether this instrument is effective not only for participants but also for the researchers. The modified repertory grid instrument should allow and support participants in formalizing and elaborating their personal constructs. For the researchers, the instrument should be helpful to identify the participants’ personal constructs based on their own conceptions and understandings toward the topic under study.

According to educational development at this time, education not only transfer of knowledge for student but more than that. Education is to create a generation which have a good abilities, good capabilities and good character, in other word create the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspect. The phenomena of education at this time, found that proccess of education is still far from build a affective and character of student. Until now a government program of education “education with a character” still not have a product which suitable with the term of program. Also a curriculum of education still focus to create abilities in cognitive student. So the questions is, how to educate the student about affective capabilities? And is this aspect of psychology in education proccess, will build a character of student? The answers of that questions will discribe using perspective of psychology; social cognitive theory.

attractiveness and accessibility of the facility to the visit of foreign tourists to Aloita Resort in the Mentawai Island regency. The population was all foreign tourists on the time of the research conducted. Samples were 50 respondents; sampling technique was accidental sampling method. The kinds of data used were primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. The technique used to perform the analysis was an analytical technique known as path analysis. For data processing, the researcher, uses computer with SPSS version 17:00. The results shows that the attractiveness (X1) significantly affects the decision of foreign tourists to visit. Facilities (X2) significantly affects the foreign tourists to visit and accessibility (X3) significantly affects the decision of foreign tourists to visit.
