Abstract

This study aims to describe community political participation, as well as identify what factors influence the level of community political participation in the process of forming village regulations in Beran Village in 2021. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were taken through in-depth interviews with relevant informants, field observations, and literature studies. It is intended that the data obtained is more relevant and facilitates the grouping of data. The results of the study show that the political participation of the people of Beran Village in the process of forming the 2021 village regulations is still relatively low, seen from the level of attendance and aspirations of the community during village meetings and village meetings. factors that affect the level of political participation of the people, namely internal factors (age, education level, type of work, and income), and external factors (government leadership and outreach).

Abstract

The Sedulur Sikep community is a community group with traditional ties that are still strong and rooted in social life. They are scattered in various areas including in Larikrejo Village, Undaan District, Kudus Regency. Their average economic standard of living is still low, making it difficult to get them politically active. This affects their political culture, including in the 2019 village head election. This study aims to determine the political culture of the Sedulur Sikep community in the village head election and the factors that influence it. This study uses the theory developed by Gabriel A. Almond and Sidney Verba as an analytical framework. This theory explains cognitive, affective and evaluative orientations which are then categorized into types of political culture such as parochial, subject/subject, and participant. The results of the study show that the political culture of the Sedulur Sikep people belongs to the parochial type. The influencing factors are the level of education and economy, the traditional understanding of society which is obtained through the teachings of Saminism, feelings of inferiority towards state policies and changes to the order of the national political system

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program at the Tegal Regency Land Agency. The type of research used is qualitative research. The collection of data used is observation, literature study and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, namely by collecting data related to data collection techniques carried out and obtained by the author. Then the data is processed with the aim of getting a clear picture related to the research focus and the writer performs a descriptive analysis in writing the results of his study.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of policies carried out by the Tegal Regency Land Agency in the PTSL program has been carried out well, but with a note that there must be an increase in debriefing, effective coordination and communication to the field committee, as well as more active outreach to the community, especially for those who living in another area or migrating. In terms of the contents of the policy providing a beneficial impact on the community, from the support of the community in this program to being involved in the process of implementing the PTSL program, the distribution of potential is carried out by giving responsibility and authority to the Village Office and the community involved in the PTSL program. As for the inhibiting factors, namely the existence of some people who lack the socialized PTSL program, incomplete files owned by the community, issues of inheritance rights that have not been resolved, boundary disputes, difficult terrain at several measurement points and field coordination which often results in misunderstandings in communication.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implementation of parking management policies on public roads in Semarang in 2022. By using qualitative research methods, the results of this study show that the implementation of parking management policies on public roads in Semarang in 2022 is still not optimal, especially in terms of limitations. information regarding the existence of a mayoral regulation that regulates parking on the side of public roads and the disposition/attitude of policy implementers, in this case parking attendants, who are very lacking in terms of obedience and adherence to following applicable regulations.

Abstract

Communication is an activity that cannot be separated from human life. Based on its form, there is interpersonal communication, small group communication, public communication, organizational communication and mass communication. Based on the context, there are several types of communication, such as business communication, health communication, intercultural communication, family communication and also political communication. Basically communication is a relationship between humans in order to achieve mutual understanding (mutual understanding). To explain about ganjar pranowo's political communication through Instagram social media, the author uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. With this method the researcher tries to describe, analyze, and build meaning about political communication in the current era. Ganjar Pranowo is a political figure who is very active on social media and often uses social media to communicate with his people. Ganjar Pranowo is well-known on social media for his accomplishments in advancing Central Java, and he also enjoys being involved in society both virtually and in person. The image of a politician must be effective and channeled to be effective. Social media is a popular media used and followed by many people. This has the potential to change public opinion in a number of ways. Ganjar Pranowo is a political figure who is very active on social media and often uses social media to communicate with his people.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the implementation of the quality of public services at the Wonosobo District Population and Civil Registry Office in 2022. Using qualitative research methods and theory according to Valerie A.Zeithaml, A.Parasuraman, and Leorard L.Berry with ten sub-indicators, namely: Physical facilities (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), competence (competency), governance (courtesy), credibility (credibiliy), security (security), access (access), communication (communication), and attention to customers ( understanding the customer). Based on the results of research and data analysis that has been carried out by researchers and the elaboration of the theory used, it can be concluded that the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonosobo Regency is categorized as good.
