Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana GANEFO I merefleksikan pergeseran dinamika kekuatan di dunia olahraga, yang kemudian menggambarkan integrasi antara aspek olahraga, politik, dan persaingan global. Presiden Soekarno menggunakan GANEFO sebagai sarana mendukung politik luar negerinya yang beraliran anti kolonialisme-imperialisme dan berusaha memperkenalkannya di dunia internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah yang sesuai tema penulisan dengan metode penelitian sejarah yang terdiri dari heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ketika masa Demokrasi Terpimpin, Soekarno dengan gagasan membangun dunia kembali (To Build the World A New) diwujudkan melalui olahraga, yaitu GANEFO. Olahraga digunakan Indonesia untuk memajukan tujuan politik negara, khususnya persahabatan dan perdamaian global. Penyelenggaraan GANEFO ini sukses besar bagi pemerintah Indonesia yang secara tidak langsung meningkatkan harkat dan martabat bangsa Indonesia di mata masyarakat dunia. Namun, GANEFO yang telah dikembangkan dengan sangat kuat terpaksa kandas karena ketidakstabilan politik pada tahun 1965. Ketidakstabilan politik tersebut berdampak langsung pada kekuasaan Presiden Soekarno, dengan Surat Perintah 11 Maret menandai peralihan kekuasaan dari Soekarno ke Soeharto.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas peran krusial media pers dalam membentuk dan merefleksikan opini publik pada masa liberal dan terpimpin. Pada masa liberal, media pers diakui sebagai penjaga demokrasi, memfasilitasi kebebasan berekspresi dan menyediakan platform untuk berbagai sudut pandang. Sebaliknya, pada masa terpimpin, media cenderung menjadi alat kontrol narasi dan penyampaian pesan sesuai dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Metode penelitian ini mencakup analisis konten media, survei, dan wawancara dengan [spesifikasikan populasi]. Hasil penelitian mengungkap perbedaan signifikan dalam peran media pers antara kedua masa tersebut, mempertegas dampaknya terhadap dinamika opini publik. Penemuan ini memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang bagaimana media pers dapat menjadi refleksi konteks politiknya dengan implikasi yang signifikan bagi pemahaman teoritis dan praktis mengenai hubungan antara media dan opini publik.

Abstract

For the smooth production of agricultural products, seeds, fertilizers and pesticides are needed. Given this need, SMEs that provide agricultural production facilities are the most important and most needed SMEs as providers of seeds, fertilizers and pesticides. The type of data in this study is quantitative data. The population in this study are SMEs who provide agricultural production facilities with a total of 30 SMEs. Data processing uses IBM SPSS. Financial Literacy for MSME Actors Providing Agricultural Production Facilities has a significant impact on Financial Behavior (Financial Behavior) Financial Planning (Financial Planning) for MSME actors providing Agricultural Production Facilities does not has a significant impact on Financial Behavior (Financial Behavior) MSME actors providing agricultural production facilities have good financial literacy because they have an understanding of finance. Not all of the MSME actors providing agricultural production facilities implement good financial planning, many of them have not thought about short-term and long-term investments, such as obtaining maximum profits and trying to open branches in other areas.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of Quranic ethics in the context of preaching in the era of disruption. Disruption, often caused by technological changes and social transformations, has significantly impacted the way preaching is conducted. The focus of this research is to analyze how the ethical values embedded in the Quran can provide guidance for preaching practitioners in facing the new dynamics emerging in the era of disruption. The research methodology applied is qualitative, involving the study of Quranic literature related to the ethics of preaching. Additionally, the research includes an analysis of the implementation of these ethical values in the practice of preaching during the disruptive era. The findings of the research are expected to provide a profound understanding of the relevance of Quranic ethics in addressing the challenges and opportunities of preaching in the disruption era. Furthermore, it aims to lay the groundwork for the development of more contemporary ethical guidelines for preachers and preaching practitioners.

Abstract

Controlling illegal sand needs to be carried out in the hope of reducing the impact of damage to the environment and biological resources. This research aims to find out the role of the village. This research was conducted in Air Kumpai Village, Suak Midai District, Natuna Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method approach. Primary data collection was carried out by interviews with sources and respondents. Secondary data was obtained through literature study and documentation. The results of the research show that the Village government has attempted to control sand extraction in Air Kumpai Village. Efforts made by the government include conducting outreach and installing boards prohibiting sand extraction. Apart from that, there are still people who violate regulations and steal sand and do not understand the impact of damage to the environment or the necessities of life that encourage people to dare to steal sand. The village government and law enforcement officers are still less firm in taking action by criminal provisions regulated in statutory regulations.

Abstract

Abstrak: Stunting is still a common nutritional problem in many regions. Stunting has a long-term impact as it can jeopardize the quality of future talent. Children who suffer from stunting are more susceptible to disease and are at risk of developing degenerative diseases as adults. Therefore, the role of the village government in the prevention and control of stunting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the government in tackling stunting in Alai Village, Ungar District. The methodology used in this research is qualitative, using primary data from interviews with midwives at UPT Puskesmas Ungar and secondary data from several research journals.

Abstract

The story is one of the five main contents of the Qur'an, and the stories in the Qur'an are unique and extraordinary. This research will delve into one of the Qur'anic stories, namely the story of Ashabul Kahfi in Surah Al-Kahfi verses 9-26, and compare it with two exegesis books: "Al-Misbah" by M. Quraish Shihab and the exegesis of Ibn Kathir on Ibn Kathir. Literary analysis will examine the story of Ashabul Kahfi according to M. Quraish Shihab and Ibn Kathir. Comparing the two exegesis texts of the Ashabul Kahfi story will reveal similarities and differences. Furthermore, the conclusions drawn from both interpretations can be applied to modern Indonesian culture. Like previous stories, this narrative provides a positive example for young people, as Ashabul Kahfi were motivated youths who left their community for their beliefs. They sought forgiveness and salvation from Allah, who led them to a cave, caused them to sleep for 309 years, and woke them without aging.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how the TikTok social media platform influences the development of Indonesian language among students, the role of TikTok in shaping language subcultures in campus communities, and the potential negative impacts of students' language use on TikTok. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and open-ended questionnaires. The results of the study showed that TikTok can be a positive force for language development, as it can encourage creativity, self-expression, and the use of new terms and phrases. However, TikTok can also have negative impacts, such as the use of offensive language, the loss of linguistic authenticity, and the creation of a poor digital footprint.

Abstract

This paper discussed adequate funding panacea for development of educational administration and planning programme in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Secondary data were used in the paper. The secondary data were collected from print and online publications. The paper noted that adequate funding of educational administration and planning programme in tertiary institutions will lead to availability of funds for effective administration of educational administration and planning programme, employment of adequate academic staff, provision of modern infrastructure facilities, effective staff training, provision of adequate instructional materials and development of research in educational administration and planning programme. Based on the points identified in the paper, the paper hereby recommended that the governments should increase budgetary allocation for tertiary institutions and preference should be given to educational administration and planning programme which will lead to adequate funds for effective administration, employment of adequate lecturers and provision of infrastructure facilities, instructional resources and development of research programme in educational administration and planning programme.

Abstract

Radio El John 95.9 FM Palembang is one of the audio media in the city of Palembang. As the only radio that disseminates information about tourism, El John radio certainly has a strategy in its broadcasting. This is what makes researchers interested in finding out the broadcasting strategy for El John 95.9 FM Palembang radio as a tourism medium. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The theory used in this research is a theory developed by Phil Jones which dissects communication strategy into five stages, namely analysis and strategic planning (strategic analysis and planning), strategic design and implementation planning (strategic design amd implementation planning), launching or use of strategies (launching the strategy), follow-up and commitment (follow-up and commitment), and finally the provision of tracking strategies and results (embedding the strategy and tracking results). The results of the research concluded that El John radio, in its broadcast strategy as a tourism medium, makes great use of the latest technology to disseminate information, starting from conventional radio, radiostreaming online, radio apps, social media. In the broadcast, the announcer conveys information enthusiastically and cheerfully so that listeners are interested and enthusiastic about listening to the broadcast. Apart from that, the announcer also often uses interactive sentences, so that the listeners feel like they are being spoken to by the broadcaster. El John Radio also directs throughoutcrew to create tourism content when they are at tourist attractions in order to reach a wider audience so that the goal of El John radio to revive and preserve existing tourist attractions can be realized.
