Abstract

This study aims to determine how servant leadership (X₂) and workload (X₁) at PT. Hiu Megaptera Tangerang City impact worker performance (Y) through job satisfaction (Z). This study employed a quantitative approach using a descriptive methodology. The study's population consisted of 85 workers from PT. Hiu Megaptera. The research sample is a saturated sample, meaning that all 85 employees of PT Hiu Megaptera are included in the sample. Structural Equation Modelling SmartPLS 4.0 analysis, this tool is analyize method used in this research. based on findings of the hypothesis, it was investigated in this study. Performance is positively and significantly impacted by both servant leadership and workload.

Abstract

Differentiated learning is a learning approach that recognizes that each student has different learning styles, interests and abilities. In the elementary school context, implementing differentiated learning can create a more inclusive and effective learning environment. This article will discuss the concept of differentiated learning in depth, including its basic principles, benefits for students, and challenges that teachers may face in implementing it. Differentiated Learning is a learning approach that recognizes that each student has different learning styles, interests and abilities. In this learning, teachers no longer teach all students in the same way, but rather adapt teaching to suit the individual needs of each student.Keywords: Differentiated learning, learning styles and interests.

Abstract

This journal discusses the characteristics of trade terms in Islamic economics, such as At-Tijarah, Al-Bai'u, Tadayantum, and Isytara, based on the perspective of the Al-Qur'an. In this context, At-Tijarah is defined as economic activity that is not only focused on material gain, but also reflects moral and ethical values. The Al-Bai'u concept emphasizes the importance of honesty and transparency in transactions, while Tadayantum regulates lending and borrowing practices by avoiding usury and emphasizing justice. This journal also highlights Islamic economic principles that encourage ethical, fair and responsible business behavior. Through a qualitative approach and analysis of the text of the Koran, this research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the application of Islamic economic principles in everyday life, as well as their contribution to the welfare of wider society.

Abstract

يكشف هذا البحث اللثام على آثار القطعيات والظنيات في آراء السيد محمد بن علوي المالكي الفقهية، فيعتمد البحث طوال بحثه منهجين: المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي، وقد وجد الباحث أن الدليل القطعي عنده هو الدليل اليقيني الذي يفيد العلم، ولا يُقدَر على رده أو نقضه أو الجواب عنه، وليس من السائغ جريان الخلاف فيه، فالدليل القاطع يفصل بين الحق والباطل، و الدليل الظني يفيد ترجيح أحد الاحتمالات بغالب الظن لكن مع جواز الخطأ في هذا الترجيح، فيستساغ معه الاجتهاد وجريان الخلاف، وبالتالي، وآثار القطعيات والظنيات في آرائه الفقهية يقوم على قاعدتين: أولا: قاعدة العبادات: إن الله لا يُعْبَد إلا بما شرع، لأن العبادات كلها توقيفية لا تُعْلَم إلا من جهته تعالى؛وثانيا: قاعدة المعاملات: كل ما سكت عنه الشارع من المعاملات ولم يشتمل على ضرر يكون الأصل فيه الصحةُ، لأن المعاملات تنبني على عادات الناس.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has undergone significant reform, with prominent figures such as K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and K.H. Hasyim Asy'ari playing a significant role in shaping its development. This study explores the contributions of these two influential scholars to the modernization of Islamic education in Indonesia. Ahmad Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, advocated the integration of religious and secular education, encouraging critical thinking, community engagement, and the establishment of modern educational institutions. His educational approach emphasized character building and the application of innovative teaching methods to create a dynamic learning environment. On the other hand, Hasyim Asy'ari, the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), focused on preserving traditional Islamic scholarship while incorporating modern subjects into the pesantren curriculum. He emphasized the importance of maintaining the traditions of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah and encouraged students to apply their knowledge to improve society. This study analyzes the similarities and differences between their educational philosophies, revealing their shared commitment to Islamic education and contrasting approaches to reform. The research findings show that Ahmad Dahlan and Hasyim Asy'ari's contributions in creating a diverse and dynamic Islamic education landscape that blends tradition with modernity while encouraging social responsibility and community development. The legacy of these two scholars continues to shape contemporary Islamic education in Indonesia, with their influence clearly visible in the curriculum, teaching methods, and social engagement of Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Self-regulation is an individual's skill in regulating emotions, behaviors, and thoughts to achieve long-term goals. Self-regulation is an essential skill in an educational context, as it can affect how students cope with the academic challenges and stress they face. This study aims to examine the relationship between self-regulation and academic stress of Tahfidz Al Qur'an students. This study used quantitative methods with a correlational design. The participants of this study amounted to 124 students of Tahfidz Al Qur'an obtained through convenience sampling technique. The data analysis of this study used a simple linear regression test. The results showed a negative correlation between self-regulation and academic stress (β = -0.161; p < 0.01) of students of Tahfidz Al Qur'an. Self-regulation can be an internal resource that Tahfidz students can develop to help them face various academic demands and reduce the impact of stress due to educational needs.

Abstract

This research aims to criticize the forms of syirikk in the traditions of Indonesian society due to the acculturation of local culture with Islamic teachings, using the framework of Ibn Qoyyim Al-Jauziyah's thought. The main essence discussed in this research is the strengthening of tawhid as a fundamental principle in Islam, as well as how mistakes in cultural adaptation can lead to shirk practices that are not realized by the community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing various local traditions that contain elements of syirikk even though they have adapted to Islamic teachings. The results show that although the tradition is carried out with the aim of glorifying Allah and maintaining social solidarity, the practice of giving offerings or prayers through intermediaries shows the potential for Syirik that obscures the understanding of the purity of Tawhid. This research highlights the importance of strengthening Tawhid and instilling awareness of the potential for shirk in worship practices and local culture. This research is expected to contribute to understanding syirik that occurs without realizing it and encourage Muslims to be more careful in carrying out religious practices and preserving traditions in order to maintain the purity of Tauhid.

Abstract

Classroom management is a crucial skill that teachers must master in order to create a conducive learning environment, enabling them to maximize the quality of learning in the classroom. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe the teaching profile of mathematics teachers in a senior high school on the topic of arithmetic sequences and series. This research can serve as a guide for teachers to become more creative in managing their classrooms. The research type used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research collecting methods included observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of this research show that even though Teacher-Centered Learning (TCL was used, it did not make students passive, as the teacher consistently encouraged students’ participation. Additionally, the teacher effectively manages the classroom by utilizing technology that encourages the students’ learning motivation.

Abstract

Development Monitoring in Bondowoso Regency requires an effective and efficient monitoring system. A mobile-based information system can be a solution to improve transparency, accuracy, and speed of access to development data. This study aims to design and build a mobile-based economic development monitoring information system in Bondowoso Regency. The system development method used is SDLC. This system will integrate data from various development monitoring sectors and display it in the form of an interactive dashboard that is easily accessible by the General and Planning Department, apparatus, and section heads. It is expected that this system can help make better decisions and encourage public participation in regional economic development.

Abstract

Globalization has become the ruler of the world that is ready to penetrate the public massively, both positively and negatively. The flow of globalization continues to flow to all corners of society by breaking down the boundaries of space and time. Whoever can control the global, then he will be the champion. Including in terms of lifestyle, such as fashion. For Muslims, through fiqh has claimed to be able to regulate all aspects of human behavior, let alone just fashion matters, Various schools of thought review their explanations at length. However, the global situation has divided three types of thinking, namely anti-modernity, influenced by modernity, and critical. Fiqh has formulated the concept of aurat as something that is principle or dharury, and basic (hajiyah) and provides a gap to complement the aspect of beauty or tahsiniy. Even so, the appearance in public space by showing the aspect of beauty or tahsiny actually contains a contestation between religion and global ideas, namely in terms of formulating fashion criteria, the struggle for artistic and religious identities, standardization of Islamic fashion, and hegemony. Through the choice of rationality, Muslims are free to outwit religion and follow market tastes.
