This study aims to identify Waroeng SS’s resources and capabilities in achieving its sustainable competitive advantages, which are aimed to achieve sustainable competitive advantages.Primary and secondary data are used in this research. The primary data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires. While the secondary data were obtained from literatures relating to Waroeng SS and culinary industry, from both online and offline resources. This study uses value chain analysis of resources and company capabilities to analyze competitive advantages by assessing resources and capabilities (strategic importance and strategic relative strength, and VRIO Framework to analyze sustainable competitive advantages).Based on the analysis results using value chain analysis, 30 resources and capabilities in Waroeng SS are found. The results show that there are 21 resources and capabilities that can be used as competitive advantages. From the results of the analysis, three resources and capabilities can be used as sustainable competitive advantages for Waroeng SS. First, Waroeng SS management owns farming land for raw materials that and work together with farmers, second, R & D team that is specifically responsible for maintaining product quality to remain consistent and equal to each outlet, and third, they have the ability to screen and provide training programs according to what employee needs. Result of Waroeng SS’s resources and capabilities identification that can be made a sustainable competitive advantages, the company are expected to give more focus on it’s resources and capabilities. So, the company not only gain competitive advantages, it’s also achieve the sustainable competitive advantages.

Muhammadiyah having basic problems but crucial related to its regeneration. Internal thought among the senior leaders in its organization worried of the young generation who will replace their positions to run and lead the organization in the future. 60 million members spread all over Indonesia (per-2019) is a such a huge number of members, but seems limited for future regeneration who will seriously giving contribution in this mass organization. This study researches and analyzes its good organization governance, whether can effectively having leadership functions, and how the social perspectives to its effectiveness and captures what young generations’ perception on it. This research distributed questioners to 217 respondents, and using SEM (PLS) in analyzing the data. Three major variables on this study are good organization governance, leadership and regeneration. The limitation of the study was the respondents are mostly domicile in Bekasi areas, so it still not captured yet the big picture of organization as a whole. The result of this study show the strong correlation between good organization governance, leadership effectiveness and young generations perceptions on Muhammadiyah as an Islamic mass organization.

Jamkrindo is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) which serves as a means of financing for micro and small and medium industries, to be able to provide good service, it must be supported by good quality human resources, the quality of human resources, especially employees, of course must be sourced from leaders who can provide good examples to their subordinates, therefore in this study the perception of respondents who are leaders of branches, regions and service units is measured through transformational leadership variables, work commitment, employee performance and work productivity, this study uses the SEM method by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 303 respondents using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling and a margin of error of 5%, and the results obtained are transformational leadership has an influence on work commitment, and also affects performance employees, the next result is the influence of work commitment on employee performance and employee performance has a significant positive effect on work productivity variables. This research was conducted to produce a project-based learning model with three variations of business activities and its five components in an integrated manner to improve the ability to manage a business. The output to be achieved with this model is the strengthening of entrepreneurial character, improvement of operational capabilities and strengthening of managerial capabilities, as well as business development through improving product quality and expanding access to digital markets. The design used is research and development (R&D), starting from the analysis of entrepreneurial needs, determining components and making product prototypes, testing and revising, continuing to implementation. Data on increasing managerial and operational abilities, changes in self-character, as well as business development data for the 30 student entrepreneurs and alumni were analyzed descriptively. The efforts to improve the ability to manage business and the ability to capture market opportunities are analyzed by SWOT and t-test. Data analyses by using descriptive view show that operational skills and managerial abilities can be improved by utilizing feedback information from interactions with expert teams, colleagues on campus and alumni groups in the field. The results of the data analysis show that the developed model has been successfully implemented in the field to achieve the proposed competency standard. The results of data analysis show that the ability to manage a business develops in a sustainable manner, with variations in acceleration that vary according to the type of business chosen, as well as internal and external factors that influence the business.
