Abstract

Abstract The rapid flow of information and development of technology and science have brought changes to individual life patterns. In order to maintain self-existence, every individual desires career improvemnet as it affects their income. Career development and utilization of human resources are organizational needs. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population includes all employees having civil servant status within State Islamic University of Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews and documentaries. The data was analayzed through descriptive analysis and Multiple Linier Regression Analysis  which aims to look for relationship patterns that can be described mathematically between one dependent variable (Y) and several independent variables (X). Based on the results of analysis and hypothesis testing, it shows that the independent variable consists of expertise (X1), level of education (X2) and work experience (X3) influence simultaneously towards career. The degree of the contribution or influence of the independent variable is . 64.8% while the remaining 35.2%. influenced by other factors outside the model. P value for the skill variable (X1) = 0.903 so it is not significant at ? = 0.05, which means that the skill variable (X1) does not have a significant individual effect on the career development of employees at Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember State Islamic University. Likewise, P value for the education variable (X2) = 0.001 so it is significant at ? = 0.05 which means that the education variable (X2) has a significant individual influence on employee career development. Meanwhile, the P value for the work experience variable (X3) = 0.023 so it is significant at ? = 0.05 which means that the work experience variable (X3) has a significant individual influence on the career development of UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember employees. Derasnya arus informasi dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan membawa perubahan bagi pola kehidupan individu. Agar eksistensi diri tetap terjaga, maka setiap individu menginginkan karirnya meningkat karena karir seseorang juga mempengaruhi penghasilan. Pengembangan karir dan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia merupakan kebutuhan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan yang berstatus PNS dalam lingkup Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, interview dan dokumenter. Teknik analisa datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis Multiple Linier Regression Analysis yang bertujuan untuk mencari pola hubungan yang dapat digambarkan secara matematis antara satu variable tak bebas (Y) dengan beberapa variabel bebas (X). Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian menunjukkan variabel bebas yang terdiri dari keahlian (X1), tingkat pendidikan (X2) dan pengalaman kerja (X3) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) Besarnya kontribusi atau pengaruh variabel bebas  sebesar. 64,8 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35,2 %. dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model. Nilai Pvalue untuk variabel keahlian (X1) = 0.903 sehingga tidak signifikan pada ? = 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel keahlian (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara individu terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan. Nilai Pvalue untuk variabel pendidikan (X2) = 0.001 sehingga signifikan pada ? = 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel pendidikan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan secara individu terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan. Sedangkan Nilai Pvalue untuk variabel pengalaman kerja (X3) = 0.023 sehingga signifikan pada ? = 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel pengalaman kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara individu terhadap pengembangan karier karyawan UIN Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember.

Abstract

Abstract Achieving the vision and mission of the madrasah is determined by various aspects including teacher competence. Therefore, developing teacher competencies that are managed effectively is a logical thing in an effort to achieve the vision and mission of the madrasah. Various educational institutions still experience obstacles in efforts to develop teacher competence, so this has an impact on the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to describe how the management process of teacher competency development in madrasah and the management of factors shaping the madrasah communication climate in efforts to develop teacher competence. The research method used a qualitative approach, with a descriptive qualitative research type. The informants of this research are the head of madrasah and teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Amaliyah Sunggal. Secondary data sources in this research are journals, books, and articles relevant to the research focus. The overall data obtained was then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana data analysis model, namely: data collection steps, data condensation steps, data presentation steps, and ends with drawing conclusions. The results of the study are that the madrasah head as a leader and administrator of teacher competency development through his policies actually ultimately requires teachers to be able to contribute optimally through their performance in an effort to achieve the vision and mission of the madrasah. So it can be concluded that the process of managing teacher competency development is carried out in several stages, namely: training needs analysis conducted through communication with various parties including teachers, training planning, preparation of training materials, training implementation, and training assessment. Pencapaian visi dan misi madrasah ditentukan oleh berbagai aspek termasuk kompetensi guru. Oleh karena itu pengembangan kompetensi guru yang dikelola dengan efektif menjadi suatu hal yang logis dalam upaya mencapai visi dan misi madrasah. Pada berbagai lembaga pendidikan hingga masih mengalami kendala dalam upaya mengembangkan kompetensi guru, sehingga ini berdampak pada mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pengelolaan pengembangan kompetensi guru di madrasah serta pengelolaan faktor pembentuk iklim komunikasi madrasah pada upaya mengembangkan kompetensi guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif  deskriptif. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah dan guru Madrasah Aliyah Amaliyah Sunggal. Sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini berupa jurnal, buku, dan artikel yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Keseluruhan data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis data Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yakni: langkah pengumpulan data, langkah kondensasi data, langkah menyajikan data, serta diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah sebagai pemimin beserta pengelola pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui kebijakannya sebenarnya pada akhirnya menuntut para guru untuk dapat berkontribusi maksimal melalui kinerja mereka dalam upaya mencapai visi dan misi madrasah. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan Proses pengelolaan pengembangan kompetensi guru dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu: analisis kebutuhan pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui komunikasi dengan berbagai pihak termasuk guru, perencanaan pelatihan, penyusunan bahan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan penilaian pelatihan.

Abstract

Management of special health services at the Nurul Qarnain Islamic Boarding School is a health service activity for students. The aim of this service is to provide physical and spiritual health services for students. The aim of this research is to understand the management of special health services for Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews, data (document) review and observation. The key informants consisted of one Head of the Health Center and one Postkestren Nurse. For the key informants there were four health section coordinators, seven health section administrators, nine students and one Community Health Center officer. The variables in this research consist of Islamic boarding school development model variables and implementation of special Islamic boarding school health service management. The results of the research show that the implementation of special Islamic boarding school health service management has gone quite well, but several efforts in terms of input, process and output indicators have not been optimally implemented, namely human resources, facilities, health information media, implementation, supervision, evaluation and implementation of health post management. Administrasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Khusus di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Qarnain merupakan kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan kepada santri. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan  jasmani dan rohani kepada peserta didik. Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mendalami manajemen pelayanan kesehatan khusus  pesantren.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, telaah data (dokumen), dan observasi.. Informan kunci adalah pengelola puskesmas dan perawat pascakestren. Untuk informan kunci, terdapat empat koordinator dinas kesehatan, tujuh pengurus dinas kesehatan, sembilan mahasiswa, dan satu staf puskesmas.. Variabel  penelitian ini meliputi variabel model pengembangan pondok pesantren dan implementasi manajemen  khusus pelayanan kesehatan pondok pesantren.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen khusus pelayanan  kesehatan pesantren sudah  cukup baik, namun beberapa upaya pada indikator input, proses dan outcome belum berhasil, sektor publik, belum maksimal dikerahkan khususnya sumber daya manusia, fasilitas, sarana informasi medis, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi, dan pelaksanaan manajemen layanan khusus kesehatan pesantren.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the principal’s innovation as a strategy in establihing the religious culture of students at Junior High School Larangan Pamekasan. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was checked through through extended observations, persistence of observations, and triangulation. The results of this research are: First, the principal’s innovation as a strategy in establishing the religious culture of students at SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan is implemented through the development of character education innovation activities, such as Ya Habibi program which contains some activities like Yasin recitation, memorizing Al-Qur’an, and qiroah mentoring. Second, the implementation of the principal’s innovation as a strategy in establishing the religious culture of students at SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan was carried out at different times; yasing recitation was done daily, memorizing Al-Qur’an and qiroah mentoring were done weekly. Third, the evaluation within the principal’s innovation as a strategy in establishing the religious culture of SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan students was done through regular evaluation meetings as well as accountability reports from the person in charge of Ya Habibi program carried out once a month, as well as follow-up assessments by looking at the potential of student from Ya Habibi program by involving students in school events, as well as various kinds of competitions related to Ya Habibi activities. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi kepala sekolah sebagai strategi dalam membangun budaya religius siswa SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan pengamatan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, inovasi kepala sekolah sebagai strategi dalam membangun budaya religius siswa SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pengembangan kegiatan inovasi pendidikan karakter, yaitu program Ya Habibi yang memuat tiga kegiatan didalamnya, yaitu pembacaan Yasin, hafalan Al-Qur’an dan bimbingan qiroah. Kedua, implementasi inovasi kepala sekolah sebagai strategi dalam membangun budaya religius siswa SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan melalui kegiatan Ya Habibi dilaksanakan dalam waktu yang berbeda, yaitu setiap hari untuk pembacaan yasin, dan satu minggu sekali untuk hafalan Al-Qur’an dan bimbingan qiroah. Ketiga, evaluasi inovasi kepala sekolah sebagai strategi dalam membangun budaya religius siswa SMPN 1 Larangan Pamekasan melalui kegiatan Ya Habibi, melalui rapat evaluasi rutin sekaligus laporan pertanggungjawaban dari penanggungjawab kegiatan Ya Habibi yang dilaksanakan setiap satu bulan satu kali, serta penilaian tindak lanjut dengan melihat potensi siswa anggota program Ya Habibi dengan turut mengikut sertakan siswa pada acara-acara sekolah, serta berbagai macam perlombaan yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan kegiatan Ya Habibi.

Abstract

An educational institution is an organization that produces services which are then purchased by consumers, namely the public. Therefore, marketing or promotional activities are very necessary in schools, especially in admissions activities for new students. The importance of promoting a school requires a special strategy so that promotion can run smoothly, because with appropriate and effective promotion, a school can attract prospective students and the school can get students according to the school's expectations. The focus of the research examined includes: 1) How is the promotional mix strategy planned for accepting new students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember?; 2) How is the promotion mix strategy implemented in accepting new students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember?; 3) How is the promotion mix strategy evaluated in accepting new students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember? The aim of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of promotional mix strategies in admitting new students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are: 1) Planning a promotional mix strategy for accepting new students including: needs analysis, program preparation, and school coordination meetings. 2) Implementation of the promotional mix strategy for accepting new students including: advertising, personal selling, publicity, sales promotion. 3) evaluation of promotional mix strategies for new student admissions including: advertising evaluation, personal selling evaluation, publicity/public relations evaluation, and sales promotion evaluation Lembaga pendidikan merupakan suatu organisasi yang menghasilkan jasa yang kemudian jasa dari lembaga pendidikan dibeli oleh konsumen yaitu masyarakat. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pemasaran atau promosi sangat diperlukan dalam sekolah terutama dalam kegiatan penerimaan siswa baru. Pentingnya mempromosikan sekolah sehingga membutuhkan strategi khusus agar promosi dapat berjalan lancar, karena dengan promosi yang tepat dan efektif maka sebuah sekolah dapat menarik calon siswa dan sekolah bisa mendapatkan siswa sesuai dengan harapan sekolah.  Fokus penelitian yang diteliti diantaranya: 1) Bagaimana perencanaan strategi bauran promosi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember?; 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan strategi bauran promosi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember?; 3) Bagaimana evaluasi strategi bauran promosi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi strategi bauran promosi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang meliputi pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Perencanaan strategi bauran promosi penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan program, dan rapat koordinasi sekolah. 2) Pelaksanaan strategi bauran promosi penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: periklanan, personal selling, publisitas, salespromotion. 3) evaluasi strategi bauran promosi penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: evaluasi periklanan, evaluasi personal selling, evaluasi publisitas/hubungan masyarakat,  dan evaluasi salespromotion.

Abstract

Management is a determining factor in building good quality education, learning Management as a process of face-to-face implementation between teachers and students and learning resources to provide stimulus to create knowledge, experience and self-actualization in real life as self-implementation. This research aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of learning management in building students' ecological awareness at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah along with finding out the factors that support and hinder the implementation of environmental learning management. The research method uses qualitative with a phenomenological type of research subject, the head of the madrasah, teachers and students, data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. The research results are first, learning management in building students' ecological awareness is 1) integrated into several subjects such as science, social studies, PKN and religion which are adjusted to learning planning. 2) organizing environmental learning, the head of the madrasah instructs the teachers. 3) learning is carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom. 4) learning evaluation in building students' ecological awareness is direct observation and providing guidance for those who do not comply with the rules. Manajemen merupakan faktor penentu dalam membangun mutu Pendidikan yang baik, Manajemen pembelajaran sebagai suatu proses pelaksanaan tatap muka antara guru dan anak didik serta sumber belajar yang memberikan stimulus agar supaya tercipta pengetahuan, pengalaman dan aktualisasi diri pada kehidupan nyata sebagai implementasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorgaisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi manajemen pembelajaran dalam membangun kesadaran ekologis anak didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah beserta untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan penghambat terhadap implementasi manajemen pembelajaran lingkungan hidup. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenoligi subjek penelitian kepala madrasah, para guru beserta anak didik data diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian adalah 1) perencanaan manajemen pembelajaran dalam membangun kesadaran ekologis anak didik di integrasikan pada beberapa mata Pelajaran seperti IPA, IPS, PKN dan agama yang disesuaikan dengan materi pembelajaran. 2) pengorganisasian pembelajaran lingkungan hidup kepala madrasah mengintruksikan kepada para guru. 3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dalam kelas dan luar kelas. 4) evaluasi pembelajaran dalam membangun kesadaran ekologis anak didik yaitu dengan pengamatan langsung dan pemberian pembinaan bagi yang tidak patuh pada aturan.

Abstract

Education is something that humans really need, which aims to form good and virtuous people according to the ideals and values ??of society and to make the life of the nation more intelligent. This research aims to determine and analyze training and teaching experiences to improve teacher professionalism at the Al-Murabbi Islamic boarding school, Pontianak City. The focus of the research is 1) Increasing teacher professionalism competency through innovative learning model training, 2) Teaching experience on teacher professionalism competency, 3) Application of training and teaching experience to teacher professionalism at the Al-Murabbi Islamic boarding school, Pontianak City. The method used is qualitative descriptive to look for the breadth of the nature, character and climate of the organization. The data used is observing, analyzing research objects in training at Islamic boarding schools. Data collection through interviews, documentation and observation, data validity through observer diligence, references and member checks. Conclusions obtained from the research, 1) Teachers receive basic training; basic training in the form of making lesson plans, curriculum, using online systems when teaching and techniques when teaching. 2) Rank training; Rank training in the form of discipline, good quality lessons, innovation and creativity in teaching to students and female students at the Al-Murabbi Islamic Boarding School, Pontianak City. Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat dibutuhkan manusia, yang bertujuan untuk membentuk manusia yang baik dan berbudi luhur menurut cita-cita dan nilai-nilai dari masyarakat serta untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan analisa pengalaman pelatihan dan mengajar untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru pada pondok pesantren Al-Murabbi Kota Pontianak. Fokus penelitian ialah 1)  Peningkatan Kompetensi profesinalisme guru melalui pelatihan model Pembelajaran inovatif, 2) Pengalaman mengajar pada Kompetensi profesionalisme guru, 3) Penerapan pengalaman pelatihan dan mengajar terhadap profesinalisme Guru pondok pesantren Al-Murabbi Kota Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif mencari keluasan sifat, karakter dan iklim organisasi. Data yang digunakan ialah mengamati, analisis objek penelitian pada pelatihan di pondok Pesantren. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, keabsahan data melalui ketekunan pengamat, referensi dan member check. Simpulan yang di dapat dari penelitian, 1) Guru-guru mendapatkan pelatihan dasar; pelatihan dasar berupa pembuatan RPP, kurikulum, mengunakan sistem online saat mengajar dan teknik-teknik saat mengajajar. 2) pelatihan Kepangkatan; pelatihan kepangkatan berupa kedisiplinan, mutu pelajaran yang baik, inovasi dan kreativitas mengajar kepada santri dan santriwati Pondok Pesantren Al-Murabbi Kota Pontianak.
