Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital technology in building social awareness and encouraging collective action among the younger generation. The main focus of the study is to identify how social media and digital platforms shape critical attitudes and empathy, and to explore various forms of social participation mediated by digital technology. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by collecting and analyzing various related literature from relevant journals, books, and articles to obtain a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon. The results of the study show that digital technology plays a significant role as a source of information and an effective mobilization tool, facilitating digital campaigns, online petitions, and fundraising that strengthen social solidarity. However, the study also reveals various challenges such as the spread of disinformation, the effects of algorithms, and the phenomenon of slacktivism that can hinder the effectiveness of technology in social change. An important implication of this study is the need to improve digital literacy and develop inclusive digital platforms as a strategy to empower the younger generation in fighting for social issues responsibly and sustainably

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages startups to look for efficient solutions in data management. One technology that is widely adopted is cloud computing, as it offers flexibility, cost efficiency, and scalability. However, there are not many studies that specifically examine its impact on data efficiency in startups in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze how the use of cloud computing improves operational efficiency and data management in startups, while identifying challenges and best practices in its implementation. The method used is a qualitative case study approach involving several startups using cloud services in Indonesia as the main informants. The results show that cloud adoption has a positive impact on accelerating data access, improving team collaboration, and IT cost efficiency. Cloud also provides added value in terms of data security and scalability. Nevertheless, obstacles such as limited human resources and dependence on service providers are still the main obstacles. In conclusion, cloud computing is proven to be a strategic solution in improving data efficiency in startups, as long as it is balanced with organizational readiness and the right implementation strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning using E-learning platforms in Indonesian higher education institutions, particularly since the increased adoption of technology due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Online learning has become the primary solution for ensuring the continuity of education; however, its effectiveness remains in question. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 students from various universities across Indonesia. The findings indicate that E-learning offers flexibility and time efficiency, but still faces challenges such as limited internet access, lack of direct interaction, online learning fatigue, and uneven digital competence among both lecturers and students. Furthermore, the lack of diverse teaching methods and suboptimal infrastructure support also contribute to the low effectiveness of online learning. The study recommends the need to improve the quality of digital content, provide training for educators, and implement a more adaptive hybrid learning system. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for universities and policymakers in designing more effective and inclusive digital learning strategies in the future.
