Abstract

This study generally aims to analyze the Effect of application of the Marriage Management Information System and internal control over employees work Effectiveness in the Religious Affairs office, North Sumedang sub-district,, Sumedang District. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, the research variables consists of independent variable, namely the Application of Marriage Management Information System and Internal Control, and the dependent variable is the employees Work Effectiveness in the Religious Affairs Office,North Sumedang sub-distric, sumedang district. The study population is 42 employees using the census. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis simultaneously the results of the study show that the Application of Marriage Management Information System (X1) and Internal Control (X2) has an effect on Employees Work Effectiveness (Y) of 64.80% while the remaining 35.20% is influenced by other variables from outside the variable Implementation of the Management and Internal Control Information System which is not included in the model. Partially the Application of Marriage Management Information System (X1) has an effect on Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) from 30.20% from the criteria of 100%. Then Internal Control (X2) has an effect on Employees Work Effectiveness (Y) of 41.96% from the criteria of 100%. To find out the main hypothesis the formulation is tested by using multiple regression testing, based on the testing obtained F count value is greater than F table that is F count 23,398> F table 3,244 from the value obtained, that Ho decision is rejected, so it concludes variable Application of Marriage Management Information System and Internal Control (X2) significantly and positively influences the variable Employees Work Effectiveness (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of Bureaucratic Reform in Upt Agriculture and Food Security in Jatinunggal District, Sumedang District The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research informants consisted of the head of Upt agriculture, head of administration, head of the program, secretary of the department of agriculture and food security, staff in the field of agricultural statistics, agricultural extension workers. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and field studies consisting of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and combinations. The results of this study that the bureaucratic reform in Upt Agriculture and Food Security District Jatinunggal District Sumedang Regency: First, supported by organizational culture, which is still less conducive this can be seen in the observations of researchers who say that the leader in this case the leader is still acting authoritarian. Another supporting factor is the effectiveness of the Organizational Structure, as a whole the services at the UPT Agriculture and Food Security in Jatinunggal District are run with the current operational standard procedures, but there are several types of services that still have not been made SOPs such as convenience for beneficiaries in accessing services through the chart / service flow that actually provides information on the service process to be taken. Other factors Employee welfare with employee welfare or compensation is good and maximum, employees can get a number of things including work motivation, work loyalty, physical and mental health that is maintained, as well as strengthening relationships and work relationships between employees. Therefore the welfare of employees for every employee both civil servants and non-civil servants is required that the organizational goals of the Agricultural and Food Security Unit of Jatinunggal District be achieved. Other supporting factors are responsibility, the overall way to shape culture is to determine action steps, provide space for participation for employees and provide awards for employees who show a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

This study was aimed to test and analyze the effects of policy implementation of regional development information system on data and information management of development in enabling effectiveness of regional development planning on Local Government Agencies (SKPD) of Sumedang Regency.Research method used was analytic descriptive with survey technique on independent variable of Effect of Policy Implementation of Regional Development Information System, and dependent variable of Effectiveness of Regional Development Planning on SKPD of Sumedang Regency. The population was 62 people from all of SKPD under Sumedang regency government. Sampling technique used was saturated sampling or census, where entire population were the respondents. Data collection was by document study and field study of observation, questionnaire,and interview.Data analysis technique in this study was path analysis. Testing result of main hypothesis showed that effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on data and information management of regional development (Y) in enabling the effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 25.5%. Effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on data and information management of regional development (Y) was 16.0%. Effect of policy implementation of regional development information system (X) on effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 25.2%. And effect of data and information management of regional development (Y) on effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD (Z) was 27.7%. Result of this study has implication on the effectiveness of regional development planning on SKPD of Sumedang regency, but there are issues need to address.To overcome problems in the implementation of regional development information system, it is recommended to increase number of personnel and improve their competency. As for overcoming the problems in data and information management of development, leaders should encourage data and information management to have better control. And for improvement in effectiveness of regional development planning by SKPD of Sumedang Regency, it is recommended to maintain good items, and to implement programs that promote public selfsupportability, economic equality, and better education

Abstract

About the research that the author is doing is to get an overview of the implementation of the Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Program Improvement Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, the weaknesses of the implementation of the Productivity and Agriculture Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, and efforts to overcome the Program policies Increasing and Developing Agriculture Sector Productivity in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with independent variables, namely: Implementation of Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Programs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique for data sources with certain considerations. The data / information sources are: A Head of PTP3 UPTD, a Head of PTP3 UPTD Subdivision, 2 PTP3 UPTD POPTs and 1 PTP3 UPTD Executor. Whereas in analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman Model with steps: data reduction, data presentation, concentration drawing / verification and Triangulation. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis, it was concluded that the Implementation of the Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District was quite good, although there were still indicators that still needed improvements in its implementation. Factors influencing the Implementation of Productivity and Agricultural Sector Productivity Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, namely: Environmental conditions, Relations between organizations, Resources for program implementation and Characteristics and female agent implementation. Efforts to improve the implementation of the Productivity and Agriculture Sector Productivity and Development Program in Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency, include: a tiered revision of the policy mismatch, information dissemination in the form of socialization, holding a training or coaching gradually for PTT3 UPTD staff and then applied to farmer groups. through an intensification campaign, and maximizing existing facilities and proposing additional facilities to the central Government

Abstract

This research is aimed analyzing the problems of household waste management system in Sumedang regency, obstacles in the household waste management system, and efforts to overcome the obstacles of the household waste management system in Sumedang regency at Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan. The researcher used qualitative analysis based on descriptive method. The data were taken purposive sampling technique. Research informants by Waste Management and Gardening Division Head, Sanitation Services Section Head, Section Head of Waste Management Partnership and Development, Waste Management and Gardening Management Staff. The data were obtained through literature study and direct observation in the field. This study used Miles and Huberman’s theory with the steps: Reduction data, presentation data, Conclusion drawing/verification, and Triangulation. By using the methods above, it was found that the household waste management system is not good enought, because the soid waste management system is seen from the operationa technique to carry the transportation up to the finalstage in the landfill, the laws and reguations governing the clear waste management, inadequate activites in terms of institutional meeds of employees, the financing is still not enough and the participation of the people who are still less concerned about the waste. The obstacles in the household waste management include uneven service for all regions, lacked of staff, lack of facilities and infrastructure on waste management, the tools were broken, the cost of procurement of equipment is less, lack of maintenance costs, the people who throw garbage carelessly, dump location is very close to the residential.There were efforts to overcome these obstacles by expanding the service area, adding jobs, making good use of facilities and infrastructure, performing maintenance and quality tools, procurement of priority items, staff skills in repairing tools, repairing garbage dumps, maintaining cleanliness of dumps.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Effectiveness of Employee Work in the Community Empowerment Office and Sumedang Regency Village, what inhibitory factors are found in the implementation of the effectiveness of employee work in the Community Empowerment Office and Sumedang Regency Village and what efforts are made to overcome inhibiting factors in the implementation of Employee Work Effectiveness in the Community Empowerment Office and Sumedang Regency Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, using the purposive sampling method. With research informants as many as 4 people, namely Kasubag General Assets and Staffing, Head of Institutional Affairs, Head of Community Economic Empowerment, and Head of Village Government. The data collection techniques used are literature studies, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation). While the processing procedures in this study, namely data reduction, data display, data conclusion drawing / verification and triangulation. The final results of this study concluded that on the aspect of quality of work is quite good because it already has responsibility. And in the quantity aspect as a whole has reached the target and target and in the aspect of timeliness the employees are quite disciplined. Inhibiting factors found in the effectiveness of employee work in the Community and Village Empowerment office are aspects of adaptability, aspects of work performance, and aspects of job satisfaction. Efforts are made to overcome inhibiting factors in the effectiveness of employee work, namely by evaluating, including employees in education and training, providing motivation and holding family gatherings.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted is to find out the influence of work discipline on work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency and to find out the relationship of work discipline to work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method that is used in research based on the philosophy of positivism with the aim of testing established hypotheses. In this study, researchers used inferential descriptive data analysis techniques to describe or describe the data that has been collected as is by making conclusions that apply to the public. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, with a population of 27 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the work discipline in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency has reached 79.72% and the figure is categorized as Good, as well as the level of work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency which reaches 81.32% and the figure is categorized as Good. The relationship of work discipline with work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency with a correlation coefficient value of 0.87 is in a very strong category. While the influence of work discipline with work productivity in the South Sumedang District Office of Sumedang Regency reached 62% while the remaining 38% was influenced by other factors that were not studied by researchers called epsilon factor.
