Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate culture, mutation towards employess’s performance trhough organizational commitmen with motivation as a moderating variable. The population of this research is 450 people with the level manager until senior manager in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples of the population was 212 people taken using clutering purposive sampling technique. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS 7.0 program. In this study, the results showed that the variables of corporate culture, mutation have positive and significant influences towards employess’s performance trhough organizational commitmen. The role of motivation can moderate the employee’s performance, meanwhile the variabel of mutation have unsignificant influence toward employee’s performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ease of learning and the quality of information technology through ease of use and end user trust in applications on the performance of end users with end user satisfaction as a moderator variable. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of samples from the population were 245 people taken using nonprobability sampling techniques. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the LISREL program. This research results in the ease of learning variables and the quality of information technology through ease of use and end user trust in applications have a positive and significant effect on end user performance, and the role of end user satisfaction in moderating end user performance, while the ease of learning variable directly influences no significant effect on end user trust in the application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance, work environment, and employee engagement on job satisfaction and mental health as a moderator variable. The population of this research was the millennial generation of Finance directorate employees in PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero). The number of the respodent was 71 people. The statistical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS program. In this study, the results show that the variables of the work environment have positive and significant influences on employee engagement, even work life balance has no influence on employee engagement. Variables of work life balance, work environment, and employee engagement have positive and significant influences on job satisfaction. Mental health as a moderator variable has positive and significant influences to encourage work environment on employee engagement, even has no influences to encourage work life balance on employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality of Work Life and work motivation moderated by change management on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement as an intervening variable. This type of research in this research is causality research with a quantitative method approach. The population in this study is the number of operational employees working at AOCC Branch Office of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) who have had a minimum working period of 2 (two) years while the sample taken was 101 people. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis with PLS. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Quality of Work Life influences Work Engagement; (2) Quality of Work Life has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (3) Work Motivation influences Work Engagement; (4) Work Motivation has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (5) Work Engagement has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior; (6) Quality of Work Life does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Work Engagement; (7) Work Motivation does not have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Work Engagement; (8) Change Management to influence the effect of Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The increase in shareholder wealth influenced by accounting measures that indicate the company's financial condition. Some financial ratios that are used as indicators of shareholder's wealth, among others: leverage, (DER), profitability (ROE) and dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio / DPR). In construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, within 5 years of observation, namely 2014-2018, showed Return to Equity, Debt to equity ratio had a positive effect on shareholder's wealth, while Dividend payout ratio had no effect. The return to equity ratio has a positive effect on the dividend payout ratio while the Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on strategies to increase shareholder's wealth through the optimization of fundamental financial performance such as DER, ROE, with dividend payout ratios that are proportional to revenue.

Abstract

This study examine the phenomenon of the influence of Advocacy Performance carried out by Legal Officer of PT AP I in carrying out Legal Advocacy in its company. The purpose of this study are to analyze the influence of Organizational Structure, Leadership, and Motivation on Advocacy Performance. This study uses quantitative methods because this study meets the elements of a particular population or sample, the existence of data collection activities using research instruments, with the aim of the research is to test the hypotheses that have been set. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Structure and Leadership have a significant influence on Advocacy Performance, coupled with the existence of Motivation as an intermediary which provides a significant increase in Advocacy Performance at PT AP I.
