Abstract

To produce good performance at PT Oriental Primasinergi Engineering, the company conducts an assessment of employees by assessing several criteria, namely initiative, security, discipline, cooperation, personal quality. The purpose of the employee assessment is carried out in order to produce good performance. The assessment of mechanical performance is carried out using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, weighting the criteria in ANP is assisted using SuperDecisions software with 5 criteria and 5 sub criteria using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 for system design and MySQL as data storage. Each weight generated in ANP is used as a multiplier to assess the performance of mechanical employees at PT Oriental Primasinergi Enggineering. Calculation of performance assessment of mechanical employees assessed from 5 criteria get the results, namely fidaus: 0.21576, muslim pasaribu: 0.17634, supar dahrul: 0.25852, syafril: 0.16801, wira agri: 0,18138. The test results show that this system can solve problems in assessing the performance of mechanical employees, so that it can help in conducting employee performance appraisals.

Abstract

Food and beverage sales are the second largest source of revenue after room sales. Therefore, maintaining food quality is very necessary to achieve guest satisfaction. This study aims to determine the duties and responsibilities of food and beverage products, to determine the standard operating procedures of food and beverage products, and to find out how the role of the head chef in maintaining food quality at NIvia Hotel Medan. The role of the head chef in maintaining food quality is very important in the world of hospitality. The head chef's role can be done by carrying out the food production process in accordance with predetermined recipe standards, carrying out food production activities in accordance with predetermined standard operating procedures, coordinating with waiters/ss in food preparation and serving, maintaining and ensuring all equipment and food production areas are always clean, hygiene and sanitation cook. All of that needs to be done because a quality product will result in guest satisfaction. Therefore, this research is intended to build an application, where the owners are facilitated in the process of selecting employees for the position of head chef at nivia Hotel Medan using the moora method and with criteria that must be met by employees.

Abstract

This decision is something that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, as well as the decision to select the acceptance of scholarships at IAIN Padangsidimpuan. To get the scholarship, it must be in accordance with the rules that have been set. The criteria set in this case study are activeness in organizations on and off campus, achievements and Grade Point Average (IP) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). To avoid the subjectivity of the resulting decision, a decision support system is needed that can help assess students in deciding scholarship recipients. One way to process the determination of students for scholarship recipients is with the decision support system Vise Kriterijumska Optimizajica I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method. Decision Support Systems are information systems that provide information, decision-making systems in semi-structured situations and unstructured situations where no one knows exactly how decisions should be made. There are several methods that can be used in a Decision Support System (SPK), including the WP method, WASPAS, MOORA, TOPSIS, ELECTR, PROMETHEE, AHP, VIKOR. The results showed that the Decision Support System for Selection of Exemplary Health Worker Candidates by Applying the WASPAS Method can be done quickly, precisely, and objectively.

Abstract

One of the diseases that is difficult to understand by the general public is Frambusia disease. Frambusia disease is one of the infectious diseases that has not been able to be handled completely Efforts to eradicate Frambusia disease in Indonesia began in 1912 by Kodijat in several districts in Central Java province. therefore an expert system is needed to help handle the dianosis of Frambusia disease to make it faster to find solutions that must be done for the treatment process. In this study, researchers built an expert system for diagnosing Frambusia using Visual Basic Net 2008. The results achieved by the author in this study in applying the Tsukamoto fuzzy method in diagnosing Frambusia disease, and the implementation of the results using the visual basic 2008 application after going through the deffuzyfication stage, the accuracy obtained by the author in this study is 93%.

Abstract

Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah UPT Medan Utara is one of the governments that operates in the field of local revenue, one of which is the Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB). Motor vehicle tax is calculated based on the type of vehicle, brand, vehicle type, year of manufacture, pollution level based on the fuel used, cc, or cylinder content, and the color of the vehicle number mark (TNKB). Motor vehicle tax collection carried out in one office is known as SAMSAT (One Roof Single Administration System), in which there is cooperation between the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) which has functions and authorities in the field of registration and identification of motorized vehicles, local governments in this case the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in the field of motor vehicle tax collection (BBN-KB), PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) which is authorized in the field of submission of Mandatory Contributions to Road Traffic Accident Funds (SWDKLLJ). This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Appointment of the Head of the Technical Unit in the management of Motor Vehicle Tax at the North Medan UPT Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection procedures used with interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. By carrying out coordination, cooperation with related parties, coaching technical control and evaluation, extracting potential, empowering potential and collecting regional revenue sources in accordance with applicable regulations.
