Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth and brand image on purchasing decisions for Apple products. This research was conducted on users of Apple brand products. The population in this study are people who use Apple brand products. The technique used in this writing test uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection was carried out by providing a list of questions to respondents and tested using the SPSS data analysis method. Based on statistical tests, the results showed that word of mouth had a direct positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while brand image had a direct positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. There is a significant influence between Word Of Mouth on purchasing decisions. And there is a significant influence between Brand Image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Flow and Return on Equity (ROE) on Return on Investment (ROI) in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019- 2021 period. The population of this study amounted to 72 companies. The sampling technique using the sampling method obtained 26 companies. The results of the study prove that Cash Flow has no significant effect on Return on Investment (ROI). Meanwhile, Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Investment (ROI) in food and beverages sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk in year of 2020, 2021 and 2022. This Study used liquidity ratios (current ratio and quick ratio), the solvency ratios (total debt to assets ratio and total debt to equity ratio), and profitability ratios (return on invesment and return on equity) as analysis tools. The results of current ratio and quick ratio research in 2020, 2021 and 2022 shows the company's financial condition is quite good, because the ratios are above the industry average. Based on the measuring of solvency ratios, the company can keep its financial ratios stable and at the industry level. Likewise with the profitability ratio, the company can maintain the company's income in the midst of a market that has not returned to normal and the calculation results remain above the industry average.

Abstract

The Indonesia Stock Exchange categorizes companies into several business sectors. One of the sub sectors on the IDX is the cement sub sector. The author is interested in conducting research related to stock valuation in determining the intrinsic value of shares and measuring financial performance at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SMGR) and PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (INTP) as the leading in the cement industry in Indonesia and its relation to investment decision-making strategies. To reduce the risk in investing, investors must be able to analyze the company's financial statements, including its financial performance. The financial ratios used in this study are ROE (Return On Equity), EPS (Earning Per Share), DPS (Dividend Per Share), DPR (Dividend Payout Ratio), and PER (Price Earning Ratio). In addition, researchers also use SWOT analysis to find out the strategies that should be applied by the two companies. Based on the results of fundamental analysis and intrinsic value, it is concluded that in terms of financial ratios in the 2020-2022 period, INTP is slightly better than SMGR. However, based on intrinsic value at June 2023, SMGR is better than INTP because SMGR still tends to be undervalued when compared to INTP which tends to be highly overvalued.
