Abstract

The existence of Pantai Kuta Bali as a favorite tourist destination on the Pulau Dewata is able to open the job vacancies for local people. Also for the children. Children under 18 years old here also work for 16 hours a day. Then this is becomes a social phenomenon which until now has not been resolved. This study aims to: 1) Knowing the background of the child labor in Pantai Kuta Bali; and 2) Knowing the perception of non-Balinese tourists and Balinese local people towards this social phenomenon. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection was carried out through the process of observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants consisted of 3 key informants with the technique of selecting informants using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data analysis and making conclusion. The result of this thesis show that the children in Pantai Kuta Bali work based on economic factor, encouragement from parents, environmental influences and the belief in myths in Desa Muntigunung. Meanwhile, the perception of tourists and the local people for this phenomenon show a perception that does not support the activities of working children.

Abstract

Analysis of the potential of Pererenan Beach to become a tourist attraction in Pererenan Village is the subject of discussion in this study. The purpose of this study (1) to find out the tourism potential of Pererenan Beach so that it can be developed as a tourist attraction. (2) to find out the opportunities and challenges faced by the management regarding the potential development of Pererenan beach as a tourist attraction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation techniques, interviews, literature and documentation. This study uses concepts based on 5A, namely attractions, accessibility, amenities, activities, and comfort. On the opportunities and challenges faced by the management of Pererenan Beach it was found that the management parties were the Village Government, Village Communities and Traders. The results of this study found that apart from having beautiful natural potential and being used as a place to see the sunset, Pererenan Beach has cultural potential in the form of traditional kite competitions which are held every year as well as the potential to develop surfing sports. There are several things in the management of the Pererenan Beach tourist destination that need to be optimized, namely the lack of management of tourist attractions, especially shelter facilities, parking lots, public toilets and waste management, lack of tourist facilities and infrastructure, incompetent human resources, and undeveloped products. maximum for tourists. The results of this study can be used as a reference for improving the development of Pererenan Beach Tourism Attraction in the future.

Abstract

The importance of communication in hotel supervision greatly influences employees so they can work in accordance with directions and regulations. Effective communication will provide understanding to employees so that mistakes do not occur at work, of course it will also have a positive impact on the work environment and working in a team will form cohesiveness between members, therefore it’s important to carry out good communication. This research aims to analyze the task of a supervisor to direct and guide team communication so that it can improve the performance process of each employee at work.

Abstract

The hospitality industry, as the backbone of tourism, places staff management as a key element of operational and service success. This article reviews strategies and best practices in hotel staff management, exploring how to create a work environment that enhances productivity, maintains a balance between staff needs and guest satisfaction, and deals with the changing dynamics of the industry. Through a holistic approach, hotels are expected to optimize work team performance, including skills development, innovative training, and a motivating work environment. The research methodology used a qualitative approach with in-depth literature analysis. The results underscore the crucial role of staff management in creating a solid foundation for operational success and guest satisfaction in the competitive hospitality industry.

Abstract

Responsibility accounting, companies can cut wasteful spending and ensure organizational resources are used effectively to achieve company goals. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the implementation of responsibility accounting which is used as a cost control tool in companies is effective and efficient at UD Company. New Trubus. The analytical method used in this research is the library research method with primary data obtained directly from UD. New Trubus. The research results show that the company UD. Trubus Baru has been quite effective in implementing responsibility accounting as a cost control tool. This can be seen from the budget prepared by UD. New Trubus. Where there are annual differences in raw material costs, direct labor and factory overhead costs. This shows the company's ability to allocate raw material costs, labor and factory overhead costs.

Abstract

The current global economic impact has an important impact on the welfare of a country. It's the same with corruption. In modern times, the stage of development of corrupt practices has actually started since Indonesia's independence from colonialism and even now it is not difficult to find. By using a library data collection method whose main objective is the interpretation of Syaria Economic law in budgets based on sharia accounting, which of course involves many things such as the principle of monotheism, the principle of maslahah, the principle of justice and also the urgency of budget fiqh.The application of basic principles of Islamic law in budget preparation is very important in efforts to prevent budget leaks. In this context, the existence of a fiqh budget plays an important role, not only for the interests of individuals but also for society.

Abstract

Pernikahan seringkali dianggap sebagai perayaan dan juga sebagai tonggak sejarah dalam kehidupan manusia dewasa di seluruh dunia. Mengingat pernikahan sebagai tonggak sejarah dalam kehidupan manusia, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan usia dewasa pernikahan atau Marriage Age Maturity (MAM) pada tahun 2006. Undang- Undang (UU) Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Perkawinan menyebutkan, “pernikahan hanya diizinkan jika pihak pria dan wanita sudah mencapai umur 19 tahun”. Mengingat salah satu tugas perkembangan individu dewasa awal dengan rentang usia 19-25 tahun adalah menikah dan menjadi orangtua. Dampak yang timbul dari perkawinan dini yang berkaitan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan telah diakui secara luas. Tetapi pada kenyataannya, perkawinan dini tetap dilakukan dengan meminta dispensasi perkawinan dari pengadilan agama. Di Indonesia sendiri tercatat sebanyak 50.673 dispensasi perkawinan yang diputus pada 2022. Untuk mencegah peningkatan angka perkawinan dini ada lima (5) rekomendasi untuk menjamin percepatan pengurangan angka perkawinan dini.

Abstract

The Golo Koe Festival in Labuan Bajo City has become an integral part of efforts to expand the introduction of Labuan Bajo as an inclusive tourism destination. The festival not only highlights the beauty of marine nature, but also showcases the rich cultural heritage and religious diversity that emerges in people's lives. This study aims to explore the implementation of the concept of religious moderation in the Golo Koe Festival as a form of holistic tourism. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study highlights national commitment, tolerance, rejection of violence, and accommodation to local culture as indicators of religious moderation in the Golo Koe Festival. Primary data collection is carried out through observation and structured interviews with respondents who are parties involved as committees, visitors, tenants and talents. Determination of samples using non-random sampling with purposive sampling techniques where researchers can directly select parties who at the time of the Golo Koe Festival became respondents, while secondary data were obtained from various related literature. The collected data is analyzed through stages: reducing data, presenting data and verifying data to draw conclusions. Data validation is done by source triangulation. The results showed that the festival plays an important role in raising awareness of tolerance, interfaith involvement, and promotion of local culture. Golo Koe Festival is not only a tourism event, but also a vehicle to promote religious moderation and strengthen diversity as an asset in promoting the values of religious moderation in strengthening Labuan Bajo's positive image as a friendly and inclusive tourist destination.

Abstract

The principle of Sanitation Hygiene is an important factor in the operation of food and drink services to ensure service quality from the perspective of hygiene and food safety. Culiner managers not only understand the principles of sanitary hygiene but also its application in its services. This study focused on two things, namely analyzing the effect of Sanitation and hygiene on Service Quality and Visitor Satisfaction in Kampung Ujung Culinary Tour, Labuan Bajo. This research is quantitative research with 100 tourists/visitors to Kampung Ujung Labuan Bajo culinary tourism, as research respondents. Data testing (Outer and Inner Model) using SEM PLS software version 4.0. The results of data processing research show that sanitation has a positive (path coefficient, 0.769) and significant (P-value 0.00) effect on service quality.  Hygiene has a positive effect (path coefficient, 0.183) but is not significant (P-value 0.052) on service quality. Service quality has a positive (path coefficient, 0.860) and significant (P-value 0.00) effect on satisfaction. Sanitation has a positive (path coefficient, 0.661) and significant (P-value 0.00) effect on satisfaction through service quality. Hygiene has a positive effect (path coefficient 0.158) but not significant (P-value 0.048) on satisfaction through service quality. Based on the results of the study, cleanliness, especially sanitation of culinary areas, needs to be improved. The higher or better the sanitation of Kampung Ujung Culinary Tourism, the higher the quality of service shown and affects the level of satisfaction of tourists who visit and vice versa.
