Abstract

This study aims to obtain a data description of the factors that affect student achievement in MTs Negeri Jatinunggal Sumedang Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a variety of questionnaire methods, interviews, observations or observations, tests and documentation. Testing the formulation of hypotheses is done with two data collection techniques, namely: Secondary data collection techniques and primary data collection techniques (observation, interviews, documentation). Some of the findings from the results of this study are the student achievement in Mts Negeri Jatinunggal Sumedang Regency is low. The results of this study have implications for knowing the factors that influence student learning achievement, one of them is the teacher's awareness of the main tasks and functions, the ability to communicate and interact with students, the ability to adjust to all changes in the work environment is still inadequate, the quality and productivity of teacher work is still low and problems with facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain data and information on the Effect of Coordinating Regional Cooperation on the Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property in the Context of Increasing Regional Revenue in Sumedang Regency. In this article, what is discussed is about the coordination of regional cooperation, such as what is the effectiveness of the use of regional property and what kind of increase in local revenue in Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method, with there are three variables, namely the Coordination of Regional Cooperation as an independent variable, the Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property as an intermediate variable, and the Increase in Regional Original Income as the dependent variable. The population in this study was 226 employees in the Regional Government of Sumedang Regency. The number of samples used is based on the Slovin formula with a minimum number of 69 people. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with details of 4 Head of Divisions, 12 Head of Subdivisions, and 53 Implementers at the Regional Secretariat. Data collection techniques in this study were by distributing questionnaires containing various statements to respondents. The measuring instrument used in the form of 54 statements relating to three variables. The scale used is a Likert scale. The results of statistical calculations show that the level of Regional Cooperation Coordination is Good that is equal to 82.56, the level of Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property is Good which is equal to 81.05%, the level of Increasing Local Revenue is Good that is equal to 81.81%. The correlation between the Coordination of Regional Cooperation, the Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Owned Goods and the Increase in Regional Original Revenues obtained 0.69 results. Based on research shows that the Coordination of Regional Cooperation (X) has a significant and positive effect on the Utilization of Regional Property (Y) in realizing the Increase of Regional Revenue in Sumedang Regency (Z) by 63.90%, while the rest (PYZ) 2 is 14.10% is influenced by other variables outside the variable Effectiveness of Utilization of Regional Property and Increased Local Revenue in Sumedang Regency which is not included in the model.

Abstract

The author's purpose in writing this article is to evaluate, look for obstacles and efforts to implement a web-based Information System in Sukatali Village that is able to present information so that it can be accessed via the internet. In this study, researchers used a method of collecting literature and field study data consisting of observations, and interviews in the sub-division of the Sukatali village staffing department. Administrators and central admins can find out employees who will be promoted, raise salaries periodically, and retire according to the period, do a promotion of Decree SK Promotion, Periodic Increase Salary Decree, and Pension Proposal automatically, which was previously done manually. Work Unit Admins can find out employees in their work units who move upward, raise periodic salaries and retire through the report module. Employees can pr int a curriculum vitae, Decree of Promotion, Decree on Increase of Salary Period and Pension Proposal owned. Based on the conclusions that have been put forward, several suggestions for further development can be proposed including the development of staffing information systems with the addition of leave modules, and transfer. Development of SIMPEG On Web with features of making SK that is customizable. Development of SIMPEG Sukatali Village that can be integrated with the State Personnel Agency (BKN).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problems of supervision in the Sumedang Regency Department of Environment and Forestry Department, inhibiting factors in conducting surveillance, as well as efforts to overcome obstacles in conducting supervision in the Sumedang District Department of Environment and Forestry Department. The method used in the preparation of this research report is a qualitative research method (Naturalistic Setting) with descriptive type. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. With research informants: Head of Waste and Parks Management Division, Head of RTH Maintenance Section, Parks and Cemeteries, Staff I Section RTH Maintenance, Parks and Cemeteries, and Staff II RTH Maintenance Section, Parks and Cemeteries. Data collection techniques through secondary data collection techniques such as library studies and documentation. In analyzing the data used the Miles and Huberman models with the steps: Data reduction, Data presentation, Conclution Drawing / Verification, and Triangulation. Based on the research, it is found that in conducting supervision, determining standards is important because it is a guideline in measuring the level of effectiveness. The absence of guidelines clearly becomes an obstacle in the implementation of an activity, especially regarding activities within a government agency. There is an effort to minimize the absence of reference standards, namely by persuasive approaches to employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the problem: Community Participation in Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) payments in South Sumedang District. The method used in the preparation of this proposal is a Qualitative Research Method, with an independent variable namely Community Participation. The informants were as many as 4 people, namely the sub-district head, the head of the governance section, the UN collector, and the village head. Based on the results of interviews and data analysis, it was concluded that community participation in the payment of land and building taxes in rural and urban sectors in South Sumedang District can be said to be quite good. Constraints contained in the Land and Building Tax Payment in rural and urban sectors in the Sumedang Selatan Subdistrict are weak personal awareness, lack of information, lack of free time, and economic capacity of the community. Efforts to overcome these problems are conducting intensive socialization to the public, and the existence of clarity of information by providing online services

Abstract

The purpose of the research that the author did was to find out the Spatial Planning of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration, the Work Spirit of the Employees of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency, the relationship between Office Spatial Planning and the Work Spirit of the Employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods, data collection techniques by conducting library research and field studies, the research sample is 33 people, the sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling, while the analysis technique is through percentage calculation, data normality test, and correlation test. Based on the results of research on office layout, then the data was analyzed that the office layout at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency reached 79.89% (Good) and the morale of employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Sumedang Regency reached 78.15% (Good). From the results of the research conducted that the Office Spatial Planning and Employee Morale at the Manpower and Transmigration Service mentioned above, the authors suggest that there is still much to be improved, one of which is the arrangement of the employee's workspace so that it is more expanded so that the employees work more freely and to increase employee morale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication on employee work effectiveness at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency and to determine the relationship between communication and employee work effectiveness at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency. In this study, researchers used survey research methods, while data collection techniques were carried out through library research and field studies consisting of observation, and distributing questionnaires. The collected data is then processed and analyzed through validity test, reliability test, percentage test, normality test, correlation coefficient test, significance test, and coefficient of determination test. The population in this study were 40 employees of PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency. For sampling, the technique of disproportionate stratified random sampling was used. The number of samples in this study were 35 people. Communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reached 72.86%. This is included in the good category, so H0 which reads "Work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang Regency reaches less than 75%" is accepted, and Ha which reads Work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang Regency reaches greater than or equal to 75 %" rejected. The effectiveness of employee work on work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reached 70.49%. This is included in the good category because it is at an interval of 50% - 75%. So Ho which reads "employee work effectiveness on work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reaches less than 75%" is accepted, and Ha which reads "employee work effectiveness on work communication at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency reaches greater than or equal to 75 %" rejected. The positive relationship between Communication and Employee Work Effectiveness is at the Correlation level with a correlation coefficient of 0.847 with a t count of 5.73 and a t table value of 1.68. So t count is greater than t table ( t count > t table ). Thus H0 : p = 0 which states that there is no relationship between communication and work effectiveness at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is declared rejected. Ha : p 0 which states that there is a relationship between communication and the work effectiveness of employees at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is declared accepted. The influence of communication on the effectiveness of employee work reaches 71.74%. So the hypothesis proposed H0: p = 0 which states that there is no significant effect between communication and work effectiveness of employees at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is declared rejected. While Ha: p 0 which states that there is a significant influence between discipline and work effectiveness of employees at PDAM Tirta Medal, Sumedang Regency is accepted
