Abstract

Performance appraisal applies a measurement process in achieving predetermined goals. Performance appraisal can also be interpreted as a periodic determination of the operational effectiveness of an organization based on the vision and mission, organizational standards that have been previously determined. Organizations are basically operated on human resources so performance appraisal is actually apply assessment of human behavior in carrying out roles. The solution to the problem above is to build a Decision Support System to assist in determining employee performance assessments at PT Media Perfect Nusantara. The method chosen to support solving the problem above is the Copras method, namely by giving weight to each alternative option available. This research produces a Decision Support System that can recommend employee performance assessments at PT Media Perfect Nusantara using the Copras method. A trial was carried out by entering a data sample of 10 employee names. With the Decision Support System, it can provide recommendations for determining employee performance assessments based on rankings, employee performance assessments based on the largest ranking, namely: Alternative 9 (Lia Zannah) with a score of 100, Alternative 8 (Sinta Anggraini) with a score of 92.59 and Alternative 10 (Suratman ) with a value of 90.89

Abstract

Employees are one of the most important assets for a company to be able to survive, develop, compete and earn profits. In an increasingly competitive business world, competition drives companies to work harder to improve their quality. And it takes maximum effort to improve employee performance. One of them is to choose the best employees in hopes of improving their performance. The difficulty in making decisions made by the HRD department in determining the best employees is due to the large amount of employee data and the selection process that still uses manual methods, causing a long processing time in decision making. Decision Support System selection of the best employees is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of the criteria, as well as the use of the Preference Ranking Organization Method Of Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method to find the overall order/ranking. Based on the results of the process of applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Preference Ranking Organization Method Of Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) to determine the best employee performance evaluation goes to the employee with the name effendi with a score of 0.8426 where the value of each attendance criterion is 80%, “Very Good” skills, “Very Good” Teamwork, “Good” Discipline, “Good Enough” Ethics.

Abstract

Football coaches are people who are fully trained and guide players in carrying out training. Therefore in determining the feasibility of a trainer is very important. In the world of football, many football club management are not optimal in choosing coaches, as is currently experienced by the PSMS Medan football club, which is experiencing a decline in performance due to coaches who are less able to cultivate bad tactics or strategies so that at this time they are relegated. to the 2nd Caste of the Indonesian League which was previously in the 1st (Main) Indonesian League of Caste. In fact, so far in the process of selecting football coaches, especially at PSMS Medan, it is still being implemented in the form of direct appointments because this method does not sound objective, causing injustice to other candidates who may be better. Therefore, a system is needed to solve this, namely a Decision Support System to make it easier for football club management to determine football coaches and avoid system data calculation errors quickly and more accurately by using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and the combination method. Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). From the results of this study, Angelo Alessio (A6) is eligible to become a soccer coach with a score of 1,682 as the first rank.

Abstract

Measles, also known as morbili in Latin and measles in English, or known as gabagen (in Banjarese) or rubeola (German measles) is a viral infection that causes chronic intrauterine infection, disrupting fetal growth and development, an infection highly contagious virus, which is characterized by fever, weakness, cough (inflammation of the connective membrane of the eye) and red spots on the skin. The group most vulnerable to contracting this disease are infants and children who have never received measles immunization. This disease is also one of the causes of high morbidity and mortality rates in infants and children. The problem of measles is that it is often difficult to detect symptoms and needs further medical treatment to find out the symptoms of measles. Ignorance of the community about traces of measles can be fatal and can even cause death. Measles is an endemic disease in developing countries, including Indonesia. Based on the results of the final calculation test at the defuzzification stage, the severity of the diagnosis of measles in children is in the definite category

Abstract

Swallow is one of the local products that are in great demand by entrepreneurs in the city of Medan for cultivation of PT. Efyanto walet as a limited company engaged in the trade and services of Swallow distributors has a very important role in meeting the needs of consumer demand for the availability of swallow nests. Common problems that often occur when selecting the best employees are often there is a lack of transparency, undocumented exposure to the criteria value used by both selectors, and there is still a lot of discrimination found. With the decision support system to get the best alterntif results from problems that often occur. Therefore, the method used is the Dematel and Edas methods thus carried out the establishment of both methods for the right solution to solve the problem.
