Abstract

Athletes who engage in sports that demand the use of great force to overcome great resistance—like weightlifters—are subjected to various loads during training that place stress on their bodies, particularly the musculoskeletal system. As a result, it is common for these athletes to experience lower back pain. One of the most common consequences of spinal injuries that needs to be treated is chronic lower back pain. Natural therapeutic approaches are among the significant and secure approaches that the world has recently started to focus on with great strides, as contemporary methods and techniques have been applied, Physical therapy facilities have used a wide range of treatment techniques, but take caution Shockwave electrophoresis using the shockwave apparatus is an effective method that targets enhancing the muscles' capacity to resume their original function. The purpose of the research was to develop rehabilitation workouts that would work with the shock wave strength gadget. For weightlifters, some lower back stiffness and muscular soreness over time. Find out how exercise affects Treatment for persistent lower back pain with the shock wave gadget enhances muscular strength. For those who exercise weights in between pre- and post-tests. Using a single experimental group design, the researcher used the experimental technique to identify the research community. The Karbala Governorate is home to weightlifting athletes, five of them are wounded.

Abstract

The importance of the research lies in learning peaceful scoring through Karen's model and using the auxiliary tool to teach this skill through motor sense and feeling the target, as well as preparing educational units specific to the model referred to in the research and identifying which of the two groups was better in implementing the units. This research used the experimental method, known for its precision and balance, to solve the research problem, selecting first-year students from Al-Mustansiriyah University. The sample included 15 students each in the experimental and control groups, representing 19.10% of the original 157 students. A pilot experiment involved 5 additional students from outside the sample. The use of Karen's model positively impacts the learning of peaceful scoring skills. Educational tools used with the model enhanced learning outcomes, showing significant improvements in the experimental group. Educational models should be reviewed and prioritized to enhance the learning process. Consider individual differences in understanding concept maps. Use engaging educational exercises with Karen's model to achieve better results, utilizing tools that capture learners' attention.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of aerobic exercise and the DASH diet on chronic hypertensive patients aged 40–50 years. High blood pressure is a widespread chronic condition influenced by genetic, lifestyle, and environmental factors. This research aims to prepare tailored aerobic exercises and implement the DASH diet to evaluate their combined impact on blood pressure management. Using a single-group experimental design, the study involved ten non-athletic male participants with chronic hypertension, selected randomly from Thi Qar Governorate, Iraq. Participants engaged in a 12-week intervention consisting of aerobic exercise and adherence to the DASH diet. Data were collected through pre- and post-tests measuring systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Results revealed significant improvements, with systolic pressure decreasing by 8.7% and diastolic pressure by 8.16%. The study highlights the synergistic effects of physical activity and a healthy diet in reducing blood pressure, underscoring their importance in managing hypertension and improving overall health.

Abstract

The study conducted in order to analyze the role of the Mind Gardens Strategy to develop long distance shooting from the basketball players in under 16 age group. 24 subjects from a local basketball club were randomly assigned to two groups: the experimental group trained by the Mind Gardens Strategy and the control group trained in the traditional way. There were three main tests in the experiment: the Five-Area Shooting Test, the Long-Distance Shooting Speed and Accuracy Test, and the Long-Distance Shooting Under Pressure Test. The results showed that the experimental team achieved performances significantly superior in the three tests, being those related to the capacity of shooting more accurate, faster and with higher success under pressure. The experimental group showed significant increases in shooting accuracy (23.93%), and shooting speed and accuracy (33.28%), and performance under pressure (34.58%). On the other hand, the control group showed less significant developments, highlighting the effectivity of Mind Gardens Strategy in the development of shooting performance when compared to the traditional one. These results indicate that the exercise employing dual cognitive training schemes, such as the Mind Gardens Strategy, on basketball training program may be useful for improving long-range shooting performance. The study highlights the relevance of cognitive tactics in sports coaching, especially among young persons involved in sports.
