<![CDATA[This article discusses the role of Jesus Christ as the "Cornerstone" in the context of the Christian life and how its meaning becomes increasingly relevant when we face trials and challenges in life. Jesus Christ as the "Cornerstone" is a metaphor that comes from the Book of 1 Peter in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. This concept reflects the strength, stability, and protection given by Christ to His people. In this paper, we explore the significance of this concept and how it provides inspiration and hope to individuals facing trials and adversity. We also detail how faith in Jesus Christ as the “Cornerstone” can guide us through life's trials. In conclusion, this article explores how important it is to understand the presence of Christ in facing the trials that often come in our journey as believers.]]>

<![CDATA[Worry is a person's feeling or mental condition that arises as a result of fear or anxiety about a certain thing or situation. The challenges of human life in the contemporary context, such as worries about financial pressure, work that never comes and so on, will have a negative impact on their body, spirit and soul. However, Jesus was present and gave teachings and advice on how to overcome anxiety. This is a teaching that really helps the lives of believers in today's contemporary context. The Gospel of Matthew 6:34 provides essential insight and understanding of how God loves His people. The method used is a qualitative method which aims to answer human concerns. The results of the study show that what believers need to do in the contemporary context in overcoming worry is to realize that worry is not useful. Jesus wants His people to prioritize Him in all things so that Jesus, who is full of love, will love His people by providing for all the needs of His people and humans too. You are required to be able to make peace with the situation by thinking positively by making the situation comfortable for yourself.]]>

<![CDATA[This article focuses on the concept of authentic faith in the Christian context, discusses suffering, and explores how faith influences the way an individual confronts life's challenges. Genuine Christian faith is portrayed as a belief that goes beyond the intellectual realm and is reflected in a person's daily actions. The Letter of James emphasizes the importance of facing suffering with joy and how it tests one's faith and endurance. Suffering is described as a test that can examine and strengthen a person's faith. It is seen as a consequence of humanity's fall into sin but is also considered a part of God's salvation plan. Through suffering, God's compassion for humanity is revealed, and suffering becomes an essential element in spiritual growth and maturity. Strong faith, endurance, and patience help transform suffering into happiness. Furthermore, the article delves into the theological perspectives and historical context of the Letter of James, as well as James' efforts to correct misconceptions about the nature of faith that saves a person. Overall, the article provides deep insights into the concept of genuine faith and how faith can impact the way individuals confront challenges and attain true happiness in Christ.]]>

<![CDATA[The Book of Hebrews 12:1-3 provides profound guidance on the significance of perseverance in the journey of faith towards Jesus Christ. In this abstract, we will explore key concepts found in the text. Hebrews 12:1 urges us to cast off every hindrance and sin that impedes us, enabling us to run with perseverance in the race of faith. This reflects the importance of focusing on our relationship with Jesus Christ and letting go of anything that obstructs spiritual growth. The concept of perseverance is emphasized in Hebrews 12:1, depicting the journey of faith as a race requiring endurance, resilience, and strong focus. Perseverance is necessary because this journey is not a short sprint but a long-term marathon that demands enduring commitment. Hebrews 12:2 directs our focus to Jesus as the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. Our perseverance is not a result of our efforts alone but is strengthened by fixing our gaze on Jesus Christ. This reflects that true perseverance involves a deep understanding of Christ's presence and glory. Hebrews 12:3 reminds us to endure suffering without losing heart, following the example of Him who endured suffering. Perseverance is required in facing challenges and hardships, and a steadfast focus on Jesus Christ motivates us to endure in the midst of trials. In conclusion, Hebrews 12:1-3 provides a strong foundation for understanding the role of perseverance in our journey of faith towards Jesus Christ. <![CDATA[Many people think that prayer is a ritual carried out to ask the creator or someone they believe in. But many people also believe that prayer is not just about asking those they trust, but also that in prayer there is a form or form of giving thanks to those they trust. The writing method used is a qualitative approach. The author uses valid data sources from various books, journals, Bible Works, and the Bible. The purpose of this writing is for believers to understand prayer and live prayer in their daily lives correctly. What the author will discuss in this scientific work is how the theological study of prayer in Matthew 7:7, then how prayer is in the Greek world then how prayer is in the Old Testament, then what prayer is like in the Synagogue, then what prayer is like in the New Testament and what are the implications of true prayer in everyday life. Prayer is the breath of life for believers which must continue to be done by working and praying.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the issues of active participation of young Catholics in the life of the church, particularly facing challenges posed by technological advancements, a trend of waning interest in religion, and boredom with traditional religious activities. In addressing this reality, the research explores the potential of Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship as a suitable catechesis tool for young people. The research methodology employed is a literature review with a focus on literature discussing the current church life of young people, Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship, and catechesis as a suitable tool for fostering faith among the youth. The findings of the research indicate that the church life of young people today is characterized by busy lifestyles and a lack of interest in traditional liturgy. Young people tend to seek more dynamic and contemporary religious experiences. Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship, with its emphasis on praise and worship, emerges as an attractive alternative for young people to develop their faith and explore their spirituality. The research also highlights the urgency of catechesis as an effort to nurture faith among the youth. Effective catechesis should be responsive to the needs and dynamics of young people, building connections between faith and daily life. Zelo Zelatus Praise and Worship is identified as a potential catechesis tool that aligns with the spiritual needs of the youth through a more dynamic and inclusive approach.]]>

In this case, we can assess a person's attitude in facing struggles, quite a few people now take shortcuts in dealing with problems, whereas we should be able to hope in God, no matter what problems occur in our lives. We can see a good example from the faith of a centurion in believing that Jesus would provide healing. Worldly problems can be answered by the great and extraordinary faith of this officer, who will be an example for today's congregation, so that they do not give up in facing every problem in their lives.]]>
