Abstract

This paper aims to describe how the implementation of blocking Land certificate based on sweets ATR / Ka BPN number 13 of 2017 on blocking and confiscation procedures and how legal consequences of blocking the land certificate.To discuss this issue, the authors conducted the study using normative research methods. That the implementation of blocking and its stages must refer to ATR/ BPN Regulation Number 13 Year 2017 on procedures for blocking and confiscation. Where Is The Office Land should be processed as soon as possible if there is a request to block and notify applicant to register with the local District Court due to the validity period of the block only 30 (thirty) days from the date of input of the Land Office application and ends by itself. For notary / land deed officer (PPAT) for each certificate which will be carried out the transfer of rights or encumbrance in order to file application cheking first to the Land Office before making his deed PPAT, the goal is that the requested certificate is not in the process of blocking

Abstract

Business activities rife in Indonesia, one of which is the construction services business. The implementation of the construction services business is made by the parties with a construction services contract. In the implementation of construction service contracts, sometimes there are construction service disputes between the parties, both providers and users of construction services, which are decided through arbitration, but there are still many arbitration awards that are not in accordance with the principles of Justice, propriety and certainty so that the arbitration award is applied for cancellation of the decision to the court. Therefore, it needs to be studied in this study.

Abstract

Corruption is an extraordinary crime and can even be categorized as an international crime. corruption has been categorized as a very serious crime and has an impact on the stability of a country. The fact is that despite the existence of corruption laws and money laundering laws in Indonesia, Corruption is increasing. Thus, this paper examines how corruption is assessed as a crime in the perspective of Islamic criminal law. The research was conducted by optimizing the literature data and secondary data review. This study shows that this corruption crime does not get a single discussion in Islamic law, but is likened to the act of theft, robbery or taking other people's things without permission.

Abstract

In the banking world, the implementation of Cessie is generally due to Old creditors requiring financing so that the operational implementation of their business continues to run. In the provision of bank credit should be made in a written form, and the bank must have confidence in the ability and ability of the debtor customer obtained from the results of both internal and external assessments , capabilities, both capital,as well as collateral and business prospects of the debtor customer. The implementation of cessie according to Article 613 of the Civil Code is carried out on receivables on behalf of the old creditor, to the new creditor on the debt of the debtor by making a cessie deed, either an authentic deed or a deed under the hand with the obligation to be notified to the debtor or in writing approved and recognized by the debtor. With legal consequences receivables switch from the old creditor to the new creditor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, assess, and analyze the rights of child victims of acts criminal persecution resulting in serious injury in Indonesia. Research methods used in this study is a normative legal research that is prescriptive. Research approach used is the law related to the legal protection of children who become victims of criminal acts of persecution that resulted in serious injuries such as The Book Of Law Criminal law, Child Protection Act, witness and Victim Protection Act, Law on juvenile criminal justice system and the Code of Criminal Procedure. Types the data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using library study techniques. Data analysis used is a deductive analysis technique. This research concluded that the rights of children victims of abuse resulting in serious injury provided for in the Child Protection Act, The Witness and Victim Protection Act, and the juvenile justice system. But the implementation of protection of rights- rights of child victims of abuse that resulted in serious injury is still not optimal especially in the case of prosecution for damages due to criminal acts experienced by children.

Abstract

Spatial planning is one of the challenges faced by the government City due to violations of the construction of buildings by the community that not only harm the surrounding community but also disrupt the spatial order that has been planned by the city government. This study discusses several law enforcement regulations violation of the construction of buildings in the city of Semarang by using the method empirical juridical research and statute approach method conducted by reviewing legislation and interviews with the Department related to the purpose that people understand urban planning and the consequences if breaking.
