Abstract

Analysis of the impact of the Telecommunication Tower construction is one of the studies used to identify the impact of tower construction due to changes in land use, resulting in rejection by the community which will affect the development process. The purpose of writing this research is to find out the impact of the tower and how the construction process will go if the community refuses. In the area of Jalan Ki Gede Ing Suro Rt 28 Kel 32 Ilir Palembang, The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research is used to understand the context of research by describing in detail and depth related to the conditions experienced by a context as well as what is happening in the field.

Abstract

The purpose of my research is to analyze the regional development of Pantai discourse. Abstract

The growing palm oil plantations sector is both given positive and negative impacts. In Addition to being a large contributor to national income and local government revenues, the existence Of palm oil plantation is also being trigger of conflict in community. The root of conflict of palm oil Plantations is mostly related to ownership or control over land and social responsibility that is not Properly implemented by the company. This study aims to analyze the conflict between PT Roempoen Enam Bersaudara with the Community in Sungai Rotan and conflict resolution by stakeholders to solve Problems. Formulation of all arguments, facts and theoretical framework on this research is guided by Descriptive qualitative approach. For data collection techniques, researcher conducts interview, Observation and literature studies. The results show that conflict occurred due to the company Neglected social obligation of the distribution of plasma plantation. Besides there is take over of Company to new management is being trigger conflict rising. Then new management has built big Boundry without socialization to local society first so that the land is displaced. Conflict resolution Have been doing by government of Muara Enim regency through negotiation and mediation between PT Roempoen Enam Bersaudara and local society. Local Government has also formed an integrated Team and land inventory team but the problems of the two parties have not yet resolved. In the end Local government needs to provide the best alternative is more solutive and cooperative so it will Create good relationship between PT Roempoen Enam Bersaudara and society in Sungai Rotan District. With peaceful relations achieved, it will give impact in supporting regional security particulary in Sungai Rotan district.

Abstract

This research is to find out the duties and performance of the BPD towards the Lingkis village government. With this research, it is hoped that the community can know clearly, know what the village supervisory agency is doing in the village scope and what it can do for the village government. research methoda This research is entitled the role of BPD in the government of Lingkis village, Jejawi sub-district, Ogan Komering Ilir district. In this study using in-depth qualitative research methods, following the process carried out by the research itself, may not be represented or ordered by others to collect data. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Through a descriptive approach, in this study the researcher will make a description, description , or painting systematically, factually, accurately regarding the facts and the relationships between the phenomena found. This, of course, was obtained from the results of data collection by the researcher and some of the findings in the field that were taken by the researcher, thus these matters influence decision making and must be considered carefully and thoroughly so that there are no errors on the part of the researcher. The conclusion is based on the data obtained in the field that there was an error in the data and a lack of communication between the BPD and the Lingkis village government and then from the results of a meeting between residents and the government and the meeting was facilitated at the PMD office in OKI district with the meeting discussing and with satisfactory results for lingkis villagers.

Abstract

Agrarian conflict is an unavoidable conflict related to land and its management. One form of agrarian conflict is manifested in land acquisition disputes for the construction of alternative road infrastructure in the Iliri region, namely the 35 Iliri area of Palembang. This conflict is related to the amount of compensation given by the government whose calculation is not in accordance with the affected communities, and there are other land acquisition conflicts. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms, processes and socio-cultural factors that support and hinder the process of resolving land acquisition conflicts in 35 cities of Ilir Palembang.
