Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the product quality, the price, and the service quality towards the consumer satisfaction of the rice seeds produced by BPTP Balai Benih Pertanian (The Agricultural Technology Research Center for Seeds) Barongan. This quantitative research uses a survey method in which an investigation is carried out to obtain the facts from the existing symptoms. The determination of the location used the purposive method, a deliberate determination of the research location based on the considerations of BPTP BBP Bantul Regency, which provides excellent and qualified seeds, as well as a government institution which engages in advancing the welfare of peasants, especially in Bantul Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, and t test. The respondents were 40 people who were selected through incidental sampling. The interpretation of the analysis results shows 95% confidence level. The results showed the significance of the effect of price on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Current Ratio and Return On Assets towards Price to Book value. The data analysis models used in this study are descriptive and inference statistical analysis. The population in this study is mining sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013 to 2017. The sample is chosen by using purposive sampling 33 companies are chosen since they have fulfiled the criteria, that is having annual financial reports during the study period 2013-2017. The result shows that the variables Current Ratio have significant negative effect on corporate value. The result also shows that the variables Return On Assets have a significant positive effect on corporate value.

Abstract

The welfare of the community is significant to create the distinguished human resources and able to compete in the world of work, as well as to keep up with the times, where human resources are required to be able to work in their respective fields. The employee’s welfare is also fundamental because the employees are the driving force for the corporation. By fulfilling of the employee’s rights, the morale in workplace will increase automatically, along with the output. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the effect of the employee’s welfare towards his/her working performance at PT Citra Mahkota in Ella Hilir District, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The employee’s performance is the achievement given by the employees to the corporation, either in the form of accomplishments or results. From the research conducted, the results show that the employee’s welfare affects their working performance. The results of this research show that 36% of economic welfare affects the employee’s performance of PT Citra Mahkota.

Abstract

Compensation, definitely, affects the performance of the activists. The compensation, whether sufficient or not, will affect the performance of the activists. If the compensation given is sufficient, thus the activist will have good working performance. This study aims to argue the effect of the compensation variable on the performance of KSP CU Keling Kumang activists. Based on the previous research, enriched with supporting theories proposed by the experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. The type of the research is descriptive and qualitative. In this study, the researcher used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and then processed it using a Simple Linear Regression analysis tool to prove that compensation indeed affect the performance of KSP CU Keling Kumang activists at Branch Office Sekadau and the results from the regression equation Y = 40,972 + 0.136 X.

Abstract

A statutory regulation to regulate certain materials to solve problems that exist in society and everything to fix general problems and ensure security so that each citizen tries and can carry out their respective functions. Judging from its function, the law with a responsive character is aspirational. That is a legal product that contains materials that are generally in accordance with the aspirations or will of the community it serves so that this legal product can be seen as a crystallization and will of the community. This article will analyze the background and context of the issuance of the Regulation of the Governor of North Kalimantan No.21 of the Year concerning Guidelines for the Use of Typical Batik for the Province of North Kalimantan and outline the facts, whether the product of the legislation is aspirational or not.
