Abstract

This study discusses the problems experienced by pet owners, especially cats and birds in dealing with diseases experienced by their pets. Based on the results of the questionnaires that have been conducted, as many as 74.3% of pet owners have minimal knowledge about what types of diseases can attack their pets (cats and birds), 80% of the distance traveled to the vet clinic is quite far, 60% of the existing veterinarians are still relatively minimal, and pet owners have their own busy lives and activities. This study aims to create an expert system in the form of an android-based application, which can assist pet owners in obtaining information about the results of disease symptoms in pets, what kind of treatment can be given, drug suggestions for the disease. The method for tracing the solution used is the Forward Chainig method, where the analysis is carried out after the information is given to then produce conclusions in the form of the name of the disease. The kar system application is made using the Java and PHP programming languages. The expert system application created in this study can help pet owners, especially cats and birds, in getting information about the symptoms of diseases that attack their pets. This is based on the results of testing the beta test results of all the features in the application running well and a success rate of 100%, and based on the results of the effectiveness test of the acceptance of this expert system application, it is very good at 89.35%.

Abstract

This study aims to assist the internal team of BPTI UHAMKA in making the Online Learning UHAMKA (OLU) web server so that the login credentials of the UHAMKA academic community are protected from attempted brute force attacks. Fail2Ban is a server security tool where it detects login attempts according to theĀ  maximum pre-configured trial value. In its implementation, Fail2Ban which uses the python programming language is installed on the Online Learning UHAMKA (OLU) server that uses the CentOS 7 server operating system. In the way it works, Fail2Ban will block or ban IP addresses that try to log in consecutively within one hour. Based on the comparison before and before its implementation, it can be proven that Fail2Ban can detect brute force attacks that occur and ban the attacker's IP address.

Abstract

The process of monitoring and measuring the performance of an employee as well as archiving performance assessment data for lecturers and educational staff at UHAMKA so far has been carried out manually in paper form which causes a lack of efficiency in its implementation and the main obstacle faced during implementation is the lack of data integration. To overcome this problem, the creation of a Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-based performance management information system for lecturers and education staff can be a solution to facilitate the process of monitoring and measuring the performance of lecturers and students at UHAMKA. The creation of this system uses the Agile method with the Scrum framework because Scrum is a product development method that focuses on business value and has high flexibility for every need that is dynamic and sustainable. The results of this study are facilitating the process of integrating and archiving data as well as helping time efficiency in the KPI data management process for lecturers and students. The results of the satisfaction and success survey on the KPI system as a whole reached 88% so that this website can facilitate the KPI data management process at UHAMKA

Abstract

This study aims to design an application that makes it easy for users and users to process production inventory records that determine when to buy raw material inventory online and also aims to minimize loss or damage data in reporting the result of a complete and whole. Methods used in this research is in a rapid application development, because this method faster and systematic in order to facilitate in doing design system. The results obtained in the development of this system proved that the Design of an Activated Carbon Inventory System Based on the Web-Based Reorder Point Method at PT. Freeman has been successfully run or used to make it easier for operators to quickly and efficiently manage an inventory of activated carbon data online. Demonstrable satisfaction index of operators pt freeman worth 76,19 % indicating as good category

Abstract

Order errors are a problem that often occurs in restaurants that have many visitors. This happens because the process of recording orders is done manually, so that there are obstacles to the queue caused by stacks of paper that are not arranged according to the queue. This research designs and builds an Android-based mobile application that aims to reduce errors in the process of ordering food or drinks. The prototyping method is used in the system development process. Based on the results of black box testing, this ordering application can run well according to its function. In addition, system testing was also carried out on 25 respondents. The results obtained state that this application can be used properly and can help overcome the problem of order queues
