Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect Profitability, Leverage, Company Size, Company Age, and Liquidity On Timeliness of Financial Report Submission conducted in mining companies listed on May 2016-2018. The population in this study were 47 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 33 companies for 3 years so that there were 99 companies. Data analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPPS version 25. Based on the test results of this study, a logistics regression test (parcial test) showed that Age (Sig 0,077) and Liqiudity (Sig 0,731) had no effect on Timeliness of Financial Report Submission. This is indicated in the test results that the significance value of the variable is greater than (>) 0.05 and the Tcount value is smaller than the value of Ttable. While Profitability (Sig 0.013), Leverage (Sig 0.026) and Company Size (Sig 0.007) affect Timeliness of Financial Report Submission.This is indicated in the test results that the significance value of the variable is smaller than (<) 0.05 and the value of T is greater than the value of the table. Abstract

This research was aimed to find out and analyze the influence of marketing strategy of the wedding organizer service business to customer satisfaction at UD. Julia Pelaminan Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This study took place at UD. Julia Courtyard Pekanbaru. The population in this study were 42 consumers. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. To obtain data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. In analyzing the data the author uses a simple regression formula. The results of the study concluded that the value of correlation and determination (R2) was 0.992 or 99.20% according to the standard of the Guilford category. The influence of service business marketing strategy on satisfaction is 0.984 or 98.40% while 1.60% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Result of calculated F (2510,337) > F table (1,481) with Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. This means that the independent variables (service marketing strategy) together have a significant effect on the independent variable (consumer satisfaction).

Abstract

The study aims to see how entrepreneurial education can affect student entrepreneurship interests at the Islamic University of Riau. This type of study uses an associative survey. The study the associative survey is one that aims to establish links between two or more variables. Ultimately the result of this study explain causal connections between variables through hypothetical testing. Sampling taken from this study uses a non-sampling method with an incidental sampling technique. Data analysis on this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The study shows that variable X, which is entrepreneurial education with curriculum indicators, the quality of educators and teaching facilities, and the results of both category agreed-upon. As for the variable Y interest in self entrepreneurs, task and results oriented, taking risks, leadership, originality and forward oriented action, getting the results from those in the agreed category. The result of simple linear regression research suggests that entrepreneurial education has significant connections to student entrepreneurship interests.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the provision of teacher compensation and its obstacles at the Pasir Putih Adventist College, Baru Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The type of research is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained secondary and primary with the internal population from all middle school teachers right/index and the Principal of the Pasir Putih Adventist School, amounting to 9 people. The entire population was used as a research sample with a census sampling technique. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the results of the previous data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of the study are as follows: Compensation for the teachers of the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School is good or 77.8%. These results are in accordance with the responses submitted by each research indicator, namely the direct compensation indicator received by the Pasir Putih Adventist Middle School teacher which is in the good category. The teachers have received salaries, incentives, and allowances provided by the foundation every month. Then this indirect compensation indicator is in a good category. These results certainly have provided an illustration that the compensation applied by the foundation in the form of indirect compensation has been very good, so it is hoped that this incentive indicator can also have a good impact on teacher achievement. The obstacle in providing compensation is that there is no assessment in providing incentives and family gathering activities or entertaining teachers from the tiredness of teaching and learning activities by taking walks (picnics), so that teachers to get together have to pay for their own expenses.

Abstract

This study, uses two variables, namely the celebrity endorser as the independent variable (X) and the purchase decision as to the dependent variable (Y). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions at the Pekanbaru branch of Geprek Bensu. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire. The hypothesis of this study is that there is an influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions at the Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru branch. To determine the effect of these variables, indicators of the celebrity endorser variable are used, namely attractiveness, trust, and expertise, as well as indicators of purchase decisions, namely problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decisions, and post-purchase behavior. Then the data processing technique used simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (T-test) using SPSS 25. Based on the analysis using the simple linear regression statistical method Y = 21.902 + 0.546X which shows the effect of celebrity endorser (X) the purchase decision (Y) is positive. Furthermore, the results of the correlation coefficient test show the correlation value of the two variables, namely celebrity endorser and purchasing decisions of 0.865 with a positive direction and the level of the relationship is very strong and significant. Furthermore, the results of hypothesis testing, the T-test is 16.717 with sig 0,000 Obtained t table is 1.9855 in other words T count is greater than the T table (16.717> 1.9855). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, or it can be interpreted that celebrity endorsers have an effect on purchasing decisions or there is a positive and significant influence between celebrity endorsers on purchasing decisions at the Geprek Bensu Pekanbaru branch. The amount of the coefficient of determination is 0.748 (74.8%), which means that celebrity endorsers have an influence of 74.8% on purchasing decisions and 25.2% are influenced by other factors.
