Abstract

This research discusses the elements of communication in the learning process at Tunas Jaya Sungailiat Kindergarten (TK) in Bangka. The theory used is based on the elements of communication according to Lasswell, which consist of communicator, message, communicant, media, and effect. The research design employed is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the elements of communication in the learning process at TK Tunas Jaya have been executed effectively. These elements include: Communicator, represented by the teachers at TK Tunas Jaya in the Sungailiat Sub-district, Bangka Regency. Message, conveyed by teachers in both verbal and non-verbal forms. Communicant, involving TK students and their parents. Media, utilizing smartphones supporting the WhatsApp application, enabling communication in groups. Effect, resulting in increased activity among children in the learning process. Based on these findings, it is suggested to improving their communication skills to effectively convey messages to children. Teachers are also encouraged to introduce other innovations in the learning process, ensuring that all early childhood students with diverse characteristics can quickly grasp the learning material.

Abstract

Improvements in communication technology have a broad impact in various fields, including education. The pattern of learning communication has changed from face-to-face learning activities to virtual-based learning. This virtual-based communication pattern is getting stronger with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to eksplore various articles related to virtual-based learning communication patterns. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with meta-synthesis analysis techniques. Data collection in this study was carried out by collecting articles from 2020-2023 that have a similar focus. The articles analyzed in this study were 9 accredited national journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar database using Harzing's Publish or Perish application with the keyword virtual-based learning communication patterns. This study found that the virtual learning process can run well, not only supported by mastery of the application used but also supported by the involvement of parents as a substitute for the teacher's role in the learning process as a facilitator, motivator, and director.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah cara orang berinteraksi, mencari informasi dan berkomunikasi secara drastis. Dakwah Islam telah mengalami transformasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi dakwah Islam adanya informasi yang mudah tersebar. Namun juga membuka banyak peluang bagi dakwah Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tantangan dan peluang dakwah Islam di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), mencari sumber yang relevan sesuai dengan topik pembahasan seperti buku, artikel, jurnal dan dokumentasi lainnya. Dalam konteks tantangan dan peluang ini, penting bagi para da'i dan komunitas Muslim untuk mengembangkan literasi digital yang kuat dan mempromosikan pesan-pesan yang sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Mereka juga perlu aktif terlibat dalam dialog antaragama dan mengedepankan pemahaman, toleransi, dan rekonsiliasi. Dakwah Islam di era digital memerlukan adaptasi dan pemahaman mendalam terhadap perubahan teknologi dan budaya, sehingga pesan Islam dapat terus disebarkan dengan efektif sambil menjaga integritasnya.

Abstract

The emergence of social conflicts and violence rooted in religion as a justification has been a recurring issue throughout the history of violence up to the present day. Of course, social conflicts followed by religious-themed violence do not occur in Indonesia without reason, irrespective of several socio-political phenomena they may trigger. The methodology employed in this research is qualitative. This study utilizes a literature research approach, which addresses conceptual-theoretical issues related to both prominent thinkers and specific theoretical concepts. Regarding communication as a means of resolving social and religious conflicts, it can be concluded that communication is the appropriate way to address conflicts, be they social, religious, or otherwise. Essentially, conflicts would not persist if there was a willingness to communicate, whether on a personal or social level. This implies that there is no such thing as an ongoing conflict, but rather a lack of desire on the part of the involved parties to engage in effective communication, both on a personal and communal level. Furthermore, religion is a domain of virtue, love, and a commitment to goodness, which should not be a cause of conflict but, conversely, should promote a peaceful and harmonious society where mutual respect prevails.

Abstract

Da'wah communication is communication whose elements are adapted to the vision and mission of da'wah. This research aims to describe changes in the behavior of PLHAs and Ohida through communication, preaching the simple behavior of prophets and apostles amidst a hedonistic lifestyle. In this research, the approach used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative. This research concludes that the communication of preaching the simple behavior of the Prophet and Apostles was able to make changes to the simple behavior of PLHIV and Ohida amidst society's hedonistic lifestyle. This conclusion was obtained from statistical testing which stated that from this research (1) the communication of preaching the simple behavior of the Prophet and Apostle could create changes in the behavior of PLHIV and Ohida in the midst of society's hedonistic lifestyle, (2) there was a change in the behavior of PLHA and Ohida in carrying out simple behavior. according to the Prophet and Apostle in the midst of society's hedonistic lifestyle after da'wah communication.
