Abstract

Emulation in the existing banking world is very tightening, and with condition of market where consumer or in this case is client has some banking service choices which will be applied, this thing will make transfer of client becomes increasingly as usual out of one banks to bank the other. For the purpose is required hard work in maintaining client loyality, one of its way is by giving quality of banking service activities as good as possibly. Bank Jabar Banten (Bank BJB) be an bank institute owned by the Government of West Java and Banten which now becomes bank having scale national. In facing emulation in this banking world always does improvement of quality of banking service activities, peculiarly from tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, until quality of service activities passed to client.This research aim to study influence quality of banking service activities to client loyality at Bank BJB assistant office of branch Ujung Berung. Variable involved in by this research consisted of independent variable that is quality of banking service activities (X) and its the dependent variables is client loyality (Y). Method applied is survey where information from respondent is collected direct inly place of case systematically, as a mean to knows and forecasts some behaviour aspects from the population. As for research type done is descriptive and verifikatif.Result of this research known that contribution joinly client loyality to quality of banking service activities from result of coefficient of determination has influence equal to 74.8% and 25.2% influenced by other factor of which is not discussed in this research. As for sub-variabel pawn quality of banking service activities has biggest influence to client loyality, and sub-variabel direct proof has smallest influence to client loyality. Based on result of research as a whole, inferential that quality of banking service activities of influential positive and strong to client loyality Bank BJB assistant office of branch Ujung Berung. This thing is because of client in general feels quality of banking service activities given Bank BJB have been maximum and good.

Abstract

One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut. The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant

Abstract

Employees are a valuable corporate asset that must be managed by the company in order to provide optimal contribution. One of the things that should be the primary concern of the company is the job satisfaction of their employees, because the employees in the work they do not feel comfortable, under-appreciated, can not develop all their potential, then automatically the employee unable to focus and concentrate fully on the job . that the motivation to be a very important part of the underlying individual or someone in doing something or achieve the desired purpose.Salary given to employees company PT Bess Finance so varies according to the position of each. Then the opportunity for career selection to a higher level, reward program for high performing employees. But in certain cases it is also still found a contradictory conditions, which, if observed, would also be potentially lethal even lower motivation.Based on the background above, the research on the effect of motivation on employee performance in PT Bess Finance, this study takes its object to employees of PT Bess Finance located in Bandung. The independent variable (X) is the motivation to work while the dependent variable (Y) is the performance of the employees. This type of research uses explanatory survey, and the method used is Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample 45 respondents. In addition, research is conducted in a timeframe of less than one year of the study using cross-sectional methods. The data used are primary and secondary data and data analysis techniques using statistical parametric application using Spearman rank analysis.These results indicate that the effect of motivation on employee performance indicates a moderate correlation and significant correlation coefficient of 0.477. therefore, the suggestion for the Company Bess Finance to pay attention to in terms of work motivation mnghasilkan employees so that they can work effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

So that labor productivity increased labor, one of the ways that must be taken workforce management is providing training to its workforce. This research is classified into associative research and descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. in this study, researchers will explain the variables that would be appropriate that occurred in PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Bandung.The total number of employees PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk part minimarket service in the Bandung area is a total of about 1500 people. The sample will be taken is 62 people. the data analysis is classifying data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulate the data based on the variables of all respondents, presenting the data of each variable studied, perform calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of multiple correlation analysis showed a correlation value 0892. means of training and productivity of employees have a degree of force that is very strong relationship with work productivity. That assumption is taken from the value of 0, 892 which is in the range of 0.8 to 1.The coefficient of determination used to how big the influence of training on labor productivity. Based on the analysis using SPSS 13:00 KD value obtained is equal to 0796 X 100% = 79.6% of the value shows that the effect of training on labor productivity is 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% influenced by other variables. Based on the calculation result is unknown if the training provides a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The condition is indicated when an increase in the quality of training will result in an increase in employee productivity.

Abstract

The discussion related to Intellectual Capital becomes a very interesting matter for organizations, this is because intellectual capital is an invisible asset that can have an extraordinary impact, can provide added value to the company so as to increase organizational competitiveness. Therefore, business owners (MSMEs) need to be aware of this. The purpose of this research is to examine how strategies to strengthen intellectual capital in increasing the organizational value of MSMEs. The dimensions studied in this study are Human Capital, Capital Structure, Customer Capital, and Social Capital. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. This human capital formation can be done through employee self-development by providing education and training. Learning about culture, infrastructure, and the right incentives to generate and disseminate knowledge are ways to strengthen the Capital Structure. Providing excellent service is an effort to retain customers. Bonding Social Capital, Bridging Social Capital, Linking Social Capital are social capital that can provide a conceptual understanding that social capital that is formed can create different results.Keywords: Intellectual capital, organizational values.
