Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the level of financial literacy in college students affects students' interest in using mobile banking. With a better understanding of the factors that influence students' interest in using mobile banking, it can help develop more effective educational and promotional strategies to increase financial literacy and the use of mobile banking among college students. The data in this study were generated from interviews with several students at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Fatmawati Sukarno State Islamic University Bengkulu. The number of respondents in this study were 20, namely 10 sharia economics study program students, and 10 sharia banking study program students. From the interviews that researchers have conducted, 90% of respondents have used mobile banking in conducting daily transactions. This mobile banking service is also very easy to access using only a cellphone. In addition, the features available in mobile banking also provide comfort and convenience, such as quick access to balances, transferring funds without having to go to the bank, transaction notifications so that users can see funds in or out of the account, and additional security from two-step verification. The ease of use of the features contained in mobile banking is also one of the reasons that many students are interested in using the mobile banking service, because the mobile banking service can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of istishna contracts in online buying and selling transactions. Then the method used in making this journal is a qualitative research method and in collecting data using secondary data, namely by collecting data through websites, journals, and books. In using the istishna contract in online buying and selling transactions, it already follows the provisions or pillars of the istishna contract. The istishna contract can also end based on several things, one of which is the non-fulfillment of formal obligations by the parties involved. Online buying and selling transactions that are growing rapidly, in an Islamic perspective, fall into the category of business or commerce. In Islam, there are rules governing sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions. This research explores the pillars and conditions for conducting online buying and selling transactions and the implementation of Istishna contracts in online buying and selling transactions. The results of this study determine the sale and purchase transactions in Islam with an istishna contract and what form the transaction takes.

Abstract

Sharia economy has grown rapidly in indonesia. This is indicated by the increasing number of bank and non-bank that use sharia principles. One of the alleged supporters of this development is the political economy of sharia law conducted by the government. The problem is on the role of law politic between the sharia financial institutions regulation and the sharia financial institutions development. This research aims to privide an objective picture as well as a recommendation for the strengthening of islamic politic of law and sharia regulations. This research used normative method, which is a study on regulation, research result, journal, data and other reference, that will be analyzed by qualita tive descriptive method. The results of the study found that the politic of laws and regulations of sharia economy have contributed and established facilities for the development of islamic financial institutions in indonesia. The unity of law Politic and sharia economic regulation has established public trust and provides opportunities and protection for community, bussiness people, customers and sharia financial institutions.

Abstract

Islamic bank accounting is a financial calculation process starting from collecting funds to channeling funds. Every collection of funds carried out by Islamic banks has accounts that are different from conventional banks, such as the collection of financial accounting reports at Islamic banks (balance sheet). The method used is library research, namely collecting data or scientific papers related to the object of research or collecting data that is literature.

Abstract

This article provides a review of various theories, models, and methods used to measure, develop, and utilize human capital. The review evaluates and compares different approaches, theories, and methodologies used in human capital research. The authors aim to identify trends and areas of research that require further exploration. The article also discusses the difference between human capital and human resources and various methods used to measure human capital. The research methodology used in the study involved a three-way approach, including field research, literature review, and open-ended questionnaires. The article discusses the importance of developing and measuring human capital indicators for organizations to improve their effectiveness and productivity. It highlights three stages of research to identify key human capital indicators, including employee competence, job accountability, professional experience, employee commitment, teamwork, skills, creativity, professional knowledge, organizational tenure, and education level. The article also emphasizes the importance of managing and measuring human capital sustainably to improve organizational effectiveness. The study concludes that education and health play a vital role in developing human capital and contributing to regional economic growth.
