Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan metode 5S di PT. Selecta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis ruang kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode 5S belum ditemukan dalam penataan ruang kantor di PT. Selecta. Ketidakteraturan dan kekacauan lingkungan kantor menjadi indikasi ketiadaan praktik 5S. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah PT. Selecta belum menerapkan metode 5S dalam penataan ruang kantornya. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya PT. Selecta untuk mempertimbangkan penerapan metode 5S guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas ruang kantor.

Abstract

The purpose of using the Material Analysis Sheet in the Discussion Method is to improve the learning achievement of each student in learning activities. This analysis sheet is used to measure how far the student is able to absorb and understand the material during the discussion. Improving the effectiveness of learning, what the author wants to know is on two aspects of the assessment, namely the process aspect and the result aspect. The process aspect is explored in two ways, namely the assessment carried out by the teacher and the assessment by the audience. The assessment carried out by the teacher is addressed to all students regarding the learning process. This assessment uses the Process Assessment Sheet. While the audience assessment is aimed at the presenter group, it is carried out using the Material Evaluation Sheet. The results of the assessment of these two methods are combined and divided into two to get the value of learning effectiveness in the process aspect. Meanwhile, the author can explore aspects of the results by looking at the post-test scores by conducting written tests in the form of multiple choice questions (multiple chois), which are carried out at the end of the lesson. Learning is said to be effective, that is, when it reaches the predetermined targets. In the process aspect, the researcher stated that it was effective if the process assessment had achieved a score of 80% or more. Meanwhile, the outcome aspect is declared effective if students who achieve KKM (posttest score = 70) are at least 70% of the total number of students.

Abstract

The selection of the right learning model greatly affects the success in determining the high and low results achieved by students in carrying out learning. However, to be able to have the right learning model, careful observation is needed by looking for the causes behind the difficulty of students learning the given material. The emphasis is on the importance of activities and interactions during the learning process to achieve what is the purpose of teaching. Thus the success of students in the learning process will achieve maximum results. Improve student learning outcomes with the Cooperative Learning Strategy learning model in the process of implementing Biology subject learning in class XII Science 2 at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara. This model is considered appropriate to be applied to students because it has the principle of responsibility between individuals, interdependence in positive terms, communicative among others, students, doing face-to-face to interact, accustomed to evaluating in carrying out a better process. Achievement in carrying out the learning process using this model gets significant results in improving student learning outcomes. The basis for this achievement is accompanied by data during the model implementation process

Abstract

In the problem-oriented teaching method it is assumed that student activity can be maximized, so that student performance can also increase. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of evaluating mathematics learning in statistics material using the problem based instruction method for class XII MIPA-5 students. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara, which is located on Jalan Raya Lemahabang, Simpang Village, Kec. North Cikarang. This research began with a preliminary study from October to November 2021. The research subjects were all students of class XII MIPA-5 at SMA Negeri 2 Cikarang Utara in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 Academic Year, totaling 36 students. The results of the research show that the problem based instruction method does not only improve learning and student achievement. By applying the problem based instruction method, student learning can be improved, which is proven (1) to cause an increase in the level of completeness, during the pre-cycle it increased from 56% to 75% in cycle I and increased to a level in cycle II. 92%, (2) the level of incompleteness decreased, namely in the pre-cycle period it fell from 44% to 25% in Cycle I and to 8% in Cycle II, (3) the class average increased from 67 in the previous period. increased to 73 in Cycle I and 76 in Cycle II. With these results, the problem based instruction method is effective in improving student performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parenting and study habits on physics learning achievement of students of class XI IPA SMAN 2 Cibinong in the 2010/2011 academic year. This research is a quantitative research. The data collection tool used is a survey by distributing questionnaires of parenting and study habits to students. The results of this study are in the form of numbers that have been processed. The data used in this study were taken from questionnaires and the odd semester report card results of the 2010/2011 school year. Parenting and study habits of students have a positive influence on the physics learning achievement of students at school. That is, the better the parenting style and learning habits of students, the better the physics learning achievement of students at school.Keywords: parenting, study habits, physics learning achievement

Abstract

This study aims to determine what kind of coaching in Management Trainee of PT Jasa Marga Headquarter East Jakarta. This study using descriptive qualitative method. To determine what kind of coaching in Management Trainee Department of PT Jasa Marga Headquarter East Jakarta, researcher uses few of data collecting technique which are observing, interview, and documentation studies. As of data analysis technique uses the following steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study show that the coaching based that the coaching based on participation and performance are quite effective. The supporting factor of the employee coaching in Management Trainee Department is technology development in daily performance. The inhibiting factors of the employee coaching is number of employee who got decreased.

Abstract

The business world in Indonesia is increasingly experiencing changes that require business people to always improve their abilities. One of the changes in question is the change in the field of information technology. The current business process is not only done by visiting a shop or store, but can be done online through an application. In this study, the authors discussed the effect of Baskin Robbins' service quality through Online Foods on consumer satisfaction. Service quality is a measure of how well the level of service provided is capable or in accordance with customer expectations, with service quality indicators including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. Meanwhile, consumer satisfaction is a cognitive purchase situation with respect to the equivalence or disproportion between the results obtained compared to the sacrifices made, with indicators of consumer satisfaction including conformity of expectations, willingness to repurchase, recommending, not paying attention to competing products, and willing to provide input. The research was conducted using associative descriptive, which is a method that analyzes and also describes/describes the variable data that was successfully obtained in the study and then draws conclusions, using a simple correlation coefficient technique. In this study it was concluded that 1) The average score of the service quality variable is 328, including good with indicators including reliability with a score of 367, responsiveness with a score of 294, assurance with a score of 350, empathy with a score of 318 and physical evidence with a score of 301 it can be concluded that the variable Quality of Service has been successfully carried out well 2) The average score produced on the variable consumer satisfaction is 345 and is in a good class interval; As for the indicators which include suitability of expectations with a score of 358, referential interest with a score of 316, , recommend with a score of 369, not paying attention to peeasing products with a score of 345, providing input to companies with a score of 339. So it can be concluded by researchers that the Baskin Robbins consumer satisfaction variable has worked well Good. 3) There is a strong positive influence given by service quality to customer satisfaction. The regression equation in this study is as follows: Y = 12.52 + 082 (X).

Abstract

To carry out work effectiveness, an effective and efficient management system is needed that can coordinate every work, office activity, foster and regulate the workforce as executors and provide maximum service to the community. Likewise, the kelurahan in carrying out office activities requires a workforce that is able to work productively in order to achieve the goals and vision and mission that have been set. This study aims to determine and analyze the increase in the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village, East Jakarta Administrative City. This study uses a research design that is descriptive qualitative. The informants who became informants in this study were the Bidara Cina Village Head, the Head of Government Section, the Head of Ekbang Section, the Bidara Cina Village Staff and the community. Data collection techniques were carried out by library research and field research. While data analysis techniques include data reduction activities, data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. From this study it was concluded that: (1) The performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Village was generally quite good. This can be seen from the cohesiveness of employees in coordination and teamwork. However, there must be a further staffing development program so that employees can be more disciplined at work. (2) Factors that influence the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, include employee development, promotion, employee income, work environment, work facilities and educational background. (3) Efforts made to improve the performance of civil servants in the Bidara Cina Sub-District, East Jakarta Administrative City, can be carried out by organizing employee development programs starting from the city to the provincial level, providing promotion for employees who excel, creating a comfortable work environment and conducive for employees, giving employees the right to leave proportionally, giving appreciation and work motivation to employees, creating a comfortable working atmosphere, and evaluating employee performance regularly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta pada perusahaan tekstil di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan Transformational Leadership Behaviour Inventory (TLI) untuk mengukur kepemimpinan transformational dan OCB scale dengan 5 dimensi utama dari Podsakoff untuk mengukur OCB. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 221 dari beberapa jumlah karyawan pada perusahaan tekstil di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Namun kepemimpinan transformational secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hal ini disebabkan oleh: (1) terdapat faktor lain yang lebih mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior salah satunya adalah kepemimpinan transaksional karena kepemimpinan transaksional mempertimbangkan perilaku extra role maupun in role para bawahannya, hal tersebut menyebabkan bawahan akan menunjukkan kinerja OCB-nya, (2) perlu mempertimbangkan supaya kecerdasan emosional menjadi variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformational dengan organizational citizenship behavior sehingga pengaruh kepemimpinan transformational terhadap OCB dapat dirasakan secara tidak langsung melalui kecerdasan emosional.
