Abstract

This research has the aim of examining the analysis of the influence of competence and social support on work readiness on student’s work readiness in final students with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The total population was 658 people and took a sample of 132 people using the proportionate stratified method. This type of research is quantitative research with SEM PLS analysis technique. Based on the results of these findings, it is found that competence has significantly and positively impact on work readiness. Social support has no impact on work readiness. Self-efficacy moderates the impact of competence on work readiness and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy does not moderate social support on work readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product information, pleasure and visual merchandising on purchasing decisions with positive emotions as a mediating variable in the Diecaster Community. Based on the results of research conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed with AMOS shows that product information has a positive impact on purchasing decisions.  Pleasure has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Visual merchandising has a positive impact on purchasing decisions. Positive emotions has a positive impact on purchasing decisions. Positive emotions mediate the impact of product information on purchasing decisions. Positive emotions can mediate pleasure on purchasing decisions. Positive emotions cannot mediate visual merchandising on purchasing decisions. Positive emotions cannot mediate visual merchandising on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Gojek is an online service provider that fulfils customers' needssuch as transport to destinations, food delivery, cargo delivery, and more.other services. After the presence of the Gojek application, especially Go-Ride, Gojek drivers havedrivers have increased. The purpose of this study is to examinethe influence of work-family conflict and flexible working hours on Work-Life Balance and job satisfaction of Gojek GoRide drivers in Purwokerto. This variety of research uses quantitative research. The population inThis research is GoRide Gojek drivers in Purwokerto. Purposive method sampling method was used to select 100 respondents who became sample in this study. This research uses a variety of primary data which iscollected through survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study indicate that Work-Life Balance can be negatively and significantly affected by work-family conflict. The influence of positive and significant influence was also found on Work-Life Balance generated by flexible working hours.by flexible working hours. It was found that work-family conflict has anegative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Flexible working hours has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job stress on employee performance with coping strategies as a moderating variable.  The population in this study were employees of regional-owned bank. The number of respondents taken in this study were 40 respondents. Based on the results of research using SPSS shows that job stress and coping strategy have a significant effect on employee performance. Coping strategies moderate the effect of work stress on employee performance.  The implication of the above is that in an effort to pay attention to work stress in employees because work stress can reduce employee performance. Ways that should be used to increase work stress, namely the company by giving appreciation or reward to employees of regional-owned bank and interaction with co-workers and good superiors so that the more satisfied employees are with their work, the more it will trigger employees to perform better. The more satisfied employees will be with their work, it will trigger employees to work even harder and of course it will have an impact on improving company performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of self-esteem and individual adaptability on task performance mediated by work engagement on village apparatus. Respondents in this study amounted to 133 village. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that self-esteem has a positive effect on work engagement. individual adaptability has a positive effect on work engagement. Work engagememt, self-esteem and individual adaptability have a positive effect on task performance. Work engagement mediates the relationship between self-esteem and task performance. Work engagement mediates the relationship between individual adaptability and task performance. The managerial implications that can be drawn from this research are to further improve the Task Performance of village officials, it is necessary to increase self-esteem, individual adaptability and work engagement. support from stakeholders such as the village head, the village consultative body and the community and village empowerment office is needed to support the achievement of good village apparatus performance
