Lonjoboko Village has mining potential including sand, river stone, soil, mountain stone and sirtu. The presence of a mining industry in the midst of community life has provided employment opportunities and business opportunities, but must still pay attention to health risks, especially for dust exposure. This study was conducted to predict risks and manage health risks due to dust exposure in sand collectors in Lanjoboko Village, Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a cross-sectional design and the approach used is the Environmental Health Risk Analysis method. The results of the environmental health risk analysis indicate that there are 2 points at risk due to PM10 exposure in sand collectors in Lonjoboko Village. These two points include Depot 1 (1 ilir) and Depot 2 (1 ilir) whose RQ values are 5.4 and 2.7 respectively, which means RQ> 1. While TSP exposure is still within safe limits with all RQ values ? 1, so risk management is needed to control PM10 concentrations in the air.

Employee psychological well-being is an important aspect in the world of work that can be influenced by various organizational and individual factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, Social Support, and Job Stress on Employee Psychological Wellbeing at garment companies in Yogyakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 850 employees of garment companies in Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the independent variables (Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, Social Support, and Job Stress) with the dependent variable (Psychological Well-Being). The results showed that Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, and Social Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Psychological Wellbeing, while Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Psychological Wellbeing. Of the four variables, Work-Life Balance has the most dominant influence in improving employee psychological well-being. These findings indicate that companies need to pay attention to work-life balance, employee engagement, and social support in the work environment, as well as manage work stress more effectively to improve employees' psychological well-being. The problem of finding the nearest restaurant from campus is often faced by students. This research proposes a web-based solution that implements the greedy algorithm to find the shortest route. The greedy algorithm was chosen because of its ability to make decisions quickly and produce good solutions in many cases. The system will integrate campus geographic data, restaurant locations, as well as road information and other obstacles. The research results are expected to contribute to the development of more efficient location-based navigation applications.

This research analyzes the implementation of Law No. 6/2014 on Villages, with a focus on the Village Fund Direct Cash Transfer (BLT) program in Gelora Village, Sikur Sub-district, East Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara. This law provides a legal framework for villages to manage their finances, including funds for social assistance programs such as BLT, supported by government regulations, relevant ministerial regulations, and East Lombok Regent regulations that regulate the allocation, amount, and criteria for BLT recipients. This study examines the BLT implementation mechanism in Gelora Village, where the majority of the population earns a living in the agricultural sector, and evaluates its impact on community welfare and village development. The implementation in Gelora Village showed initial challenges related to transparency that triggered community protests, but later received an award from the Ministry of Villages for the successful distribution in 2020. The program is considered to have contributed to meeting the basic needs and purchasing power of the community, although potential negative impacts such as social jealousy were also identified. The main challenges faced include transparency issues, accuracy of recipient data, potential misuse of funds (referring to PKH cases in the same region), and inter-agency coordination. This research recommends increased transparency and accountability, strengthened data validation, better program socialization, strict supervision, improved coordination, and continuous impact evaluation to optimize the effectiveness of the BLT program as mandated by the Village Law.
