Abstract

Indonesia saat ini berada dalam periode bonus demografi yang ditandai oleh dominasi penduduk usia produktif, sebuah momentum strategis yang berpotensi mendorong percepatan pembangunan nasional menuju visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Namun, pemanfaatan peluang tersebut sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dibentuk melalui sistem pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, serta mengevaluasi sejauh mana pendidikan nasional mampu mengoptimalkan bonus demografi sebagai modal pembangunan jangka panjang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan dan analisis isi, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai dokumen hukum, literatur akademik, serta laporan kebijakan untuk memahami arah, fungsi, dan efektivitas sistem pendidikan nasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Standar Nasional Pendidikan telah memberikan dasar transformasi pendidikan melalui peningkatan kualitas pendidik, penguatan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, pemerataan akses pendidikan, serta relevansi pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan industri. Upaya tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan generasi produktif yang adaptif terhadap perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan pasar kerja global. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan nasional memiliki peran sentral dalam mengonversi bonus demografi menjadi kekuatan pembangunan, namun keberhasilan tersebut bergantung pada konsistensi kebijakan, pemerataan mutu, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, satuan pendidikan, dan dunia industri. Dengan optimalisasi implementasi UU No. 20 Tahun 2003, Indonesia memiliki peluang besar untuk mencetak sumber daya manusia unggul yang mampu mendukung pencapaian Indonesia Emas 2045 secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proyeksi karir lulusan Program Studi Pemikiran Politik Islam serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang mereka hadapi dalam sektor administrasi publik. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya kebutuhan aparatur publik yang tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga landasan, integritas, dan pemahaman etika nilai-nilai keadilan dalam tata kelola pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan analisis dokumen terhadap alumni Pemikiran Politik Islam yang bekerja di sektor administrasi publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan Pemikiran Politik Islam memiliki kompetensi analitis, pemahaman politik normatif, serta kepekaan etis yang relevan dengan prinsip good governance. Namun demikian, mereka masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan kompetensi praktis, keterbatasan akses rekrutmen aparatur negara, serta kompleksitas sistem birokrasi yang sedang mengalami reformasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dengan penguatan keterampilan aplikatif, literasi kebijakan publik, dan dukungan pengembangan kurikulum yang adaptif, lulusan Pemikiran Politik Islam memiliki peluang besar untuk berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan publik yang profesional, berkeadilan, dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Modern management discourse currently faces an existential crisis due to an absolute dependence on economic growth that exceeds the planet's ecological boundaries. This research aims to dissect the narrative of strategic contraction in multinational corporations (MNCs) and explore the application of dematerialization concepts amidst the fundamental contradictions of traditional management logic. The methodology employed is an aporetic and iterable deconstruction model, encompassing a Double Commentary phase to map the internal logic of MNC strategic documents and Disruptive Reading to expose the internal contradictions within corporate narratives. The results indicate that corporations are trapped in ontological dissonance; operational reduction measures are often parasitic to capital accumulation, as they are only implemented in non-competitive units while growth ambitions are maintained in other sectors. Furthermore, dematerialization through servitization schemes faces significant barriers in the form of linear cultural inertia and short-term profitability dilemmas. It is concluded that authentic sustainability demands a radical revision of organizational identity, where planned operational reduction and the adoption of absolute ecological allowance standards become imperative. Strategic recommendations include the use of absolute performance metrics reflecting Earth system boundaries and the redefinition of organizational purpose through ontological diagnostics to achieve systemic resilience in an era of global consumption thresholds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of interactive learning media on students’ mathematics learning outcomes. The background of this research is the low interest and learning outcomes of mathematics among students, which is thought to be due to conventional learning methods that do not involve active student participation so that student learning outcomes are low. Mathematics learning requires strategies and media that can increase student active engagement and help them understand concepts meaningfully. One alternative to address this issue is the use of interactive learning media that integrates visual and audio elements, as well as direct interaction with students. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study was 11th grade students of SMAN 8 Pandeglang and the experimental class using lecture learning media. The instruments used were descriptive questions and student questionnaires. The results of data analysis using the t-test show that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use interactive learning media and those who use conventional learning media. This shows that interactive learning media is more effective in improving students’ mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and intelligence on the problem-solving abilities of class XI students at SMAN 1 Cilograng. This research uses a multiple regression analysis test method, which aims to determine whether there is a positive or negative influence from all independent variables (X) on the dependent (Y). The population in this study was class XI students at SMAN 1 Cilograng, totaling 310 students, and the sample used was 76 students. This research is a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire instrument as a data collection tool consisting of indicators for each variable. To process data using the SPSS Version 25.0 computerized system. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of emotional intelligence (X1) on problem-solving ability (Y) with a t-count of 4.533 > t-table 1.666 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, intelligence (X2) also has a significant effect on problem-solving ability (Y) with a t-count of 3.695 > t-table 1.666 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. and it can also be concluded that there is a significant or simultaneous influence between the influence of emotional intelligence and intelligence on the problem-solving abilities of the case study of class
