Abstract

Gordio Store is a UMKM that is engaged in developing clothing convection in Tanah Abang Market, Central Jakarta. Operational business processes This business is still done manually and not yet computerized, so the transfer of information about sales is done manually.The ongoing sales business process at Gordio Store has become inefficient and the owner has experienced some difficulties, especially information on sales and sales transactions last week or month.Therefore, it is necessary to apply Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology with the aim of resolving these problems. The selection of software used is Odoo software, because it is considered open source and is easy to use and can also keep pace with changes and is integrated as a whole to meet the company's most complex operational needs. From the implementation results show that the Odoo application can overcome the problem of sales data information using the Point of Sale module in Gordio Store. It is expected that with this ERP system business operations can be more effective and efficient so that it is expected to provide more benefits for business owners.

Abstract

Mc Cake is one of the business people in the food industry. Which was founded in Bekasi, West Java. Mc Cake has constraints and problems including the lack of a system that streamlines the time and division of job desk at the company. It also shows that the sales order business process has not been integrated with the sales system at Mc Cake. The process that is currently running from the sale transaction is still done manually.                In this problem, the solution considered to be able to handle the problem is by applying the concept of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) using the Odoo application with a point of sales module, because the advantages that can be obtained are speed, accuracy, and relatively lower costs compared to other methods. . Odoo is a modular application which means it consists of separate modules but can be integrated with each other. The modules in Odoo include sales, purchase, accounting, point of sale, CRM and marketing. In addition, the business processes carried out on each Odoo module are best practices for the open source class and in general Odoo covers the business processes of MSME trading companies such as Mc Cake.

Abstract

Development of sales information systems is built to produce an information system that includes various procedures that record, calculate, and make documents in the form of reports for management needs in making decisions, ranging from purchase orders from suppliers, recording inventory of goods, to selling goods to consumers. Information on sales recording activities is still manual so there can be a possibility of entry errors and the presence of branch companies that are late or have not provided a sales report. With the existing problems in this company, then this final project research will create a sales system. Based on these problems, a sales information system was made at PT XYZ. PT XYZ Sales Information System Design uses the waterfall method with php laravel framework in producing a system that will record and update purchase order data, item data, and sales order data and can print reports according to the desired date, month and year.

Abstract

MVC is a concept that separates three main logical components namely model, view and controller. The model represents the database, the view controls the user interface and controller connecting the model and view. The MVC concept makes coding work more structured. Laravel is a PHP framework that uses the concept of MVC so that the use of Laravel to develop an application greatly facilitates the programmer. Besides other facilities offered by Laravel, Laravel provides lightweight layout templates, provides a lot of object oriented libraries and has artistic tools for carrying out commands at the command line that can help programmers build a website or web-based application. With the many conveniences offered by Laravel, the process of developing a large website becomes easier and faster. In this research the development of web-based e-commerce applications is made using the Laravel framework.

Abstract

The era is progressing from year to year. The number of food businesses that are integrated with the internet to market food products online, payments do not use cash and food deliveries do not need to be recorded because the recording has been done automatically by the application. The canteens in the Usakti Campus A area have not been registered on the online application so food orders are still manual, payments must be made in cash, and food shipments are still recorded manually. In order for the sales of these canteens to be carried out online, an online application needs to be developed so that prospective buyers can view food products online, order food online, make payments in cash, and send food items recorded automatically by the application. This online application development is carried out using the waterfall software development method which is based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to create application processes with Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagran, and Class Diagrams. Based on the evaluation carried out on application users, it can be concluded that the Usakti food court application developed can make it easier for buyers to order food from their payments. With this application, buyers do not need to come physically to the canteen to buy food. Abstract

Abstract- LPP RRI Cirebon in making scheduling is currently not effective and efficient. In addition, broadcast administration still uses general computerization. Thus, for broadcast scheduling, the same broadcast schedule often occurs at one time and causes scheduling data loss. This final project will apply the software development cycle (SDLC) technique in building applications using the prototype method. The results of this final project can help the process of schedule patterns carried out by the broadcast administration of LPP RRI Cirebon to be effective and efficient. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an inventory application for PT. Nelson Mandiri Sukses Abadi because the warehouse division still records data recaps manually in books, which can be time consuming and prone to errors. PT. Nelson Mandiri Sukses Abadi provided the data in the form of a Microsoft Excel file. The waterfall method was used to collect the necessary data and get to the stage of making the application and the programming language used was PHP and the database was MySQL using the Laravel Framework. Based on the data analysis results, it can be concluded that PT. Nelson Mandiri Sukses Abadi requires an application as a support for recording goods every day, tracking records of goods entering and leaving the warehouse and presenting reports in order to improve performance quality.

Abstract

Each customer has different coffee tastes and of course in each coffee shop has a different blend of coffee, so it takes a Knowledge Management in choosing a coffee drink that suits the taste of the customer. This thesis discusses how expert systems solve these problems by using the Case Based Reasoning method and PHP-based Nearest Neighbor Algorithm to calculate the amount of similarity between the previous case and the new case. The results of the analysis of contingency factors from Knowledge Management using the framework of Becerra-Fernandez shows that Exchange and Internalization rank 1 and 2, with these results, Exchange and Internalization become the priority of the development of knowledge management process and can find coffee that suits customers' tastes.

Abstract

Abstract Kopi adalah salah satu produk yang sering digunakan sebagai minuman penghangat atau untuk penghilang rasa lelah dan kantuk yang sudah terkenal di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Faktor yang berpengaruh dengan sifat fisik, kimiawi, kontaminasi dan kebersihan biji kopi yang dijaga dengan ketat oleh karena itu, biji yang berkualitas sangat menentukan hasil dari cita rasa yang dihasilkan oleh kopi tersebut. Permasalahan terbesar yang menyebabkan turunnya produksi biji kopi karena adanya penyakit pada tanaman kopi yang dapat menimbulkan rusaknya hasil panen biji kopi. Untuk melakukan pencegahan serta penanganan pada penyakit kopi peneliti menggunakan Knowledge Management sebagai topik penelitian, kemudian untuk melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dari Becerra-Fernandez sedangkan untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap penyakit pada kopi menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning. Jika seluruh data sudah terkumpul maka peneliti akan membuat aplikasi untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit dengan menggunakan SDLC Waterfall sebagai metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak dan menggunakan UML untuk rancangan aplikasi berbasis website dengan tujuan aplikasi tersebut dapat diakses oleh para petani kopi untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis penyakit dan cara penanganannya. Kata Kunci : Tanaman Kopi , Penyakit Kopi , Case Based Reasoning, BecerraFernandez , Knowledge Management, SDLC Waterfall

Abstract

Abstract- Berbisnis sapi perah di Indonesia sangat menguntungkan karena konsumennya banyak, dan mempunyai lahan yang luas. masalahan yang sering muncul pada peternak sapi perah yaitu, banyak peternak yang belum mengerti cara merawat dan mengetahui penyakit pada sapi perah, sehingga hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan kerugian ekonomi. Beberapa kasus penyakit pada sapi perah ini sulit untuk dideteksi, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah solusi untuk mengatasi persoalan ini dengan menggunakan system pakar yang terdapat dalam knowledge management system (KMS) peternakan sapi perah. Sistem pakar digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit sapi perah dengan metode Certainty Factor. Hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem KMS yang didalamnya terdapat system pakar untuk mendeteksi penyakit sapi perah. Analisa kebutuhan KMS dijalankan menggunakan metode Becerra Fernandez. Sedangkan metode Waterfall digunakan sebagai metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dari System Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
