Abstract

Neuromarketing and its implicit and automated processes influence customer decision-making and expose any concealed understanding of consumer behavior. There is a rising interest in studying how consumers' brain responses affect their decision-making process because one of the most important questions in today's market is what motivates consumers to choose one product over another. Although neuromarketing positions itself as one of the key fields of research targeted at accomplishing this objective, it is still a young and rapidly evolving discipline. The study's research proposal was to examine how advertising influences consumers' purchasing decisions when shopping online. Examining the role of customers' gaze spots, fixation counts, heat maps, and emotions in reaction to stimuli or marketing efforts is another goal. The consumer provides the stimulus, and the advertising effort gauges the response. The authors used a systematic literature review of the latest studies. The inclusion and exclusion of scanned literature was conducted with the help of PRISMA. For checking the effect size of the used literature, authors employed the forest plot based on partial correlation. The publication bias of SLR was viewed through the funnel plot. Bibliometrics analysis and content analysis were conducted to support the strength of the reviewed literature.

Abstract

Learning in a classroom is fairly passive because it just involves listening, completing homework, and reading books. Because of the lack of connection between students and professors or between students, learning is unproductive. The poor student learning outcomes are a result of this. The goal of this study is to examine how the problem-based learning (PBL) approach is used to enhance primary students' social studies learning outcomes. applying the meta analysis method in research. The process of gathering data involved searching Google Scholar for electronic journals and reading library materials. 16 periodicals and 4 student theses served as the data sources for this study. In a qualitative description, data analysis was done. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the problem-based learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes from the lowest 8.9% to an average increase of 30%. This shows that the problem-based learning model is effective in improving the social studies learning outcomes of elementary school students. The implications of this research are expected to assist teachers in choosing the right learning model to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study looked at how market innovation affected SMEs' performance in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with the use of government support programs as a moderator. The study's meta-analysis will be guided by the Schumpeter innovation theory, which also incorporates the diffusion of innovation theory, expectancy theory, institutional theory, stakeholder theory, absorptive capacity theory, resource-based view/theory, dynamic capability theory, R-A theory, and a unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. The researcher used an effect size approach based on a forest and funnel plot to scan, exclude, and include relevant material. Researchers discovered a connection between the dimension of innovation and company performance on the basis of an extensive literature review. Also Based on the studied literature, the researcher discovered a link between the moderation of the government support program and the performance of SMEs' firms in the area of innovation. To carry out this study, an exploratory sequential mixed-methods research design will be used. Based on the current literature, the study attempts to create a conceptual framework and testable hypotheses. It was discovered that the impact of marketing innovation on a firm's performance was moderated by government support programs. Businesses must be encouraged to adopt government support programs with a moderating influence as a result.

Abstract

The knowledge of constructivism in the style of transformational leadership as it pertains to organizational performance was thoroughly reviewed to produce the current study. It studies the function of transforming leadership and investigates a number of problems that may arise in organizations under such circumstances. A systematic review and subsequent thematic content analysis of the literature, including findings from existing literature and research papers that have been published, is used to establish the theoretical underpinnings. They were thoroughly reviewed, and the best materials that matched them were then carefully picked out and included in order to reach a conclusion. The outcome highlights the need for managers to use a transformational leadership style to put into practice cutting-edge tactics for employee empowerment so they can navigate the environment of rapid change and perform to their full potential. A conceptual qualitative framework based on PRISMA was constructed and advised for the functionalism of personalized transformational leadership style to involve stakeholders in amicably avoiding recalcitrance. The forest plot and funnel plot were used to check the combined effect size and publication bias. This strategy can assist transformational leadership managers in identifying opportunities during this crisis and assisting them in drawing important conclusions about how to address problems and foster a healthy culture. This paradigm can assist a transformational leader in managing stakeholders' expectations and benefit both academics and practitioners by working collaboratively to solve anticipated challenges. Limitations include bias risks such selective result reporting, inadequate blinding, attrition bias, and selection bias. Research novelty was a fresh idea that might provide new knowledge or add to the body of knowledge currently in existence.

Abstract

With the introduction and expansion of ICT, there has been an increase in e-waste and the safety of information in e-waste. An empirical study was conducted in Benin City using a well-designed questionnaire distributed among university college students in higher education, telecommunication providers, civil servants, computer dealers, computer technicians, and e-waste collectors to suggest a framework for e-waste management and an information security tool. An average of four hundred respondents have been surveyed. The data were analyzed using SPSS, and the findings show that the human eye is inadequate for e-waste management and information security tools. The findings also revealed a well-known horrible way of thinking closer to the safety of statistics in damaged systems, owing primarily to a lack of information and the inconveniences associated with it. To address this, a framework and a functional online net website have been improved, which are based on reputation and sensitization of e-waste management and information security. This tool has been suggested as a proper e-waste management and information security tool.

Abstract

Three prisons in Edo state-Okho, Ozalla Farm, and Ubiaja-are used as case studies in this study, which focuses on the challenges of decongesting the country's jail system. The study's objective was to develop a decision support system (DSS) to aid in ranking and recommending inmates based on an acquittal likelihood factor who should be fast-tracked for a speedy trial, bail, or relocation/recommendation for other correctional techniques or facilities within the Nigerian legal system; aside from the prison. The paper presents a model for a decision support system that incorporates three multi-criteria decision-making systems, SAW, TOPSIS, and AHP, as well as six factors: those who are awaiting trial, detained, sentenced to life, condemned inmates, long-term offenders, and those who have received only a light sentence. While assigning weights to rank the prisoners, consider their dependency, age, gender, health status, and percentage of their sentence served. Experts, including two magistrates, ten prison wardens, five attorneys, ten convicts, six pastors, and nine NGO employees, engaged in a questionnaire poll to predetermine weights. The DSS offers the decision maker two different levels of guidance, namely (a) a beginner mode and (b) an expert mode. The beginner mode is intended for decision-makers who are not familiar with the multi-criteria process. The advanced mode is employed when the decision-maker is conversant with the MA method and can choose a particular method using the predefined weights.

Abstract

Mollusca animals have a soft body, not segmented, most of the shell is made of calcium carbonate. Taxonomic identification is carried out to find out the types of Mollusca animals as well as for collections. This research aims to determine the types of Mollusca animals around Bungus Beach Padang. This type of research is descriptive with roaming method. The cruising method is carried out by tracing the beach as far as the tides are ± 1 km long and 8 meters wide. Molluscs were taken directly for three times, and tested the water with physical and chemical factor parameters. The results obtained from the identification of Mollusca species found in the form of shells consisting of two classes, namely the Bivalvia class and the Gastropod class. The total number of individuals is 202 individuals. The most commonly found molluscs are the class Bivalvia with 17 species. The most abundant species and always found in each repetition was Soletellina diphos with 29 individuals, at least Meretrix lyrata, Barbatia fusca with 1 individual. Class Gastropods found as many as 14 species. The species most commonly found was Cypraea vitellus with 15 individuals, the least found were Cypraea leviathan, Murex trapa, Bufonaria rana, Turbo setosus, Pomacea sp., Phenacolepas sp. amounted to 1 individual. Identification of the types of Mollusca animals can be identified based on the morphology of their shells and can also match the Mollusca images that have been obtained with the identification book. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the identification of the types of Mollusca animals can be known based on the morphology of their shells and can also match the Mollusca images that have been obtained with identification books. The results of the research are recommended for further researchers to find the types of Mollusca animals as a whole, especially on the beach.
