Abstract

The purpose of this mentoring is to facilitate knowledge and direct practice in the preparation of the Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM) in elementary madrasas in Sumbergempol District and ultimately there is an increase in knowledge and skills after carrying out this activity. This research activity in the form of community service research was carried out by the author and supervisor of the Sumbergempol District madrasah which was carried out from July 27 to August 16, 2024 with the target of assistance being 10 Elementary Madrasahs in Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency with a total of 80 participants. The stages in this community service activity consist of the preparation, socialization, mentoring and evaluation stages. This training activity showed results in an increase in the understanding and skills of participants regarding the preparation of KOM which is proof that the entire material provided was successfully understood well by most of the training participants. Mastery of the training material can be seen from the increase in the pre-test and post-test given, where the average pre-test score was 65, increasing in the post-test to 95. In terms of psychomotor abilities, the increase can be proven from the success of the participants in compiling their respective Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM) which will later be used in their Madrasah, and their opinions about this activity show real benefits by producing a product in the form of a Madrasah Operational Curriculum (KOM).

Abstract

Character education is the process of instilling certain values ​​and attitudes in students, while providing them with a foundation to develop their own unique characteristics when interacting in society. The emphasis on the concept of character education, in this context, refers to the teachings taught by the Prophet in his hadiths. The Prophet's hadiths include moral and behavioral principles that are considered important to learn and apply in everyday life. This concept is an important focus in research, with the aim of understanding how character is formed, the types of character that exist, and how this character can be applied in everyday life, especially from the perspective of tarbawi hadith. This research aims to provide parents, educators and students with a better understanding of the moral values ​​taught by the Prophet through hadiths, with the hope that they will be able to implement these teachings in the practice of their daily lives. The implementation of these values ​​is expected to create individuals who have good character, morals, and are full of compassion for others.

Abstract

The implementation of SSKU (Standard Student Cadre of Ulama) ubudiyah activities as a support for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MA Almaarif Singosari. This research aims to: (1) Identify the content of the material in the SSKU ubudiyah practice book, and (2) Analyze how the book is implemented at MA Almaarif Singosari.  This research used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed qualitatively to describe the application of SSKU. The results showed that: (1) The content of the material in the SSKU ubudiyah practice book is considered good because it covers the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects of students at each level of education (ula, wustho, and 'ulya). (2) The implementation of the SSKU book goes through three main stages: planning (determining objectives, procedures, and schedules), implementation (including memorization activities, explaining, and individual and group practice), and annual evaluation to assess the implementation and success of the SSKU book as needed.

Abstract

The Qur'anic sima'an method is used to maintain and strengthen the memorization of the Qur'an, so that the memorization is maintained and smooth. In sima'an activities, memorizers can mark verses that have similar sounds, making it easier for them to remember and compare. Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Hikam Malang applies this method to help tahfidz students maintain their memorization. This study aims to describe the implementation of the sima'an Al-Qur'an method in improving the memorization of female tahfidz students in this pesantren, as well as identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using a qualitative approach, this study collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation with data sources from ustadzah, administrators, and female tahfidz students. Analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and data validity is guaranteed by source triangulation. The results showed that the sima'an method was applied through ziyadah sima'an, muraja'ah, and joint sima'an activities. Supporting factors include self, parental support, ustadzah guidance, the role of administrators, strong intentions, and remembering the time of sima'an. The inhibiting factors include lack of accuracy, looking at the Mushaf when memorizing, laziness, the influence of cellphones, rushing, difficulty managing time, and mutasyabihat verses

Abstract

Learning strategies are patterns of teacher and student interaction to achieve learning objectives. The use of learning media, such as PowerPoint, is effective in conveying information and increasing student motivation, especially in learning fiqh. Jurisprudence focuses on the basic competencies of performing fard prayers which are expected to form disciplined behavior. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with the researcher acting as a data collection instrument through observation, interviews, and documentation. . The learning process of fiqh with power point media strategy runs smoothly although there are some obstacles, fiqh learning strategy with power point media has a very big contribution and can help teachers in the learning process. As well as being able to increase student learning motivation and increase student courage in question and answer. Student motivation can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes after learning strategies with animation-based power point media. The obstacles found in the learning strategy of fiqh with animation-based power point media are problems related to teacher competence, problems from students, problems from learning media.

Abstract

This research discusses the importance of ethics for educators and students based on the views of Habib Zein bin Sumaith in the book al-Manhaj al-Sawi Syarh Ushul Thariqah al-Sadah al-Ba'alawi. The purpose of this study is to examine the ethics that must be owned by educators and students according to the book. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach, and the data analyzed comes from primary and secondary sources. The results show that the ethics of educators include justice, honesty, wisdom, zuhud, tawaduk, and gentleness towards students. While the ethics of learners include heart cleansing, good learning goals, tawaduk, and simplicity in life.

Abstract

Discipline is an attitude that shows a willingness to comply with and obey the provisions, rules and regulations that apply. To achieve life goals, especially in terms of worship and morals. Discipline will be formed by getting used to doing something good and doing it consistently and continuously. Therefore, instilling a disciplined attitude is very necessary for every educational institution. As-Sholchah Islamic Boarding School for Girls implements the habit of activities that are arranged in a fixed schedule and carried out consistently. The purpose of this study was to identify whether there is an influence of the habit of reading Ratib Al-Haddad on the discipline of students and to determine how much influence the habit of reading Ratib Al-Haddad has on the discipline of students. The type of research used is quantitative research. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear regression test. The results of this study reveal the influence of the habit of reading Ratib Al-Haddad on discipline. The large influence of the habit of reading Ratib al-Haddad on the discipline of students at the As-Sholchah female Islamic boarding school based on simple linear regression analysis guided by R Square is 46%.
