Abstract

Kementrian Agama di Kota Medan merupakan salah satu kementerian yang mempunyai peran dankontribusi penting. kadang kala menemukan berbagai macam permasalahan sehingga perlu diimbangi dengan meningkatkan sistem yang ada. Sistem yang terdapat di Kementerian Agama KotaMedan masih manual dan terkesan memerlukan proses yang lama, Berdasarkan kondisi saat ini,maka dilakukan perbaikan dengan membuat suatu rancangan sistem informasi pada kegiatan mutasiberbasis Web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sebuah rancangan sistem informasipengajuan surat mutasi. Dalam penelitian ini Model yang digunakan merupakan produk dariperangkat lunak model waterfall, penelitian dilakukan melalui proses observasi langsung ke tempat,wawancara dengan petugas yang memproses pengajuan mutasi, kemudian dari hasil tersebut akandigambarkan ke dalam bentuk diagram alur proses, diagram alir data dan setelahnyadirepresentasikan dalam bentuk desain desain antarmuka pengguna. Dari hasil penelitian inididapatlah sebuah rancangan desain antarmuka pengguna untuk sistem informasi pengajuan suratmutasi pada kementerian Agama kota medan, dengan sistem online petugas akan lebih menghematwaktu dalam mengolah data, menghemat tempat dalam penyimpanan data dan memudahkan dalampencarian data siswa mutasi, yang dapat dijadikan bahan masukan atau rujukan bagi pihak terkait.

Abstract

The Kelurahan Office is a government institution at the Kelurahan or village level that is responsible for the management of public affairs in its area. His responsibilities cover various aspects, such as administrative services, population registration, community empowerment, and implementation of government programs at the local level. In addition, the sub-district office is also involved in maintaining public order, handling conflicts, and facilitating social welfare policies. Thus, the sub-district office has an important role in supporting the welfare and progress of the community at the Kelurahan or village level. Therefore, it requires an effective and efficient system for the assessment of public services. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the public in providing an assessment of public services provided, improve accessibility, transparency, and community participation and provide evaluation data for continuous improvement in the provision of public services. The system development method uses the waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The results of the study in the form of display output prove that the system is running well. And the test results of the system run well so that it can be used by the community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design a taxpayer data collection administration website to make it more accurate, work efficiency and effectiveness better and increase work efficiency and effectiveness. To solve the problem of less than optimal tax payer data collection. In this research, the waterfall method was used. And this system is designed to help officers collect taxpayer data better and more easily via the website. It is hoped that the results of the research will make it easier for officers to carry out their duties and increase efficiency in serving taxpayers at KPP Pratama Medan Petisah. And it can be concluded that the web-based taxpayer data information system designed using the waterfall method has succeeded in overcoming the challenges of efficiency and effectiveness of tax data collection.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate SMILE at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch using the User Compatibility method which assesses the extent to which the application meets the needs, capabilities, and expectations of users.  This research method involves surveying SMILE users at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch by considering aspects of usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, and direct observation of SMILE users at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa. The evaluation results show that SMILE Data and Information Management BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa Branch has a high level of user compatibility. Because it shows that all EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) independent variables consisting of Content, Format, Accuracy, Timeliness, Ease of Use have a significant relationship with SMILE user satisfaction. The resulting evaluation results and recommendations can serve as guidelines for future development and improvement.

Abstract

Official travel is a routine activity carried out by employees of the North Sumatra Food Safety, Food Crops and Horticulture Service in order to support the implementation of official duties and functions. The official travel administration process which is still carried out manually causes inefficiencies in data management and preparing official travel reports. To overcome these problems, this research aims to design a web-based Official Travel Information System for the North Sumatra Food Safety, Crop and Horticulture Service. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a waterfall system development model. Needs analysis is carried out by observation, interviews and literature study. System design includes designing data, processes, interfaces and system architecture. The system was built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL database. The results of this research are a design for a web-based Official Travel Information System that can facilitate the official travel application process, manage official travel data, and create integrated official travel reports. With this system, it is hoped that management of official travel data can become more effective and efficient.
