Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of tax education, tax knowledge, and tax audit on tax compliance, with religiosity as a moderator in the Office of Tax Service Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire of 400 respondents Taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Tiga. The results of this study indicate that tax education, tax knowledge, and tax audit significantly influence tax compliance, while religiosity has no significant effect on tax compliance, but the interaction between religiosity and tax education and interaction of religiosity and tax knowledge have a significant effect on tax compliance.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine of causal brand awareness, brand association, brand extension,perceived quality to customer satisfaction through brand preference Sindo Media (MNC Group). The type of research is quantity research. The population of research is advertiser, the sample was taken purposive sampling. The sample are collected from advertiser in goverment category (Ministy, Local Government and BUMN), the number of sample was 120 people. The data analysis technique used the SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result showed : Brand awareness, brand assosiate, brand extension, perceived quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand awareness, brand association, brand extension and perceived quality was high and will be impact for brand preference. Brand preference of Sindo Media was high, it was customer satisfaction of advertise will be increase. This research showed that brand extension has direct influence to customer satisfaction (31%), it was higher than other variable independent. These assumption, brand extension contribute (0.9%) to brand preference is less than other variabel independent. Brand extensions built inconsistently and confusing advertisers will impact upon the brand preference chosen.

Abstract

Principal problems in this research is the influence of depreciation of fixed assets, depreciation of fixed assets moderated by post-employment benefits, allowance for doubtful accounts and allowance for doubtful accounts that are moderated by post-employment benefits on taxable income. This research method uses quantitative approach by using several banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015 as research material and take as many as 30 (thirty) population and 12 (twelve) samples to be used as research material. The results of this study indicate a significant effect of Depreciation of Property Assets on Taxable Income, but after the fixed assets Depreciation variable is moderated by Post-Employment Rewards to have no effect on Taxable Income. While the variable Loss of Accounts Receivable does not show any effect on Taxable Income but after moderated by Post-Employment Reward variable it has a significant effect on Taxable Income. PostEmployment Benefits Variables, Depreciation of Fixed Assets and Loss of Receivables are included in the Temporary Different category in the fiscal correction and is one of the causes of the difference between the results of the calculation of Taxable Income between the Directorate General of Taxes and the Taxpayers to determine the Taxable Income for taxpayers .

Abstract

In almost all existing companies, especially companies engaged in financial services, employees is an important asset that must be maintained because they rely on the performance level of employees in the company, then the company is required to be able to optimize the performance of its employees. Motivation, job satisfaction, work status and organizational commitment at this critical time in managing employees to be more productive. This study addressed the problem of how much influence employee motivation on employee performance ?, How much influence job satisfaction on employee performance ?, how much influence the employment status of the employee's performance? Is organizational commitment mediate the relationship between motivational influence on employee performance? Is organizational commitment mediate the relationship between job satisfaction influence on employee performance? Is organizational commitment mediate the relationship between employment status influence on employee performance? The method used is descriptive and explanative, engineering data collection is done by giving questionaire to 100 employees in the business team and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart PLS. Abstract

In the framework of the development of Small and Medium Industry (IKM) footwear industry that produces footwear and footwear daily needs as one of the potential impacts of local income support in Cikupa Tangerang District one of the eight provinces of Banten is part of this research. This study aims to find out about the design of IKM industry development strategy of footwear industry with competitiveness analysis and productivity. In an effort to develop SME industry sector footwear with SWOT analysis to get strategy. The relationship analysis used in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 2.0 software. The sample in this research is the perpetrators of IKM Shoes located in Kecamatan Cikupa Tangerang Regency amounting to 54 IKM produce footwear. Based on the results of smart PLS 2.0 is known that competitiveness significantly affects the development of SMEs in the footwear industry sector in the district of Tangerang. The relationship of competitiveness with productivity has a very significant relationship closely, whereas in the theory of diamond porter (1999) between factor conditions, demand conditions, related industry strategies, related industries and supporters, the role of government and opportunity factor is one that shows that no significant influence to the competitiveness of supporting industries with t-table values below <1.96. For factors that greatly affect competitiveness in industrial development is on the role of government. Thus expected under the role of government in Tangerang Regency in industrial development must be maintained and developed in support of industrial development programs, especially in IKM footwear industry sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the individual tendency as subordinate in creating budgetary slack, which yields a higher budget recommendation than the initial budget estimate when subordinates are faced with the pressure of adherence from superior superior. In addition, this study also examines how subordinate tendencies that have high moral equity or low moral equity in generating budgets when subordinates are confronted with the pressure of obedience from superiors. The population of this study is subordinate in universities in Banten Province. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the number of samples that meet the criteria as many as 91 respondents. Questionnaires were tested with reliability test and validity test, then tested classical assumptions include normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Then the hypothesis test is done by simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that all the variables are reliable and valid and meet the classical assumption test. The result of the hypothesis analysis shows that the pressure of obedience affects budgetary slack and there is no interaction between obedience pressure and moral equity to budgetary slack.

Abstract

Human resources is a matter of great concern in every organization, this study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, leadership to Discipline work with Organizational Justice as intervening variables, research conducted on the Secretariat of the District Kab.Serang, with a sample of 125 Employees, in the analysis using the SEM method, the results show that organizational culture has no positive effect on the discipline of work , Leadership positively affects work discipline and organizational justice as intervening variable .
