Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of green accounting, CSR, and profitability on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021-2022. Sampling using the purposive sampling method resulted in one hundred and forty-four companies. This research is quantitative research that uses secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. This research shows that green accounting has no effect, while CSR and profitability affect company value. Furthermore, Green Accounting, CSR, and Profitability simultaneously influence company value.

Abstract

Employees are an important asset for a company, who act as actors to support the achievement of an organization's goals. The existence of employees in a company really needs to be managed and regulated well in order to make a positive contribution to the progress and sustainability of an organization. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at CV Margo Utomo. The population in this study were all employees of CV Margo Utomo and sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a total of 60 respondents. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data used in this research is primary data, by distributing questionnaires to the entire sample. The analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) to see the causal relationship between variables. The test results show that work stress contributes to turnover intention and job satisfaction contributes to employee turnover intention at CV Margo Utomo.

Abstract

Students are one of the agents of change who will be used as pioneers or examples for the community. However, over time the quality and financial behavior of students can be said to go up and down because the ease of digital technology has an impact on financial behavior in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, fintech payment, and tiktok shop marketplace on financial behavior in undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University. This type of research is quantitative using primary data sourced from respondents' answers. The population of this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University with probability sampling technique and 64 respondents were obtained as samples in this study. This research data was processed using IBM SPSS Statictics 22 software and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that the financial literacy variable had a significant negative effect on financial behavior. Meanwhile, the fintech payment variable and the tiktok shop marketplace have no significant effect on financial behavior. Financial literacy has a negative influence because students tend to not understand the meaning of financial literacy well. Fintech payment and marketplace tiktok shop have a positive influence because in the modern era that is all digital it is required to keep up with modern developments.

Abstract

The investigation was conducted at the Purwodadi Branch of PT. Bina Arta Ventura. Performance is a dependent variable, while the work environment, organizational commitment, and employee motivation are independent variables. The primary objective of this investigation is to investigate and evaluate the impact of motivation, organizational commitment, and the work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique is saturated employing a census, as the sample of this study consists of 35 employees who are all employees. Multiple linear regression is implemented by the analysis instrument. In summary, the performance of employees at the PT. Bina Arta Ventura Purwodadi Branch is significantly and positively impacted by work environment factors, organizational commitment, and work motivation. Abstract

The culture applied by an organization or company is an important concern for employees and companies to support productivity and sustainable innovation, one of which is the application of Kaizen culture. So that the purpose of this study is to provide insight related to the application of kaizen culture in the banking industry. Through literature studies, research is made based on previous studies. This research discusses how the application of kaizen culture in the banking industry is able to have an impact in improving the operational efficiency of an organization or company, such as the PDCA Cycle in the kaizen concept which emphasizes continuous improvement and empowerment of employees to participate in the improvement process, the concept of the 5S movement which serves as the basis for developing a mentality of continuous improvement and quality awareness among employees. The implementation of Kaizen culture has brought significant impact in improving employee engagement in the Indonesian banking sector. Through active participation in Kaizen initiatives, employees feel more engaged, motivated, and committed to their work, which in turn can bring benefits to both employees and the company as a whole.

Abstract

This research was carried out in order to achieve the aim of understanding the factors that influence Regional Expenditures in Provincial Governments in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data sourced via the BPK RI website. The focus of this research covers a population of 34 provincial governments with the sampling technique used is a saturated sample with 170 observation units. Data processing involves the help of the Eviews version 12 application. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with a signitificance level of 5%.The results of multiple regression analysis show that simultaneously Original Regional Income, Balancing Funds and SiLPA have a signitificant effect on Regional Expenditures. But partially, Original Regional Income and Balancing Funds have a signitificant positive influence on Regional Expenditures but SiLPA has no effect on regional Expenditures.

Abstract

Bali is a city famous for its culinary delights. Bali has a variety of traditional foods rich in spices. Genep base is one of the traditional Balinese spices that has not been lost over time. Genep base has been available since 2000 years ago according to the lontar book. The author conducted research with the aim of finding out the combination of base genep products with noodles. This innovation of noodles substituting oat flour with squid base genep spices provides a traditional touch and unique taste. So far the author has not found research on the innovation of noodles substituted for oat flour with squid base genep seasoning, therefore the author brought up this innovation. The method used was organoleptic by carrying out 2 recipe formulation trials and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to random panelists. The best result was Genep base noodles. 4.2 on a scale of 5 (very tasty), color 4.4 on a scale of 5 (very attractive), texture 4.6 on a scale of 5 (very soft), physical appearance 4.8 on a scale of 5 (very attractive). The results of this trial can be concluded that this innovative product of oat flour substitute noodles with squid base genep seasoning can be well received by the public.

Abstract

This study discusses the differentiation strategy that has been carried out at CV Tirta Emas. The differentiation strategy is an effort made by the company by providing a differentiator between its products and market products. Businesses have different characteristics so that they are easily recognized by the public. CV Tirta Emas has a distinctive feature in its products, namely comfortable noodle products which are one of the healthy foods. The results of the observation show that one of the factors in the differentiation strategy carried out is still not optimal, which results in a less stable sales turnover received in 2023. This study aims to analyze the product differentiation strategies carried out in achieving competitive advantage. In this study, the author uses the theory put forward by Feranita that there are six factors that can be done in carrying out a differentiation strategy to achieve competitive advantage. Excellence can be measured from the uniqueness, quality and selling price of the product. The method used is a qualitative descriptive case study method by producing data from competent sources. Data collection is carried out by conducting observation, interview and documentation techniques. The essence of this study is to maintain the differentiation strategy that has been implemented and analyze the differentiation strategy in achieving the competitive advantage of CV Tirta Emas.

Abstract

The current economic climate is experiencing rapid growth, prompting companies to compete in enhancing their services to attract and retain consumers. The role of human resources as a key driver in companies becomes increasingly crucial, where leadership style and work motivation play significant roles in optimizing employee performance. This study aims to identify the impact of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at agribusiness companies listed in LQ45, specifically PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, both simultaneously and partially, and to determine which variable has a dominant effect between the two. This research employs an explanatory research approach with a survey method, where data are collected through questionnaires, interviews, literature reviews, and documentation. The sample consists of 40 respondents, and data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that: (1) Transformational Leadership Style (X1) has a t-value of 0.319, which exceeds the t-table value of 0.279, with a significance value of 0.00, which is less than α= 0.05, demonstrating that transformational leadership style has a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk; (2) Work Motivation (X2) has a t-value of 1.615, which is greater than the t-table value of 0.279, with a significance value of 0.002, also less than α= 0.05, indicating that work motivation significantly affects employee performance; (3) The analysis reveals an F-value of 112.362 with a probability of 0.000, which is below 0.05, indicating that both transformational leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the significant influence of company size, leverage and profitability on company value. This research was conducted on Transportation and Logistics companies listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was 112 companies listed consecutively on the IDX from 2021-2023. Sampling used a purposive sampling method and a sample of 68 companies was obtained. Data analysis techniques used in this research include descriptive analysis, normality test, classical assumption test and research model testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that company size has a negative effect on company value. Leverage has a positive effect on company value. Profitability has no effect on company valueKeywords: Company Size, Leverage, Profitability, Company Value.
