Abstract

MNC Group as a television media company, performs performance appraisal for each employee as a job evaluation material, which is carried out by the head of the division, one of which is the head of the technical division of 112 other employees. The process of evaluating employee performance at MNC Group is still done manually, which is using Microsoft Excel applications one by one which makes the length of the process. The employee's assessment and appraisal report does not display the ranking from the top to the bottom of all of the employees. Decision support system in evaluating employee performance in MNC Group using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method with this white box test is made to assist the head of the division to expand employee appraisal capabilities. The employee performance appraisal process is carried out in a computerized, structured and systematic manner based on the assessment criteria previously determined by the MNC Group, namely the quantity of work, accuracy & time management, quality of work and efficiency. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method is a weighted addition method by looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. So that it can be obtained from every employee at MNC Group. Testing of system results that have been made is very necessary to know that the system is running well. Tests carried out are white box testing which is based on checking the details of the design, using the control structure of the program design procedurally to divide the test into several test cases. So that the value of the test results is known, namely 2 with the type of procedure is a simple procedure and the risk level is low risk.

Abstract

Tulungagung Regency has a history of experiencing floods, which damaged infrastructure and claimed lives in Tulungagung Regency due to the lack of facilities, knowledge and initial handling of flood disasters to be one of the contributing factors. This study uses primary data and secondary data in the form of slope data, soil type and rainfall. The results of the analysis obtained the level of flood vulnerability in the Tulungagung district area resulting in three levels of classes, namely vulnerability is very vulnerable, vulnerable, and not vulnerable. Making the system using ArcMap PHP web programming and using the MySQL database offline. To process map data used GIS tools (geographic information system), namely the spatial analysis tool of flood hazard level with a visual mapping model. The results of this study are expected to be useful in providing information on flood-prone areas in Tulungagung Regency and it is hoped that the Tulungagung Regency government and the private sector will routinely conduct disaster socialization, especially for communities in flood-prone areas.

Abstract

The LM 386 module is a sensor that is used to detect sound frequencies. This module consists of amplifiers with low power audio frequencies, has an internal resistor of 135K Between feet 1 and 8 feet. In this study a test of the ability of the LM 386 sensor was carried out in capturing the sound vibrations produced by watermelon. This is done to facilitate the watermelon traders in determining the maturity level of the watermelon that will be sold to consumers. The working principle of this tool is to capture the sound vibrations of the watermelon launched on the media, then the sound vibrations of the watermelon will be displayed on the ADC. Then the buzzer is added to the device to detect certain ADC values that indicate mature watermelon and are ready to be sold to consumers. The indication of ripe watermelon is a buzzer sound and an indication of immature watermelon has no buzzer. From the results of this study it is known that for mature and immature watermelon, the ADC reading value is not much different. The mature watermelon value is 26-28 ADC, while the immature watermelon the ADC value produced is 19-25. For raw watermelon the ADC value that is produced is 30-35. Functionally this sensor can work well, but there are still weaknesses in terms of sensor sensitivity. LM 386 is less sensitive in detecting the exact value of mature and immature watermelons. Lm 386 sensor is more sensitive in detecting the type of sound in the form of a blow.
