Abstract

This study aims to analyze the product development strategies employed by the manufacturing industry in Cikarang. Through a qualitative research approach, data were collected from several manufacturing companies in the area using in-depth interviews and observations. The findings highlight a variety of strategies being utilized, with a primary focus on meeting consumer needs. Specifically, there is a tendency to employ derivative product development strategies, supported by directives from top management. However, the greatest challenge in producing innovative products that differ radically lies in requiring significant investment in research and development, as well as creating a conducive organizational environment. This study provides valuable insights for the manufacturing industry in Cikarang and encourages further research to involve companies in a broader region as well as to deepen understanding of product development strategies in the service industry.

Abstract

This study aims to test the ease of use for purchase decisions through purchase intent as an intervention. In this study , it was analyzed using a statistical approach and the SEM PLS system model version 4. PLS analysis will be used to determine the best model in the calculation of the Buying Interest index using shopee. The method used in collecting data is the probability sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to UPB students for the 2023-2024 batch in the form of a google form. To analyze the data, the PLS-SEM method was used with the help of SMARTPLS-4 software. PLS analysis has seven stages, namely: (1) development of theoretical models, (2) development of path diagrams, (3) conversion of path diagrams to structural equations, (4) selection of input matrices and estimation types, (5) identification of models, (6) assessment of goodness of fit criteria, (7) interpretation of results. The findings of the structural model have three hypotheses that are declared supported. The results of the study prove that there is a positive influence of ease of use on buying interest, there is a positive influence of buying interest on purchase decisions and there is a positive influence of ease of use on purchase decisions through purchase intention as mediation.

Abstract

Economic cooperation between Indonesia and Singapore continues to be strengthened through various initiatives, focusing on developing SEZ and KEK areas, as well as cooperation in the digital economy. Singapore excels in electronic products, telecommunications, medicines and chemicals. while Indonesia has advantages in petroleum products, gas, food processing and other sectors. It is hoped that investment and technological development will continue to increase the advantages of both countries in the long term. Bilateral cooperation is expected to strengthen trade and investment between Indonesia and Singapore, which has made a major contribution to economic progress and regional development in both countries. Close relations in various economic sectors, including infrastructure, knowledge and technology exchange, and the agricultural sector, continue to be strengthened to advance economic growth and regional development in both countries.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the strategy of Increasing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research design uses qualitative descriptive, data collection by observation methods, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data collected from the informants is deliberately determined according to the needs (purposive sampling), the results relevant to the problem being researched are analyzed qualitatively through the process of data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this study is to know, describe and analyze the implementation of strategies in increasing SME sales and their supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with a focus on the problems are (1) Implementation of strategies in increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. UKM) in Bekasi Regency, and (2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The result of this study is that the implementation of the strategy has not gone well due to the dynamic real conditions of the field, so it requires flexible strategic management with supporting and inhibiting factors internally and externally. The advice given is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. UKM ) Bekasi Regency must be more active in improving and developing businesses

Abstract

The capital market has an important role in a country's economy through economic functions and financial functions. The function of the economy is because of the market that brings together the capital provider and the party that needs funds. The function of finance is because the capital market provides expectations or expectations of obtaining returns for the investor according to the type of investment taken. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on Stock Prices in the telecommunications sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2022. This study uses quantitative secondary data, analyzed using multiple linear regression. The data used in this study uses the financial ratios Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, and Price Earning Ratio and Stock Price in the telecommunications sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2022. The sampling method in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a type of purposive sampling. The results of this study show that the variables Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio have an effect on the Stock Price, while the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has no effect on the Stock Price. The variable that has the most dominant influence on stock prices is the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable.
