The contract is the law of contracting parties. This rule is considered a key to the authority of the contracting parties in concluding the contract by setting the condition associated with it. No one else has the right to amend it, whether by adding, subtracting, or deleting from its clauses. This right is based on their individual will on the basis of the contract, and that marriage is considered one of the contracts in which there are two parties and they have The right to set the associated conditions stipulated by the Iraqi legislator in principle, except that every rule has an exception when there is a need for an exception, so the legislator gave the judge the right to amend the conditions in terms of deletion and amendment when implementing them is burdensome for the person stipulated, or there is a temporary impediment to implementing them.

Economic growth, in Iraq, as in any other developing country, is a target which is constantly aimed at. industrial investment is an important instrument which has been used by Iraqi Governments during the last two decades in order to try and achieve economic growth. Iraq as a country is in need of research into the many different aspects of its urban and regional structure. The effects of industrial investment have not been studied in a careful way, especially the effects of investment on economic growth. So the aim of the current research was to identifying the impact of industrial investment on economic growth in Iraq. Data was collected from Central Bank of Iraq. The current study included, the impact of industrial investment as an independent variable on the Iraqi economic growth described by dependent variables (Foreign direct investment, manufacturing, value added current US, GDP growth annual %).The applied side focuses on three sections, where the first section focused on the mathematical description of the models under study. The second section dealt with the test of some standard problems suffered by the studied standard model. while the third section focused on estimating the models under study in the style of autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL). The findings of research based on estimation of the regression model using ARDL showed that the industrial investment has a positive and statistically significant effect on Iraqi economic growth.

E-commerce has become a major platform for online transactions, where product ratings by customers serve as an indicator of quality and trust. This research aims to develop a web-based e-commerce application for Sanjai 3 Saudara and explore the impact of product ratings on online purchase interest. The application was developed using the Waterfall method, PHP, and the CodeIgniter Framework. The relationship between product ratings and purchase interest for the two best-selling products was analyzed using the Product Moment Correlation technique. To analyze the relationship between product assessment and e-commerce product purchase interest, you can break down the study into several key areas. The results showed a positive correlation between product ratings and online purchase interest, with a correlation coefficient of 0.703 for Sanjai Balado Bulat and 0.603 for Rendang Telur, indicating a strong correlation category. This approach will help provide a comprehensive analysis of how product assessments affect e-commerce purchase interest and offer actionable insights for improvement

In the era of the globalizing world, when states are becoming more and more dependent on each other, Uzbekistan, which continues the transition to the principles of a market economy, has also entered this path. One of the main conditions for ensuring stable economic growth in individual territories is an increase in investment activity based on the widespread involvement of domestic and foreign investors. To accomplish this task and an intensive transition to the principles of an open market economy, there is a need to create free economic zones (FEZ). There are already 23 free economic zones in Uzbekistan, 21 of which specialize in industry, 2 in agriculture, where industrial goods are produced for the domestic market and for export. However, the study revealed that there are several problems in the free economic zones in Uzbekistan that need to be addressed. To verify these objectives correlation, and regression analysis conducted. The analysis revealed that out of six factors, the two factors of FEZ export and FEZ investment are the major factors that directly impacted economic growth
