Abstract

Human resources (HR) is the key to business success, so HR must be supported by a strong information system. This is done to measure system availability to find out a low level of availability. so that the quality used can be measured in accordance with the requirements. Therefore, usability testing is used. This test will use instrument testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This usability test determines how easy the system is to use. It is hoped that the system to be built will facilitate access to human resource services. Utilizing the SUS calculation, this test involves six participants with a rating scale of 1-5. The results show that the system is considered good and feasible to use with a score of SUS 70.

Abstract

Trash-Mate is a Waste Bank application that can be a medium of information and facilitate the Waste Bank Customer transaction process more practically and effectively, to help the community in conducting waste management transactions at the Waste Bank remotely through the android application. The features in the Back-End Design for the Android-Based Trash-Mate Waste Bank Application are login, Customer Data, Admin Data, Trash Data, Trash Pickup, Balance Withdrawal, and Log-Out. Basically, a waste bank is a program where waste will be collected and sorted, then the waste will be exchanged for money. The remaining waste will be weighed and valued at a certain amount, then sold to factories that have partnered with waste banks.

Abstract

Storage lockers make a lot of sense to people nowadays, whether in the center of the world, sports facilities like basketball courts, gyms, swimming pools, Schools, workplaces and many more places where there is a great need for them. Abstract

Efforts to boost oil palm production have so far encountered many obstacles, because every plant that grows has the potential to be threatened by pests and diseases, including oil palm plants. The aggressiveness of this disease most often occurs in seedlings transferred to main nurseries. Consulting someone who is an expert in the industry in terms of problem solving is the best way to get answers, but to find someone who is competent in the field is very difficult especially in rural areas. An application to diagnose oil palm diseases was developed to help detect and control oil palm diseases. This application is a program that can replicate the reasoning of an experienced expert in a particular field of knowledge to solve problems like an expert. This application has a goal to be able to help professionals act as experienced and knowledgeable assistants. Data collection techniques for making this application are carried out by consulting literature studies. With this application, it can help oil palm farmers to take early prevention of diseases that attack their plants.

Abstract

Care inining environmental sustainability in the future, is essential to show care for the surrounding living environment. Early education on environmental protection can help cultivate a love of nature. We proposed in this research to develop a game-based technology that teaches love of the environment by helping people play with plants. The Game Development Life Cycle process (GDLC) is used, with an Alpha stage test of 83.33 and a Beta stage test from 77.93. The results of research show that these gamification techniques are accepted by the public, especially children of early age.

Abstract

Living a healthy lifestyle is one of the important aspects for human well-being. One way to start a healthy lifestyle is by consuming fruits and vegetables. Cherry tomatoes have become a popular alternative for a healthy snack. The quality of healthy fruits is, of course, supported by healthy plant growth. Therefore, a smart monitoring system for cherry tomato plant growth was developed to assist cherry tomato farmers in monitoring the quality of plant growth. This system is designed using two systems: image processing using the Orange application to assess the fertility quality of plants, with data captured through a camera. The second system is an environmental monitoring system for plant growth, obtained through LDR, thermistor, and soil moisture sensors. The sensor data is processed using a Multiplexer and WeMos as the controller, and the results are displayed on the Thingspeak website. The designed system indicates the health quality experienced by the test plants, and users can view the sensor readings on the web to observe various environmental factors influencing the plants. Based on the results of several experiments, it is known that the system can function according to the initial goals, and environmental factors affect the quality of plant growth, although they may not be the primary factors.

Abstract

This preliminary study aims to measure the performance of the Moodle-based online learning system for Learning Management System (LMS) of Lampung State Polytechnic. This is done by conducting performance and load testing on LMS to gain a deeper understanding of the server performance in handling high user loads. The measurements were carried out using Apache JMeter with predefined scenarios provided by Moodle. The test results showed that most of the services were accessible well and fast, but there were some services that experience increased response time as the number of users increases.
