Abstract

This research departs from the reality where PT. Genah experienced Turnover Intention the high one. Namely reaching 20.57% in 2023. In fact, the limit set by the company is 15% per year. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of training, motivation and compensation on Turnover intention employees at PT. Genah. The population studied included 67 employees, and sampling techniques were used purposive sampling, where samples are selected based on research criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, the work motivation variable does not have a significant effect on Turnover intention. On the other hand, the empowerment leadership variable has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention. The workload variable has a positive and significant effect on Turnover intention. Simultaneously, the three independent variables (leadership empowerment, work motivation, and workload) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Turnover intention) at PT. Genah. The practical implications of this research are that it is hoped that this research can become a basis for evaluation for PT. Genah in improving the relationship between superiors and employees so that they can optimize work processes that are more effective and productive. Theoretically, it is hoped that this research can become a source of information and reference for future researchers.

Abstract

This quantitative study aims to analyze the effects of store atmosphere, shopping lifestyle, and fashion involvement on Generation Z consumers' purchasing decisions for UNIQLO products. The study sample comprises 100 consumers aged 17–23 years who have purchased Uniqlo products directly from outlets. Data collection was conducted using a survey method with a questionnaire as the instrument. Instrument testing showed that all question items were valid and reliable. The classic assumption tests indicate that the data is normally distributed, and the regression model is free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression analysis reveals that: (1) store atmosphere positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions, (2) shopping lifestyle positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions, and (3) fashion involvement positively and significantly influences purchasing decisions. The study findings suggest that a well-crafted store atmosphere enhances consumer purchasing decisions. Additionally, the more resources consumers allocate to obtaining desired clothing, the higher the purchasing decisions are likely to be. Likewise, higher consumer involvement in fashion-related aspects strengthens purchasing decisions. These insights can help companies develop marketing strategies, including optimizing store atmosphere, designing targeted promotions to stimulate a shopping lifestyle, and increasing consumer engagement in fashion-related aspects.

Abstract

This study explored the impact of familial and economic factors on juvenile delinquency in Dhaka City, Bangladesh. This study employed a quantitative research design. A survey was executed in designated regions of Dhaka, including Mohammadpur, Mirpur, and Azimpur, including 100 teenagers aged 10 to 18. Data were obtained from this survey. The findings revealed that 80% of teenagers claimed inadequate parental supervision, while 96% had financial difficulties throughout their early childhood. These elements are substantial contributors to criminal activity. Behavior was seen as substantially affected by peer influence (64%) and limited educational access (52%). The results demonstrate that the following types of juvenile delinquency are widespread: Seventy-two (72%) percent of individuals confessed to theft, while fifty-six percent (56%) recognized their participation in vandalism or unlawful alcohol use.  The findings indicated that comprehensive policy interventions and focused community actions mitigate the primary contributing factors to juvenile delinquency in Bangladesh. Improving mental health services, enhancing family support networks, and increasing access to excellent education are essential to alleviate the effects of economic hardship and dysfunctional family dynamics.
