Pancasila and Citizenship Education Journal: Media Study of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is focused on the study of discourse and citizenship practices in the dimensions and perspectives of cultural diversity, equality, and social justice in the context of socio-economic, civic education and learning, related to issues of social and moral responsibility, community involvement and political literacy, as well as legal awareness. This journal publishes scientific and research-based articles on various Pancasila and civic education, and educational topics where conceptual issues of citizenship, local wisdom, political education, legal education, multiculturalism, and plurality issues are discussed. Pancasila and Citizenship Education Journal are very interested in scientific and professional studies in the discourse and practice of citizenship. We seek submissions of articles that cross the lines of scientific disciplines (interdisciplinary perspectives) that aim at the development of Pancasila and citizenship studies and citizenship education in the local, national, and global scope. Our particular attention is paid to works dealing with historical and contemporary questions of concern regarding other dimensions, meanings, and forms in relation to citizenship and contributing to education for citizenship. Each article published has gone through a peer-reviewed process by designated experts. They have experience in journal management and article publications in prestigious journals. The article published in Kewarganegaraan has met the requirements set by the Editorial Board of this journal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK) conducted for 2 cycles. The research subjects were 34 Class VIII.3 students. Collecting data in this study using observation and tests. This study was then analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the research and discussion results, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model in class VIII.3 students of SMP Negeri 38 Palembang can improve student learning outcomes. The implementation of PTK consists of 2 cycles, The results obtained in cycle 1 average value of 65.4 with 20 (58.8%) students who have grades in the complete category or have reached the KKM score and 14 (41.2%) students who have grades in the category incomplete or have not reached the KKM value. Furthermore, in cycle 2, an average score of 91.4 was obtained with 32 (94.1%) students having grades in the complete category or having achieved the KKM score and 2 (5.9%) students having grades in the incomplete category. or have not reached the KKM value. There for the percentage of student success is 94.1%.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Learning Outcomes, PPKn ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan selama 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas VIII.3 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes. Penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada siswa kelas VIII.3 SMP Negeri 38 Palembang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PPKn siswa. Pelaksanaan PTK terdiri dari 2 siklus, Hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 nilai rata-rata sebesar 65,4 dengan 20 (58,8%) siswa yang memiliki nilai dalam kategori tuntas atau telah mencapai nilai KKM dan 14 (41,2%) siswa yang memiliki nilai dalam kategori tuntas atau belum mencapai nilai KKM. Selanjutnya pada siklus 2 diperoleh nilai rata- rata 91,4 dengan 32 (94,1%) siswa memiliki nilai dalam kategori tuntas atau telah mencapai nilai KKM dan 2 (5,9%) siswa memiliki nilai dalam kategori tidak tuntas atau belum mencapai nilai KKM. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of employment in Indonesia is based on the provisions of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning employment. Law Number 13 of 2003 is a replacement for Law Number 14 of 1969 concerning the main provisions regarding employment. The issuance of Law Number 13 of 2003 is expected to be able to answer various challenges and problems of worker protection and Indonesian Migrant Workers. Law becomes an instrument in the sustainability of national development today, national development is carried out to overcome various problems faced in government intervention efforts in the field of employment into two, namely private and public and in a scope that is regulated to be broader. The purpose of employment development itself as stated in Article 4 of Law Number 13 of 2003 is: to empower and utilize the workforce optimally and humanely. realizing equal employment opportunities and providing workers in accordance with national and regional development needs, providing protection to workers in realizing welfare, increasing the welfare of workers and their families. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe main problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of class VII.E students at SMPN 51 Palembang. One effort to improve student learning outcomes is to use appropriate learning media. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class VII.E students at SMPN 51 Palembang through the use of crossword puzzle learning media. The method used is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were 36 class VII.E students. The results of this research were that in cycle 1 the student learning outcomes had an average of 63.8 with 21 students who had reached the KKM (58.4%). Meanwhile in cycle 2 the student learning outcomes had an average of 93.6, with 36 students who had achieved the KKM score (100%) so that in cycle 2 there was a 41.6% increase compared to the previous cycle 1. This explains that the use of crossword puzzle learning media can improve student learning outcomes.Keywords: Crossword Puzzle, Learning Outcomes, PPKn ABSTRAKPermasalahan utama pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII.E SMPN 51 Palembang. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik ialah menggunakan media pembelajaran yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VII.E SMPN 51 Palembang melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran teka-teki silang. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. subjek dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII.E yang berjumlah 36 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pada siklus 1 hasil belajar peserta didik memiliki rata-rata sebesar 63,8 dengan 21 orang peserta didik yang telah mencapai KKM (58,4%). Sedangkan pada siklus 2 hasil belajar peserta didik memiliki rata-rata sebesar 93,6, dengan 36 orang peserta didik yang telah mencapai nilai KKM (100%) sehingga pada siklus 2 mengalami 41,6% peningkatan dibandingkan dengan siklus 1 sebelumnya. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran teka-teki silang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Teka-teki Silang, Hasil Belajar, PPKn

Abstract

ABSTRACTParticipatory democracy is one of the important indicators in realizing a democratic, fair, and inclusive campus life. Student organizations have a strategic role in fostering political awareness and forming active and critical student characters. This study aims to analyze the role of student organizations at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Riau University in strengthening participatory democracy among students. The method is descriptive research with data collection in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation studies of organizational administrators and active students. The results of the study show that organizations such as BEM, DPM, and HIMA have contributed to political education, advocacy, and the formation of social participation values through various work programs. However, student participation is still low due to various factors such as apathy, lack of program innovation, and changes in the social preferences of the younger generation. In conclusion, the role of FKIP student organizations is quite significant, but needs to be optimized through a more creative and adaptive approach so that participatory democracy in the campus environment can develop more substantially.Keywords: Student Organizations, Participatory, DemocracyABSTRAKDemokrasi partisipatif merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam mewujudkan kehidupan kampus yang demokratis, adil, dan inklusif. Organisasi kemahasiswaan memiliki peran strategis dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran politik serta membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang aktif dan kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran organisasi mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Riau dalam penguatan demokrasi partisipatif di kalangan mahasiswa. Metodenya adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pengurus organisasi dan mahasiswa aktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi seperti BEM, DPM, dan HIMA memiliki kontribusi dalam pendidikan politik, advokasi, serta pembentukan nilai partisipasi sosial melalui berbagai program kerja. Namun, partisipasi mahasiswa masih rendah akibat berbagai faktor seperti apatisme, kurangnya inovasi program, dan perubahan preferensi sosial generasi muda. Kesimpulannya, peran organisasi mahasiswa FKIP cukup signifikan, tetapi perlu dioptimalkan melalui pendekatan yang lebih kreatif dan adaptif agar demokrasi partisipatif di lingkungan kampus dapat berkembang secara lebih substansial. Kata Kunci: Organisasi Kemasiswaan, Partisipatif, Demokrasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTOnline prostitution of minors is an act that aims to obtain and can also be offered a child's sexual services by someone or to another person and is accompanied by a payment in the form of money. Online prostitution is an exchange of sexual relations with a reward that is usually in the form of money as a trade or prostitution transaction carried out through the internet or cyberspace as a connecting medium. The media used such as, whatsapp, messenger, facebook, line, and so on. The purpose of this study is to explain the legal protection of minors as victims of online prostitution, the form of legal protection for minors as victims of online prostitution, and efforts to prevent and handle online prostitution. To obtain the data needed in this study, normative legal research was conducted. Normative legal research produces primary data, namely legal materials consisting of laws and regulations, such as Law Number 35 of 2014 Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 Concerning Child Protection. And produces secondary data, namely studying books, theories and scientific papers. The results of the study indicate that how legal protection for minors as victims of online prostitution and efforts to prevent and handle online prostitution. However, the form of legal protection requires firmness from Law Number 35 of 2014 Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 Concerning Child Protection. In providing protection, so that with strict regulations, minors can be protected by law. Efforts to prevent and handle online prostitution can be seen in terms of prevention before it occurs and handling after a crime occurs. It is recommended that law enforcement officers be able to carry out improvements in institutions by always increasing the professionalism and quality of investigators, also strengthening legal regulations or prohibiting online media for any publications that lead to pornographyKeywords: Child Protection Law Enforcement, Legal Protection of Minors, OnlineProstitution Prevention
