Before engaging in stock market transactions, investors evaluate companies that release their shares on the Stock Exchange. This evaluation covers several factors, such as the company's ability to generate profits, the level of returns, and risks. Investors participate in the stock market with the expectation of receiving rewards or income from their investments. For those who invest in company stocks, the goal is to obtain income in the form of dividends or capital gains. This research aims to determine the influence of Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Earnings Per Share, and Net Profit Margin on changes in stock prices in construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study consists of 12 construction companies that have been continuously listed for 7 consecutive years during the period 2016-2022 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used are secondary data obtained through purposive sampling. The data analysis method in this research involves hypotheses. The results of this study show that Return On Asset and Return On Equity have a partially negative and insignificant effect on changes in the stock prices of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, Earnings Per Share and Net Profit Margin have a partially positive and significant effect on changes in the stock prices of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The cross-sectional data of nineteen G20 countries during the analysis period of 2015-2021 was analyzed using panel data regression. This study finds that work force participation rate positively and significantly influences economic growth and that human capital also can enhance economic growth although insignificantly, However, government expenditure on education has positive and significant results on economic growth. These findings contribute to literatures that discuss factors affecting economic growth at the global level. They can also be used as considerations for promoting policies that reduce participation obstacles, such as discrimination, education disparity, and socioeconomic factors. The member countries of G20 can implement policies that support equal access for employment, relevant skill development, and inclusive policies for marginal and vulnerable groups.

As a Province with the highest number of poor-population, East Java was also recognized as a top province in poverty alleviation in 2021 and 2022, Although there are still differences in the levels of poverty among various districts and cities. However, East Java was also ranked as the third province with the highest regional income and holds significant authority in optimizing its local resources, evident from the role of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in total regional income. Examining regional income, there is no research involving Other Legitimate Revenue as one of the components in poverty alleviation. Therefore, this study aims to explore the role of regional income in poverty alleviation, specifically considering the optimization of fiscal decentralization authority and regional income. Additionally, the research investigates the role of relative poverty in addressing disparities in poverty levels. Utilizing a quantitative research approach with the One Least Square Data Cross Section method, the study indicates that Regional Original Revenue, Transfer Funds, and Overall Regional Income are determinants influencing poverty, while Other Legitimate Revenue does not play a significant role. The conditions of poverty disparity and its alleviation can be addressed through a focus on the quality of education and health as aspects of relative poverty.

This research was conducted with the aim of applying the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) in measuring the effectiveness of measuring the Poverty Line (GK) approach in Indonesia. Then, this research provides an outline of the advantages and disadvantages of poverty measurement in Indonesia and analyzes the effectiveness of poverty measurement by applying the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI). This research examines the issue of poverty in developing countries, particularly in Indonesia, with a focus on understanding the phenomenon of poverty and the influence of determinant variables on the level, depth, and severity of poverty. The study will use panel data regression to identify determinants of poverty. The results of the research indicate that the level of poverty, the poverty depth index, and the severity of poverty have different determinants. Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) and Human Development Index (IPM) have a negative effect on overall poverty, suggesting that efforts to reduce poverty would be effective by increasing PDRB and IPM. On the other hand, Total Population and Inflation have a positive impact on the poverty index. Therefore, policies focused on reducing unemployment and maintaining inflation rates would be essential in efforts to reduce poverty. In conclusion, the findings suggest that addressing specific determinants is crucial in developing targeted policies for poverty reduction.

The data type used is secondary data in the form of panel data covering 33 Districts/Cities of North Sumatra Province from 2017- 2022. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis with dummy variables assisted by e-Views10 software. The results of the study showed that economic growth and the Covid-19 pandemic had no significant effect, while education had a negative and significant effect, and unemployment had a positive and significant effect on the poverty level in the district/city of North Sumatra in 2017-2022. Flypaper Effect is a situation where the expenditure of a region tends to be more responsive to transfer funds than its own regional income. The purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the flypaper effect, and to determine whether regional expenditure can act as a mediating variable between income and economic growth. By conducting a comparative study between cities and regencies in North Sumatra Province in 2011-2019, by applying path analysis. The results of the study show that in these cities and regencies there was a flypaper effect and regional expenditure was unable to mediate own regional income to economic growth. Therefore, to achieve fiscal autonomy and financial independence, it is necessary to minimize the flypaper effect and determine the allocation of regional expenditure effectively.
