Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the most influential factors including cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors on the investor's decision to trade on the IDX. This research is descriptive research, with the study population is Bengkulu community investors who transact on the IDX with the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are cultural, social, personal and psychological factors partially or simultaneously a positive and significant effect on investors' decisions to trade on the IDX. Psychological factors are the most dominant factors influencing investors' decisions to trade on the IDX.

Abstract

Employee’s performance is the most important key to achieve organizational purpose.  The hospital is engaged in the health sector by conducting management based on management of business entities. Hospital needs to give attention to its human resources in order to improve hospital services. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on employee's affective commitment. Test and analyze the effect of Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Affective Commitments. Test and analyze the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance. Test and analyze the effect of Intrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance. Test and analyze the effect of Affective Commitment on Employee Performance. In order to test the hypothesis analyze the author uses the Structural Equation Modeling analysis tool with SmartPLS. Respondents of this study were Administration Employees RSUD A. Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda with a total sample of 60 respondents. Data collection technique are library research, questioners and interviews. The results of the analysis show that individual characteristics have positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Intrinsic Motivation has positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Individual characteristics have positive and unsignificant effect on employee performance. Intrinsic Motivation has unsignificant negative effect on employee performance and affective commitment has  significant on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and transformational leadership both partially and simultaneously on the performance of Polri Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police. The subjects in this study were members of the National Police at the South Sumatra Regional Police. The sample in this study were 96 people. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The statistical analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study indicate that together and partial work stress and transformational leadership have a significant influence. This is based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous Test) with the significance value obtained is 0,000 <0.05. Based on the results of the t test showed work stress (X1) partially significant effect on the Performance of Police Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police (Y) with a significance value of 0.044 <0.05. Furthermore, the transformational leadership variable (X2) partially also had a significant effect on the performance of Polri Members in the South Sumatra Regional Police (Y) with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of direct compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk. The population in this study is all employees of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), TBK, 2020 as many as 894 employees. The samples used in the study were as many as 231 employees as respondents (Echelon 2, Echelon 3 and Echelon 5) obtained through purposive sampling techniques and combined with random sampling techniques. Data collection methods use questionnaires and data processing techniques used through multiple linear regression analyses. Results of multiple linear regression analyses showed that direct compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee's performance at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), TBK as well as the working discipline is positive and significant to the employee's performance at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero), TBK. Direct compensation needs to be optimize especially in terms of providing employee incentives and work discipline that needs to be improved by enforcing.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the role of leadership to be one of the key factors in the life of the organization. leadership, discipline, quality must be owned by the leader's office, is fundamentally individual advantages, including the ability to direct subordinates skills, provide motivation and at the same time is able to provide strict sanctions, with the employee if the employment irregularities. In addition it must be able to personally leader in conflict management and wise in making decisions. The method used is the method of qualitative description. with the hope to expose all of the facts and events, with the hope of obtaining accurate research results and not merely engineering. For data collection using several ways including: interviews and questionnaires. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test factors that causing service failure at the Raflesia Hospital and to determine the influence of service failure factors on the patient’s complaint behavior. Quantitative research design is used in this study. Data collection method conducted by hand-delivery survey with using questionnaire. The respondents of this study are the patient’s or their families who came to the raflesia hospital to get treatment for healty condition. Accidental sampling technique was used in this study because all of people who came to the hospital were usually familiar with the service in the hospital and their deserved to be the respondent. Data collected were analysed by using two combination of statistical method, namely: analysis factor and multiple regression analysis. This study found that: 1) there are six factors causing service failure in the raflesia hotel at Bengkulu city, namely: lack of empathy, expensive rates, room discomfort, Reliability, insufficient facilities, and lack of responsiveness; 2) all of these factors have positive and significant influence to the patient’s complaint behavior. Manager at the raflesia hospital have to pay attention to these factors to improve patient’s comfort and complacency to overcome service failure in the future. Practical and empirical contribution are also elaborated in this study.
