Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor potensial untuk dikembangkan dengan tujuan akhir pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara. Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor unggulan dan potensial di wilayah Asia Tenggara yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya berbagai strategi dengan tujuan meningkatkan angka pariwisata. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk melihat bagaimana perngaruh sector pariwisata terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara Asia Tenggara Maritim. Data yang digunakan berbentuk panel sehingga metodologi penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel jumlah wisatawan asing dan penerimaan pariwisata memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan variabel nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.Kata kunci: pertumbuhan ekonomi, pariwisata, wisatawan, penerimaan, nilai tukar, data panel

Abstract

The National Health Insurance Program is a government program whose purpose is to offer everyone the certainty of comprehensive health insurance and support the Indonesian people to live healthy, productive and prosperous lives. JKN must be able to provide comprehensive services and provide health financing based on equity to create cross-responsibility support between the population and the region.The method used in the preparation of this article is Literature Review, Based on the results of the study shows that health insurance in the form of Askeskin has succeeded in reaching the poor and National Health Insurance which has proven effective in several cities in Indonesia and social health insurance or Social Health Insurance (JKN) is needed. Because social health insurance provides comprehensive benefits with affordable premiums. provides a positive impact on society, including in East Kalimantan Province. Meanwhile, to observe a positive impact on the subsidized and dues group, the greater effect on the dues group shows the potential for adverse selection effects among the many affluent populations.

Abstract

Indicators of patient satisfaction in providing quality health services are measured based on the main dimensions of quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible. The five aspects of the quality dimension have not been applied to hospital inpatients, this is shown from data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2018 that 60% of hospitals in Indonesia have not met the needs of efficient services and have not implemented acceptable and affordable service standards. The research method used in this research is a literature review study, by collecting several articles using online search sources through Google Scholar and journal databases, such as PubMed, Elsevier, and DOAJ. The results of the literature review of 8 articles show that private hospitals almost entirely perform better than public hospitals in all five dimensions, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. However, the assessment also depends on the public and private hospitals where the researcher conducted the study. These dimensions of service quality are considered very important for healthcare facilities to improve patient satisfaction and provide optimal care in both public and private hospitals.

Abstract

Pre-operative management is one of the stages that must be carried out by an anesthesiologist, this is the initial stage that is carried out which determines whether the patient will be operated on, whether he can carry out the operation or not. Labiopalatoschizis or cleft lip is a congenital condition characterized by a gap in the lip accompanied or without a gap in the oral cavity (pallatum). Knowledge of pre-operative procedures is still often ignored by some patients, especially instructions for fasting and knowledge of labiopalaoschizis is still lacking in the community, especially regarding causes, complications, etc. The purpose of this education is to provide more knowledge about the importance of following instructions before starting surgery, and to provide a general explanation regarding labiopalatoschizis. The implementation method used is counseling for parents/guardians of children who will have surgery, followed by a question and answer session. The results found that 70% of the public did not understand the importance of pre-operative measures and regarding labiopalatoschizis.

Abstract

Hospital quality must be improved for the benefit of patients because the main task of a hospital or health care facility is to provide medical services to patients. The laboratory is part of the medical service that provides services such as making a diagnosis, providing treatment, monitoring the results of treatment, and establishing a patient's diagnosis. This article was prepared using the literature review method by outlining the contents of the research results that already existed and in accordance with the topic of discussion regarding the analysis of the application of lean six sigma in increasing the effectiveness of hospital laboratories with the lean method using Google Scholar, Emerald, and Pubmed with the keywords lean six sigma, laboratory, and hospital or lean six sigma, laboratory, and hospital. Based on the results of the literature review, it was found that the activities carried out in the laboratory still show activities that do not generate added value or waste. This is because the technique for handling examination specimens sent from inpatients and the emergency room has not been effective, and the mechanism for handing over specimens between health workers has not been effective. Research (Ibrahim et al., 2022) shows the implementation of lean six sigma can improve the timeliness of inpatients for routine CBC tests in the laboratory and minimize patient dissatisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. The profession of Muslims is growing, one of which is eSports, but this income zakat is a new case in Islamic Law. Because there are no strict rules from the Quran and Hadith. Regarding this issue, there is a problem of differences of opinion between the MUI Fatwa and Yusuf Al-Qaradhawi regarding income zakat. The purpose of this study is to find out the similarities and differences in income zakat from the two opinions of ijtihad used the similarities and differences from the two views implemented in the payment of income zakat by eSports players. This research method uses a qualitative approach using comparative studies. The type of writing of literature studies and primary data sources is interviews and secondary data obtained from journals, etc. As a result, the similarities are in the level of zakat, the difference between nishab and haul. The equation of ijtihad uses the bayani method using QS. Al-Baqarah verse 267. The difference is in qiyas, where Yusuf Qaradhawi uses Qiyas Syabah and uses a combination of intiqa'i and insya'i, and the MUI Fatwa uses intiqa'i. For eSports players, it is included in income zakat and there is no element that prohibits it, those who have the right to issue zakat are RF and ECP, for RHW and FG it is not zakat because it has not reached its nishab. Abstrak. Profesi umat Muslim yang berkembang, salah satunya adalah eSports, namun zakat penghasilan ini merupakan kasus baru dalam Hukum Islam. Sebab tidak ada aturan yang tegas dari Quran dan Hadis. Mengenai masalah ini terdapat permasalahan adanya perbedaan pandangan antara Fatwa MUI dan Yusuf Al-Qaradhawi mengenai zakat penghasilan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan zakat penghasilan dari kedua pendapat daan ijtihad yang digunakan persamaan dan perbedaanya dari kedua pandangan yang diimplementasikan pada pembayaran zakat penghasilan oleh pemain eSports. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi komparatif. Jenis penulisan studi pustaka dan sumber data primer yaitu wawancara dan sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal,dll. Hasilnya persamaannya ada pada kadar zakat, perbedaan nishab dan haul. Persamaan ijtihadnya menggunakan metode bayani dengan menggunakan QS. Al-Baqarah ayat 267. Perbedaan pada qiyas, dimana Yusuf Qaradhawi menggunakan Qiyas Syabah dan memakai gabungan intiqa’i dan insya’i, dan Fatwa MUI mengggunakan intiqa’i. Untuk pemain eSports termasuk dalam zakat penghasilan dan tidak ada unsur yang mengharamkanya, yang berhak mengeluarkan zakat adalah RF dan ECP, untuk RHW dan FG tidak zakat karena belum mencapai nishabnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak melalui model pembelajaran BCCT di RA Ulumul Qur’an Medan Kota tahun ajaran 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), model yang digunakan adalah model Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan difokuskan pada kegiatan peningkatan kemampuan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun. Dengan jumlah 16 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 7 anak perempuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan sosial anak khususnya berinteraksi, menyesuaikan diri, berperilaku baik dan bekerja sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, masing-masingsiklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Populasi Penelitian adalah murid RA Ulumul Qur’an dengan jumlah 16 murid. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian setelah diberikan tindakan I yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Beyond Center And Circle Time dari 16 anak yang diteliti terdapat 5 anak mencapai kriteria belum berkembang, 9 anak mencapai kriteria mulai berkembang dan 2 anak berkembang sesuai harapan. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan secara signifikan, diperoleh dari 16 anak terdapat 2 anak telah mencapai kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan (12,5%) dan 14 anak mencapai kriteria berkembang sangat baik (87,5%). Maka dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Beyond Center And Circle Time dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak usia dini di RA Ulumul Qur’an Medan Kota.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence that occurs partially on the social environment (X1) and religiosity (X2) on the decision to choose sharia banking (Y) in the people of Lumajang Regency using quantitative methods with the research tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collected is primary data. This research uses a Likert scale questionnaire instrument. A total of 120 respondents were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The results show that both the social environment and religiosity each have a partial positive effect on the decision to use sharia banking. From the results obtained, the advice that the author can give is that sharia banking in Lumajang Regency is expected to be able to continue to optimize, improve and improve products and services in accordance with the principles and teachings of the Islamic religion so that sharia banking which is in line with the local values of the Lumajang community can continue experience good development in the future.

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan merupakan indikator penting bagi rumah sakit sebagai alat untuk mengukur kualitas dan keberhasilan pelayanan melalui kepuasan pasien. Pelayanan rawat jalan menjadi salah satu pelayanan yang ada di rumah sakit dimana pasien melewati serangkaian observasi untuk menentukan diagnosis sehingga bisa dilakukan upaya rehabilitatif tanpa perlu dirawat di tempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh dari mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan. Data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari jurnal terdahulu dalam rentang waktu 5 tahun terakhir. Sumber yang diambil tidak hanya berasal dari jurnal nasional, tetapi juga jurnal internasional dengan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris yang kemudian disaring sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu.. Berdasarkan hasil dari 8 jurnal yang dianalisis, terdapat beberapa indikator mutu pelayanan yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pasien, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, serta bukti fisik. Hasil analisis jurnal dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas mutu pelayanan rumah sakit terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan. Semakin baik kualitas mutu pelayanannya, maka akan semakin baik pula respon yang diberikan pasien terhadap pelayanan rumah sakit. Salah satu dampak positif dari hal ini yaitu berupa loyalitas pasien untuk selalu berobat ke rumah sakit yang sama karena kualitas mutu yang baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of mimetic and subaltern forms carried out by the ruling class against the ruling class in the colonial setting of the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala. The main source of this research material is the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala which was published in 2019 and owned by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, a Jakarta-based company. The research data covers the origins of the novel in a postcolonial framework, social structure, epistemology, and the study of human behavior. The data of this study are qualitative, and descriptive statistics are used as a methodology. Documentation serves as a tool for collecting data in research. The findings of this study show that the magical realism depicted in the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala has implications for various aspects of social organization, knowledge, and consciousness. Second. Ratih Kumala's novel Gadis Kretek depicts various categories of subalterns, such as those that arise from their interactions with oppressors and elite-subalterns.
