Abstract

The research method used is the analysis description, with the research variable consisting of independent variables, namely coaching and the dependent variable quality of life. The study population was 33 employees of the social service. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, so the sample amounted to 33 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by documentation study and field studies through observation and questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis with the path analysis model.This study aims to determine how well the implementation of PMKS guidance at the Social, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Services. This is to find out how well the quality of life of Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) improves. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the determination coefficient test concluded that the influence of PMKS coaching on improving the quality of life for people with social welfare problems (PMKS) in Sumedang Regency reached 87.3%, while the remaining 12.7% was influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Sumedang Regency which is measured based on community satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index.This research is a descriptive type of research using the Community Satisfaction Index analysis with the results of the data in the form of numbers. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sumedang Regency in November 2020. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling type. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire or questionnaire technique. The results showed that the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for the Sumedang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service was 2.918 with a conversion rate of 72.95. Then the performance of public services is in the category of good service quality. The results of the 14 indicators of the Community Satisfaction Index with a value range between 0-100 are as follows: (1) the service procedure has an IKM value of 68.75 in the good category; (2) the service requirement has an IKM value of 73.00 in a good category; (3) clarity of service officers has an IKM score of 73.25 in a good category; (4) discipline of officers has an IKM score of 76.50 in a good category; (5) the responsibility of officers has an IKM score of 75.00 in a good category; (6) the ability of officers to have an IKM score of 76.00 in a good category; (7) the speed of service has an IKM value of 66.00 in the good category; (8) justice in getting services has an IKM value of 70.50 in a good category; (9) politeness and friendliness have the IKM score of 75.75 in the good category; (10) fairness of service fees has an IKM value of 74.25 in a good category; (11) certainty of service costs has an IKM value of 73.50 in a good category; (12) schedule certainty has an IKM value of 70.50 in a good category; (13) environmental comfort has an IKM value of 78.50 with a good category; (14) service safety has an IKM value of 78.00 in a good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the implementation of Competency-based training at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration in Sumedang Regency was effective, to find out what obstacles were faced, and to find out what efforts should be made to overcome the obstacles faced in the effectiveness of competency-based training.In this study, the method used is qualitative research methods with an inductive descriptive approach. The technique of determining research informants is purposive sampling. With research informants, namely the head of the field of training institutional development, section of training institute coaching, section of certification, competence and apprenticeship. Data collection techniques used are literature study and field study consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data processing techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing verification, and triangulation.The results showed that the effectiveness of Competency-Based Training at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Sumedang Regency was not yet effective because the training system had not been implemented properly. There are several obstacles faced in effectiveness, namely the number of employees who do not know competency-based training. The large number of employees who do not have special skills and still lack of provision of employee training and lack of awareness of employees of the importance of providing training to improve skills.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the regent regulation number 87 of 2020 in Regional Revenue Management Agency of Sumedang when it is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The method that we used in this research is the qualitative research method and set the variable we observed is the policy implementation. The sampling technique that we used is the purposive sampling that considers some argument based on the data. The sources of the data we observed are the chief of organization, assistant of general position, chief of controlling and monitoring. On analyzing the data we have observed, we used Miles and Huberman’s Model having these several steps: data reduction, data visualization, conclusion drawing/verification, and triangulation. Based on the interview and data analysis, we concluded that the implementation of the regent regulation number 87 of 2020 is statistically well performed as we consider the constructing process, implementation, and participation. Some obstacles on implementing this regent regulation are lack of knowledge of citizen about this regent regulation also lack place of taxes payment. Some strategies on dealing with these obstacles are increasing the campaign of the regent regulation through social media and direct helping of busy citizen on paying the taxes. In this research, we also provide several suggestions i.e. adding several payment access, campaigning citizen on paying taxes on-time, and also accepting some constructive suggestions submitted by citizen.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the quality of sustainable services in the field of transportation, by looking for data and objective information on the analysis of sustainable services in the Field of Transportation in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang. The benefit of this research is to provide positive and constructive reference to practical problem solving related to the title of the research. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative analysis study approach. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation). While the data processing procedure is used data analysis model Miles and Huberman. The informant in this study was determined using purposive sampling method of 3 people. The final results of this study concluded that the quality of sustainable transportation services in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang has gone quite well but not yet maximal. It can be seen from several things, namely that the quality of service from employees is still not good, in this case employees have not been able to provide services in accordance with applicable standards, there are limitations and shortages of employees in the field of knowledge (when using technology). Therefore, the results of this research can be used as references and recommendations to support the quality of sustainable transportation services in Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Sumedang.

Abstract

The study aims to find out how the implementation of the E-Office program, to know the factors against the implementation of the E-Office program, to know efforts to overcome the program implementation obstacles E-Office program by Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Persandian, dan Statistik Kabupaten Sumedang. The method used in the compilation of this assessment is a qualitative (natural setting) method with a descriptive type. The identification was taken by the purposive sampling technique, which is the calculated ampel of the data source technique to fit the criteria for the under-targeted phenomena. It’s either a source of data or an informant are The Heads Of The Information Department, Telecommunications Section Chief, and Program Staff. As for the data-collection techniques that are done are the literature and field studies of observation, interviews and documentation. Whereas data processing procedures in this assessment include reduction of data, display data, data triangulation, and a withdrawal of conclusions or verification. Based on analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude that the implementation of the E-Office program in composting Covid-19 by Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Persandian, dan Statistik Kabupaten Sumedang has been well carried out, that the E-Office application is very useful because it can help ASN employees become easier and faster in accordance with the policies based on 2020 vice President No.63. The obstacles included in the study are, among other things, a weak internet access network, a user's ability to understand technologies. Whereas efforts to overcome these obstacles include: both in-person socialization and the use of electronic media to increase user understanding of the E-Office application

Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of Ministry of Health Policy NO.HK.01.07/MENKES/413/2020 concerning guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang District Health Office. This study aims to determine how the Sumedang District Health Office implements the policy, which in its implementation can find out the obstacles faced by the Sumedang District Health Office, as well as efforts to overcome the obstacles faced by the Sumedang District Health Office. This study used a qualitative approach, determining research informants, namely purposive sampling technique, with the Head of the Program and Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) Division and the case study method. The data collection techniques used are literature study and field study consisting of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Ministry of Health's Policy No.HK.01.07 / MENKES / 413/2020 regarding guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang district health office has been running in accordance with the decision of the minister of health in the prevention and control of covid-19 in Sumedang district. One of the programs made by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, in a decree of the Minister of Health NO.HK.01 / 07 / MENKES / 413/2020 concerning Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of the Ministry of Health's Policy NO.HK.01.07 / MENKES / 413/2020 regarding the guidelines for the prevention and control of covid-19 by the Sumedang District Health Office has been running according to the decision of the minister of health in the prevention and control of covid-19 in Sumedang district, although socialization is quite good, there is still low public participation in the use of masks.

Abstract

Cooperative Strategy In Reducing Flender Practices In Sumedang District is the result of qualitative research that aims to answer questions about how the most important goals or objectives need to be achieved, what are the most important policies? important and directing or limiting activities, How the main action stages or programs will achieve the goals set within the boundaries outlined. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis research with a case study approach to the object. The informants in this study were 4 people, namely the Head of the Cooperative Division, the Head of the Institutional and Human Resources Development Section, the Head of the Business Development section, and finally the Head of the Facilitation and Capital section. Data collection was done by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The conclusion of this study is that the cooperative sector strategy in reducing the practice of loan sharks by optimizing the role of cooperatives by socializing the role and importance of cooperating in the community, presenting sharia cooperative programs, improving the performance and management of professional and accountable cooperatives by providing training and cultural-based entrepreneurial direction. local so that they can develop community business activities in order to reduce the practice of moneylenders.Suggestions that researchers can give are to improve the sharia cooperative program in each village to make it easier to carry out savings and loans in cooperatives, to socialize the role of cooperatives, to make policies specifically to reduce the practice of moneylenders and to increase cooperative business support.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, get the data data and objective information abaout Strategy for the Development of Public Service Quality in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this study, using qualitative research methods with data collection, observation steps, in-depth interviews and documentation. From this research, the results obtained are the factors that support the Quality of Public Services in the Strategy for the Development of Public Service Quality in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic as a whole. using technology, lack of ability or skills resulting in mismatches in dealing with competency problems. Obstacles were encountered regarding the Quality of Public Services in the Strategy for Developing the Quality of Public Services in Kecamatan Sumedang Utara during the Covid-19 Pandemic, namely: in terms of budget, interest or awareness of employees, facilities, and when employees face new things, lack of funds and environmental conditions or organizational climate that is not supportive, lack of expertise in the analysis phase of a problem at hand, does not meet predetermined standards, mistakes occur if you collect data too quickly. Efforts to overcome obstacles include developing potential, training and developing continuously, using analytical techniques in problem solving, anticipating complex problems, working beyond / meeting standards, work carried out accurately according to the competence of employees in the Service Sector in North Sumedang District.

Abstract

Within equalization for administrative positions into function positions, especially planners, various efforts must be improved performance. Time-Based Minimal Work Results (HKMBW) is one of the planner's performance appraisal strategies. HKMBW refers to the minimum cumulative credit score each year, which is 25 credit points. Currently, the Employee Performance Target (SKP) is the reference for evaluating the performance of function positions, so the planners are obliged to include HKMBW in the Employee Performance Target (SKP) as one of the implementation requirements every year.
