The case of Bule Hora University, Ethiopia, and the research philosophy of research paradigms that must be designed in quantitative and deductive research approaches, researchers have used an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), research design, stratified sampling techniques, and simple random sampling techniques, as well as a method of data collection from academic staff, administrative staff, and university customers. The data analysis was to describe the information that can be analyzed from the exploratory factor analysis, based on the correlation matrix, KMO, average variance extracted, factor loading, rotation matrix analysis, scatter plot, and construct the internal consistency of convergence validity. And it was founded that Strategies for New Product development have an effect on Venture Sustainability in Ethiopia. Therefore, policymakers should focus more on Strategies for New Product Development and Venture Sustainability.

Abstract

Three prisons in Edo state-Okho, Ozalla Farm, and Ubiaja-are used as case studies in this study, which focuses on the challenges of decongesting the country's jail system. The study's objective was to develop a decision support system (DSS) to aid in ranking and recommending inmates based on an acquittal likelihood factor who should be fast-tracked for a speedy trial, bail, or relocation/recommendation for other correctional techniques or facilities within the Nigerian legal system; aside from the prison. The paper presents a model for a decision support system that incorporates three multi-criteria decision-making systems, SAW, TOPSIS, and AHP, as well as six factors: those who are awaiting trial, detained, sentenced to life, condemned inmates, long-term offenders, and those who have received only a light sentence. While assigning weights to rank the prisoners, consider their dependency, age, gender, health status, and percentage of their sentence served. Experts, including two magistrates, ten prison wardens, five attorneys, ten convicts, six pastors, and nine NGO employees, engaged in a questionnaire poll to predetermine weights. The DSS offers the decision maker two different levels of guidance, namely (a) a beginner mode and (b) an expert mode. The beginner mode is intended for decision-makers who are not familiar with the multi-criteria process. The advanced mode is employed when the decision-maker is conversant with the MA method and can choose a particular method using the predefined weights.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been a significant expansion in the field of strategic HRM. This article synthesizes the literature in this field by doing a meta-review, which is a study of reviews that have addressed different facets of strategic HRM. The authors also discuss conceptual frameworks and empirical findings from studies carried out in the field over the preceding three decades, pointing out methodological issues and challenges in the earlier research. They also analyze contemporary developments in the study of strategic HRM. The author concludes with a meta-review of some interesting literature and important lines of inquiry. PRISMA was used to prefer the systematic and meta-analytic review of available review items.

Abstract

Mollusca animals have a soft body, not segmented, most of the shell is made of calcium carbonate. Taxonomic identification is carried out to find out the types of Mollusca animals as well as for collections. This research aims to determine the types of Mollusca animals around Bungus Beach Padang. This type of research is descriptive with roaming method. The cruising method is carried out by tracing the beach as far as the tides are ± 1 km long and 8 meters wide. Molluscs were taken directly for three times, and tested the water with physical and chemical factor parameters. The results obtained from the identification of Mollusca species found in the form of shells consisting of two classes, namely the Bivalvia class and the Gastropod class. The total number of individuals is 202 individuals. The most commonly found molluscs are the class Bivalvia with 17 species. The most abundant species and always found in each repetition was Soletellina diphos with 29 individuals, at least Meretrix lyrata, Barbatia fusca with 1 individual. Class Gastropods found as many as 14 species. The species most commonly found was Cypraea vitellus with 15 individuals, the least found were Cypraea leviathan, Murex trapa, Bufonaria rana, Turbo setosus, Pomacea sp., Phenacolepas sp. amounted to 1 individual. Identification of the types of Mollusca animals can be identified based on the morphology of their shells and can also match the Mollusca images that have been obtained with the identification book. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the identification of the types of Mollusca animals can be known based on the morphology of their shells and can also match the Mollusca images that have been obtained with identification books. The results of the research are recommended for further researchers to find the types of Mollusca animals as a whole, especially on the beach.

Abstract

Quite a few nations have a thriving poultry feed sector. This essay focuses on Feed, which is regarded as the most expensive component of poultry production. Feed processing also raises the price of feed, in addition to the cost of ingredients. The population of the world is projected to rise to 9.1 billion people by the year 2050. Meat and egg consumption from chicken is rising worldwide, primarily in developing nations. As a result, there would be a rise in the demand for poultry feeds worldwide. Due to their significance in improving the general health of birds, additives in poultry feeding are nowadays a need in any product of factories making feedings. Nowadays, especially in emerging nations, the supply of feeds for chicken nutrition is becoming increasingly competitive. The use of alternative feedstuffs to replace soybean and yellow corn in poultry diets and the alternative feedstuffs that can be used in poultry feeds are both being pursued. Additionally, the availability of nutritional content and methods for enhancing the nutritive quality of such nontraditional feedstuffs.
