Abstract

Karakteristk hidrodinamik, dan pola aliran pada aliran berlawanan arah udara-air dalam pipa vertikal telah dilakukan. Pengukuran ketebalan film dengan metode konduktimetri, dan penurunan tekanan dengan manometer U. Untuk mendapatkan aliran berlawanan arahm udara-air, maka air dialirkan dari atas melalui media berpori, sedangkan udara diinjeksikan dari bawah secara aksial. Pengukuran ketebalan film dilakukan pada jarak (X) 400, 1600, dan 2400xmm dengan variasi angka Reynolds air (ReL) 845-2446 dan laju injeksi udara dengan kecepatan 1.84-5.54m/s dari injektor air. Pengukuran ketebalan film dilakukan secara simultan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kurva ketebalan film terjadi penurunan secara perlahan-lahan dengan meningkatnya laju aliran udara. Tetapi, saat flooding besaran ini turun drastis, dan gradien tekanan (dp/dx) tiba-tiba meningkat tajam. Flooding diawali ketidakstabilan aliran film dimulai dari sisi bagian bawah saluran, kemudian membentuk formasi gelombang-gelombang kecil dan pola aliran acak bergerak ke atas secara simultan. Saat flooding pola aliran ini berubah menjadi pola aliran annular mengalir ke bawah. Pada transisi aliran, dimana struktur aliran lokal turun drastis dan kemudian konstan sebagai fungsi waktu. Pengukuran ketebalan film dari tiga titik menunjukkan bahwa flooding terjadi lebih awal pada sisi bagian atas dekat sisi masuk air.

Abstract

Sentral Perkasa Jaya is a company that’s move in expedition. The problem faced is the development of technology causing intense business competition, resulting in decreased level of corporate income from year to year. In addition, the strategies used also tend to be monotonous, causing companies to compete with other companies. There are many problem of marketing strategy in the company, it can be an analysis of internal and external factors in the company. Next, internal and external factors will be analyzed again using SWOT matrix and IE matrix. After that Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) are used to analyze decision making selection about appropriate strategies applied n the company. Based on the calculation of strategies that have been done using two methods, SWOT and IE, then the appropriate alternative strategy for the company is a market penetration strategy and product development strategy. The results of the QSPM method indicate that the best alternative strategy is the product development strategy with a total score of 5.47. This product development strategy is a strategy whereby a company does an existing product repair, or develops a new product to increase sales.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Rasio Rentabilitas dan Likuiditas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Bank Swasta Nasional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio rentabilitas dengan proksi Return On Assets-ROA, Return On Equity-ROE, Net Interest Margin dan BOPO serta rasio likuiditas menggunakan proksi Loan to Deposite Ratio- LDR, sedangkan variable dependen yang digunakan adalah Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2008-2010. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 perusahaan dengan metode pengambilan data secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisa regresi menunjukkan bahwa variable ROA tidak berpengaruh signifikan, variable ROE tidak berpengaruh signifikan, variabel NIM berpengaruh signifikan, BOPO tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan LDR tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil uji secara bersama menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil uji dengan variabel pemoderasi menunjukkan kemampuan mempengaruhi yang yang sangat kecil. Sedangkan uji determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat kecil yaitu 0.770. hal ini menunjukkan nilai perusahaan lebih ditentukan faktor lainnya yang tidak termasuk dalam model.

Abstract

Abstract. Urinary Tract Infection is one of the most common infections in childhood and the main cause is Escherichia Coli bacteria. Boys who were not circumcised had a higher risk of UTI than those who were circumcised. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between circumcision and the incidence of UTI in children. This research is a scoping review, by searching for articles from the PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar databases. Articles that meet the inclusion criteria are 3,059 articles and those that are included in the exclusion criteria are 324 articles. The results based on the PICO(s) or Problem/Population Intervention Comparisson Outcome and critical review tests were obtained as many as 4 articles. This study was conducted in the period April-November 2021. The results of the study and analysis of four articles, all of the articles stated that there was a relationship between circumcision and a decrease in the incidence of UTI. Two articles stated that the rate of bacterial colonization was higher in children who were not circumcised. Two other articles stated that circumcision was proven to reduce the incidence of UTI because it reduced colonization of uropathogenic bacteria. The method of data collection is literature study. From this literature review study, it was concluded that circumcision can significantly reduce the risk of UTI incidence in children. Abstrak. Infeksi Saluran Kemih merupakan merupakan salah satu infeksi yang banyak terjadi pada masa anak-anak dan penyebab utamanya adalah bakteri Escherichia Coli. Anak laki-laki yang tidak dilakukan sirkumsisi memiliki risiko ISK lebih tinggi daripada yang disirkumsisi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan sirkumsisi dengan kejadian ISK pada anak. Penelitian ini merupakan scoping review, dengan mencari artikel dari database PubMed, Science Direct, dan Google Scholar. Artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 3,059 artikel dan yang termasuk dalam kriteria ekskulsi sebanyak 324 artikel. Hasil uji kelayakan berdasarkan PICO(s) atau Problem/Population Intervention Comparisson Outcome dan uji telaah kritis didapatkan sebanyak 4 artikel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada periode April-November 2021. Hasil telaah dan analisis dari empat artikel, keseluruhan artikel menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara sirkumsisi dan penurunan insiden ISK. Dua artikel menyatakan bahwa angka kolonisasi bakteri lebih tinggi pada anak yang tidak disirkumsisi. Dua artikel lainnya menyatakan bahwa prosedur sirkumsisi terbukti efektif untuk menurunkan angka kejadian ISK karena berkurangnya kolonisasi bakteri uropatogen. Metode pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka. Dari studi literature review ini, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa sirkumsisi dapat menurunkan risiko angka kejadian ISK secara signifikan pada anak.

Abstract

A statutory regulation to regulate certain materials to solve problems that exist in society and everything to fix general problems and ensure security so that each citizen tries and can carry out their respective functions. Judging from its function, the law with a responsive character is aspirational. That is a legal product that contains materials that are generally in accordance with the aspirations or will of the community it serves so that this legal product can be seen as a crystallization and will of the community. This article will analyze the background and context of the issuance of the Regulation of the Governor of North Kalimantan No.21 of the Year concerning Guidelines for the Use of Typical Batik for the Province of North Kalimantan and outline the facts, whether the product of the legislation is aspirational or not.

Abstract

Agroforestry-integrated community forests foster greater plant diversity compared to conventional agriculture, potentially offering significant ecological and societal benefits. However, the specific contribution of diverse floor vegetation within these forests to carbon cycling remains understudied. This study addresses this knowledge gap by comprehensively analyzing the floristic composition and carbon storage potential of floor vegetation in tropical community forests. Using a stratified random sampling design with quadrats to ensure representative data collection across various locations in Ciamis Regency, West Java, Indonesia, we identified 296 plant species belonging to 89 families. Our analysis revealed that the understory vegetation exhibits moderate species diversity and stores carbon ranging from 0.107 to 0.238 Mg C ha⁻¹, with an average sequestration potential of 0.730 Mg C ha⁻¹. These findings suggest that community forests harbor diverse floor vegetation communities with significant carbon storage and sequestration potential, providing valuable insights for environmentally sustainable community forest management and contributing to broader efforts towards climate change mitigation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of information technology mastery and self-efficacy in fostering technopreneurship readiness among vocational students. Technopreneurship is a business field that utilizes information technology and presents a viable solution to unemployment. Meanwhile, vocational school graduates have a significant opportunity to pursue technopreneurship. To support these graduates’ readiness in the field of technopreneurship, it is necessary to equip them with information technology and self-efficacy skills. With these skills, vocational school graduates have the opportunity to become independent workers and create new jobs based in the field of information technology.The rapid development of information and communication technology high lights the importance of students’ mastery of this field. These skill sarenecessary for students to compete, beresponsible, and exhibit creativity and innovation. Additionally, self-efficacy refers to anindividual’s belief and confidence in their ability to influence their environment. It is a crucial factor in determining students’ readiness to work. By enhancing their self-efficacy, students can be motivated to establish new businesses based on information technology. There fore, this research employed a correlational quantitative method, focusing on vocational students in Buleleng Regency, with a sample size of 167. Regression analysis was used to analyze the data with two predictors. The finding sindicated that the mastery of information technology and self-efficacy significantly contributed to the technopreneurship readiness of vocational students. Abstract

This study examines the influence of advertising spending, customer relationship management, market segmentation, and competitive positioning on brand awareness and revenue growth in the retail sector of Indonesia. Data from 300 participants were gathered and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares version 3, employing a quantitative methodology. The findings demonstrate that all proposed connections are statistically significant and positive, suggesting that making smart investments in advertising, implementing good customer relationship management techniques, conducting precise market segmentation, and establishing a strong competitive position have a substantial impact on increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth. These findings provide significant information for retail managers and marketers who want to optimize their marketing strategy and achieve sustainable growth in a competitive market.

Abstract

Green IT Management, which aims to save energy in the business process ecosystem, is rarely used in the field of information technology. Because there is still little research and empirically, the application of Green IT is still in the modeling framework or local policies set stage, so not all companies are willing and able to do it. Because there is a gap between theory development and theory implementation, the right research direction is required so that the Green IT policy can be updated with the most recent conditions and accurately adopted. As a result of this situation, research questions must be addressed, such as whether the research gap from Green IT from its inception to 2022 exists, and whether the current Green IT policy modeling research direction can lead to implementation research. Using the PRISMA method as a guideline for conducting systematic literature reviews on the 200 most cited articles in the Scopus database, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar. In the final stage, 20 articles with conceptual discussions, 12 articles with empirical research, and 10 articles with policy implementation discussions were discovered. Based on the findings of the SLR study, it is possible to conclude that the first, the research gap, remains in the implementation section. Next, modeling and policy have not resulted in comprehensive implementation. Green IT research is still in its early stages, despite its steady progression over the last ten years. Empirically, not all companies are willing or able to implement because experimental research is still relatively limited in comparison to policy modeling research. According to this explanation, there is a gap between the implementation and development of theories or policy frameworks within the context of Green IT.
