Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, zakah literacy, and income on generation z's decision to make digital payments for Zakah, Infaq, and Sedekah (ZIS). The research method employed in this study is quantitative primary data with 412 respondents representing generation z in Indonesia. The model used in this research employs logistic regression analysis for data processing and analysis. The results indicate that only two factors play a significant role: perceived ease of use and zakah literacy as determinants influencing generation z's decision toward digital ZIS payment services in Indonesia. This research underscores the importance of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, zakah literacy, and income in influencing generation z's decisions regarding digital ZIS payments. The findings of this study are expected to enhance institutions' strategies for optimizing ZIS collection and improving generation z's perception of digital ZIS payments.

Abstract

The Law 33/2014 about Halal Product Assurance has made significant changes to industry in Indonesia. Initially, the requirements for halal certified products were voluntary, it become mandatory in accordance with article 4 of the Law. The implication is Products that enter, circulate, and traded in the territory of Indonesia must Halal certified. The Indonesian regulator about halal is Halal Product Assurance Body or known as BPJPH. Many incidents occurred regarding halal product guarantees in Indonesia before the existence of BPJPH which one is non-transparency. This research adopting a literature review. The results of the research are need to be mitigated holistically. Through the authorities possessed by the government, it is able to provide policies that are in favor of MSEs, for example providing free halal certificates through self declare. In addition, the government also have the power to provide solutions to the existing problems such as the extortion by organizations to the lawful abroad by granting temporary status. There is no doubt that the government can implementing halal Indonesia for world community

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of agricultural zakat in Puter village, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency. The aim of this research is to expand farmers' knowledge about agricultural zakat. The research method used is qualitative research by collecting data through observation and interviews with farmers, both owners and tenants in Puter village. The results of this research indicate that the knowledge of farmers in Puter Village about agricultural zakat is still low and the implementation of agricultural zakat has not been carried out.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) are village autonomous institutions managed by the community and village government to empower the community and strengthen the village economy. BUM Desa Rejeki Barokah is an institution in the village social and economic sector as a provider of village community services in the form of waste management and educational tourism in Sumbergondo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The aim of this research is to determine the role of BUM Desa in improving the economy and empowering its community. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection through interviews with key informants and research informants, as well as through documentation of the results of Village BUM management. This research shows that the existence of BUM Desa improves the Village economy in the form of getting jobs as well as increasing the income of the people who are workers in each business unit and who are suppliers of raw materials in the business unit as well as the people who are customers in the Waste Bank business unit. Apart from that, the existence of BUM Desa is aimed at empowering village communities in the form of village communities being involved from establishment, implementation to reporting. Apart from that, BUM Desa collaborates with businesses and MSMEs owned by the community.

Abstract

This research aims to identify factors that influence the millennial generation in purchasing Sharia Home Ownership Credit (KPR) at BSI Malang. In this research, the variables analyzed include income level, religiosity, price, and giving procedures. This research used a questionnaire with 190 millennial generation respondents, using logistic analysis with the help of STATA software which stated that income level, religiosity, and granting procedures were declared significant on the purchase of Sharia Home Ownership Credit (KPR), while the price variable had no significant effect on the purchase of Sharia KPR. In addition, this research can help banks design marketing and financing strategies for Sharia Home Ownership Credit (KPR) that are more effective in attracting the millennial generation as potential customers. Theoretically, this research contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior and purchasing decisions, especially in the context of purchasing Sharia mortgages by the millennial generation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of waqf literacy on the productive waqf interest of Muslim communities in Malang City, as well as to explore the role of control variables such as gender, age, and income in this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling to select a sample of 100 respondents from the Muslim community in Malang City. Data were collected through questionnaires focusing on measuring waqf literacy and productive waqf interest. Data analysis involved simple regression to test the relationship between waqf literacy and productive waqf interest, and hypothesis testing to examine the significance of control variables. The results indicate that waqf literacy significantly influences productive waqf interest (β = 0.295, p < 0.001). Control variables, such as gender dan income also affect productive waqf interest, with males showing higher interest compared to females. Meanwhile, Age did not significantly influence productive waqf interest in this study. This study provides valuable insights into the factors influencing community participation in productive waqf, with practical implications for the development of inclusive education and socialization programs tailored to the needs of the Muslim community in Malang City.

Abstract

State laws that regulate financing administration costs include Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives Number 12/Per/M.KUKM/IX/2015 and Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 29 of 2014. Islamic law refers to the Qur'an and the fatwa of the DSN MUI. BMT generally applies a percentage and can be usury because it does not reflect real administration costs, so it is necessary to review the determination of the nominal so that it is more in accordance with Islamic law. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the application of sharia administration costs in the BMT Sarana Wiraswasta Muslim Sharia Cooperative. The study was conducted using a qualitative case study method through interviews with informants. The results of the study showed that the cooperative made a breakdown of administration costs so that it reflects the real expenses needed by considering the guarantee, in accordance with the provisions of both Islamic law and state law. This study provides suggestions for the Cooperative to clearly clarify the details of its administration costs so that members become more aware of the importance of maintaining sharia in their transactions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence that occurs partially on the social environment (X1) and religiosity (X2) on the decision to choose sharia banking (Y) in the people of Lumajang Regency using quantitative methods with the research tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collected is primary data. This research uses a Likert scale questionnaire instrument. A total of 120 respondents were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The results show that both the social environment and religiosity each have a partial positive effect on the decision to use sharia banking. From the results obtained, the advice that the author can give is that sharia banking in Lumajang Regency is expected to be able to continue to optimize, improve and improve products and services in accordance with the principles and teachings of the Islamic religion so that sharia banking which is in line with the local values of the Lumajang community can continue experience good development in the future.

Abstract

The Zakat, Infaq, Alms Fund (ZIS) functions to channel funds to community groups who are unable or mustahik in community empowerment or are only given consumptive funds for direct consumption. ZIS funds can also be channeled for educational costs in the form of scholarships for poor people. This research aims to determine community empowerment through the tahfidz house program at LAZNAS PPPA Daarul Qur'an Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research is an activity that requires conducting a survey in the field to identify information and conditions carried out there. For this reason, the appropriate approach is qualitative because it can reveal various information with careful and meaningful description-analysis, providing complex details about phenomena that are difficult to express. the tahfidz house program at LAZNAS PPPA Daarul Qur'an Malang makes a significant contribution to community empowerment, especially in the field of education.

Abstract

The collection of zakat in Indonesia has significantly increased from 2020 to 2022, but it has not yet met the expected targets. This study identifies the factors influencing muzakki decisions in paying zakat at the Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) Sahabat Mustahiq in Kediri City, namely advertising, social media activities, word of mouth, and service. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. Primary data was collected from 112 active muzakki respondents selected randomly and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS. The findings show that advertising, social media activities, word of mouth, and service significantly influence muzakki decisions in paying zakat. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of communication strategies and service quality in maximizing zakat potential. The implication of this research is that increasing public awareness about zakat and its management can support government programs in reducing poverty. This study contributes to understanding muzakki behavior and can be used as a reference for LAZ in optimizing zakat collection through effective marketing strategies.               Kata Kunci : Keputusan Muzakki; Zakat; Iklan; Media Sosial; Word of Mouth; Pelayanan
