Abstract

Nowadays, public sector organizations have been exposed with tremendous pressure toadapt to significant change from the external environment (Valle, 1999). The dynamismof public service needs that are getting better is a demand and necessity at this time,because of technological developments, consumer preferences, fast service, transparentand simple bureaucratic systems, and good service governance are demands for thepublic as end consumers. Problems related to the complicated bureaucracy in publicsector organizations will be overcome if the organization has a good service culture.The attitude and behavior of employees is a reflection of the service culture instilled bythe organization. A good service culture will support service innovation by employeeswhich in turn impacts on organizational performance. Therefore, service culture isbelieved to have a significant effect on shaping employee service performance inIndonesian public agencies.This study is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to confirm the relationshipbetween variables in empirical research for the reliability testing of a theory. This studywill only be conducted at one specific time which will show a phenomenon to answer theresearch questions to be studied, so that it uses a cross sectional research design.Respondent samples used in this study were 250 respondents. To answer the researchobjectives, researchers used Structural Equation Modeling as a data analysis tool. Dataanalysis was performed using PLS Graph 3.0. The results of the study found that one ofthe three hypotheses proposed proved significant in this study. The hypothesis thatproved significant was the effect of service innovation on organizational performance,while the influence of service culture on service innovation and organizationalperformance was not proven in this study.

Abstract

Cash holding is cash that must be available to the company to take certain actions in thefuture, decisions made by managers of non-banking companies in Indonesia will have animpact on the company's activities. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect ofBI rate, growth opportunity, leverage, firm size, board size, and profitability on cashholding, the research sample were 190 companies with 910 non-banking companies as theobservations on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The statistical test used to testthe hypothesis is panel regression (fixed effects) with classical assumptions The result ofthis research shows that variable of BI rate, growth opportunity, and firm size has asignificant effect on cash holding at 5% significance level, and F test shows that BI rate,growth opportunity, leverage, firm size, board size, and profitability simultaneously affectsthe cash holding as 82%. This research also shows that the variables that affect the cashholding of all non-banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) use a tradeofftheory.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of foreign exchange rate(IDR) as moderator variable in the influence of capital structure and dividend policy onStock Prices of companies at IDX. In this research samples are 45 companies as the mainmover of Indonesia Stock Indices. This research uses Panel Data Analysis (PDA) to test thehypotheses. The results show that: (1) capital structure (debt equity ratio) and dividendpayout ratio have a significance influence on the stock price and the stock market, (2)exchange rate (US$/IDR) has negative moderating effect on both capital structure anddividend payout ratio. In conclusion, this research support the theory of capital structureand dividend relevance, even in bear market in Indonesia. The decreasing IDR agains US $causes the influence of capital strucure and dividend policy on both the composite stockindex and the stock prices.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Business Risk, Financial Risk and Market Risktowards LQ 45 stock performance. LQ 45 Stock Market period 2012 – 2016 were taken as thesample of this research. This research yields that average DOL value is positive which meansthat the sample studied is an efficient company, with an average DER value of less than100% which means that the company's financial risk level is small and with an average ROErating above 50% means that the company has added value to shareholders.The model usedin this study is multiple regression model. Type of this research is explanatory research. Theresult of the research shows that there is no signifikan impact of the business risk, financialrisk and market risk towards LQ 45. So it can be concluded that the fundamental factor inthis research has no effect on LQ 45 stock performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the promotion mix on the purchasedecision of Toyota Avanza cars at AUTO 2000 Palembang Branch. Data in this study werecollected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples used inthis study were 100 respondents. The technique used in this study sample was purposivesampling. The results of the analysis in this study indicate simultaneously (F test) theindependent variables, namely personal sales, sales promotion, advertising and publicrelations significantly influence the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision of theToyota Avanza at AUTO 2000 Palembang Branch. Partially (t test), the variables of personalsales, sales promotion and advertising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Asfor the public relations variable does not significantly influence the purchase decision. Themost dominant variable influencing purchase decisions is the advertising variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the community in the District of Gading Cempaka BengkuluCity that aims to determine the effect of income, the number of family members and age onthe proportion of household savings in the city of Bengkulu in particular the District ofGading Cempaka. Using a verification approach with multiple regression analysis tools and asample of 100 people. The results of the study stated that only the age variable had asignificant effect on the proportion of household savings.
