Abstract

Information systems in technology are now familiar to the public so that they have become the most important aspect of people's lives. The satisfaction felt by the community is very influential on the information system because it can trigger people to accept an information system that is used. This study was conducted to determine the public's assessment of the information system by providing a questionnaire to the community so that the public can assess how the information system is and will be analyzed using the TAM method. In the TAM method, the variables to be used consist of perceived easy of use with a percentage of 96.5% and perceived usefulness of 93%, actual use presentation of 96%, attitude toward using percentage of 94%. By showing that the people of Patumbak are satisfied with the SALAK DELI application.

Abstract

Docucenter 235 is one of the products from Xerox Corporation that has the advantage of being able to perform many functions. Docucenter 235 can do photocopying, printing, scanning, i-fax, walk up fax, and network fax. According to PT Astragraphia, Tbk as a distributor of this machine in Indonesia has sold more than 3000 units. The need to reproduce documents is very important, therefore the role of docucenter 235 is needed. Docucenter 235 is a photocopier made by Xerox Corporation, but once there are problems such as troubleshooting which results in the results of copying being less than optimal and the processing time becomes slower. The Certainty Factor method is a method in expert systems that is suitable for knowing the certainty or lack of possibility in measuring something, for example, diagnosing diseases and damage. In one calculation, this method can only process 2 data. Therefore, the accuracy of the calculation data with this method can be maintained. This is the reason the author chose to use the Certainty Factor method rather than other methods in this research. The purpose of this study is to detect damage to the docucenter 235 machine that requires trobelshoot or damage. The results of the implementation of the built expert issued output results based on the calculation of the Certainty factor method on damage detection has a percentage of 85% confidence level.

Abstract

Health is one of the most important cores of life. Skin is the outer layer that covers the body. However, skin diseases often occur in unhealthy skin. Unhealthy skin can easily become infected with viruses. Especially the shingles virus (Herpes Zoster). The shingles virus does not depend on age, anyone can be infected with shingles (Herpes Zoster). Snake pox is very dangerous. Technology, which is developing so rapidly at the moment, is widely used in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Expert systems try to find satisfactory solutions as an expert would. Such as providing an explanation of the steps that must be taken and providing reasons for the suggestions and conclusions found. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to create an expert system that can help the public in diagnosing smallpox, including shingles. In this research, the Certainty Factor method and Bayes' Theorem method were used for comparison and the accuracy of each method was later analyzed. The system will track every symptom experienced by the patient. And then the system will match the existing rules. The expert system that is built is expected to speed up the results of diagnosing the type of disease suffered by the patient. So it can provide fast diagnostic results and appropriate treatment.

Abstract

In the rapid development of technology, a data storage medium has become an obligation that must be owned by every human being who is always in contact with computers, be it internal data storage or external data storage. Similarly, a database has become a basic need for every individual or organization to carry out a computerized activity. A database is a collection of text data that forms a file that is interconnected in a certain way to form new data or new information. From these problems, a technique was found in order to solve all the problems found previously. The technique is called the compression technique. is the process of converting the original (raw) data into another data stream with a different format that has a smaller size or the process of converting a set of data into code form with the aim of saving storage space. In this case the author uses in compression is the Gopala-Hemachandra Code 2 (GH-2(n)) algorithm for file record compression. So from this research will be obtained what percentage of the data before the compression process is done with the one that has been decompressed. So that users can also save more storage space without losing information, besides that the time used in the transmission process will be less.

Abstract

Fast, precise, clear and accurate information flow is one of the main needs in modern society. On a company or institution scale with a fairly large scale, information flow is very much needed in carrying out their business activities. Good, fast and accurate information flow will greatly support users in making decisions. In addition, good information flow is also needed by companies or institutions in presenting accurate information to parties related to the business activities of the company or institution. Increasingly, the need for fast and easy access to information is increasingly needed. The existence of internet network service assistance makes access or information easier and can be accessed anywhere, even by many users at once. Ease of access to information or checking the delivery of goods is a problem that arises at PT. Batang Toru Jaya Raya Tour and Travel. Information or tracking the position of the delivery of goods or other interested parties can only be accessed manually, namely by using a telephone which takes a long time to access information or tracking the position of the delivery of goods. If this delivery of goods can be made web-based, it will be easy for customers regarding the ease of access. This Final Assignment Report aims to overcome the rigidity of the goods delivery information system at PT. Batang Toru Jaya Raya Tour and Travel. Through this Final Assignment Report, the author intends to propose the creation of a web-based information system for goods delivery. With this information system, it is hoped that the delivery of goods will be more organized so that it will simplify the work method and increase the efficiency of services by PT. Batang Toru Jaya Raya Tour and Travel. The method used to design the information system in this report is determining the needs of the system to be built, analyzing the ongoing goods delivery process, designing a new computerized system, creating a system/programming, and finally testing the system that has been created. The program produced in this system is a web-based goods delivery information system using PHP programming and MySQL database and supported by unifield modeling language (UML) modeling.
