Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the educational landscape by enabling personalized learning, automating administrative tasks, and expanding access for diverse student populations. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of current AI applications in education, highlighting intelligent tutoring systems, adaptive learning platforms, and AI-driven accessibility tools. It also explores the evolving role of educators, ethical implications including data privacy and algorithmic bias, and the impact on various educational levels. The study synthesizes global expert opinions and emerging best practices to propose a roadmap for responsible and equitable AI integration in education.

Abstract

Early childhood cognitive development is a crucial process influenced by both internal and external factors, including learning stimulation, parental involvement, and contextual educational approaches. This study emphasizes the effectiveness of scientific, thematic, and play-based learning methods in enhancing logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in children aged 4–6 years. Parents play a vital role as primary educators by providing appropriate educational support at home. Theoretical frameworks from Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky explain the stages of cognitive development and the importance of social interaction. Genetic, environmental, experiential, maturational, and technological factors also contribute significantly to a child’s cognitive growth. Practical methods such as experiments, mind mapping, multisensory approaches, and project-based learning have been proven effective in fostering children’s critical thinking and conceptual understanding. A supportive learning environment at home and school is essential in laying a strong foundation for children’s future academic and social success.

Abstract

Many marriages end in divorce, and issues regarding joint assets often arise between ex-husbands and ex-wives. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The approach method in this research is a normative legal approach. Respondents in the research were the divorce perpetrators and judges at the Klaten Religious Court and the Surakarta District Court. The conclusions in this research are: (1) similarities when filing a lawsuit for joint assets from the Religious Court and the District Court, that the division of joint assets in a marriage is carried out after a divorce decision is made. (2) The difference according to the KHI is based on Article 97, joint assets after divorce are divided equally, each ½ part between the husband and wife is the same. Meanwhile, according to the Civil Code, the division can be carried out based on evidence submitted by the plaintiff and defendant. (3) The basis for the judge's consideration in deciding the case of the division of joint assets according to the KHI is twofold, namely the basis of deliberation and justice.

Abstract

Educational Administration or a process of overall activities working together in the field of Education that includes planning, organizing, directing, reporting, coordinating, supervising, and financing by using or utilizing available facilities both personnel, materials, and spiritual to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. There are several factors that drive the emergence of administration, including: (1) The significant changes in Educational Institutions from small products or small schools with a single teacher to a school (madrasah) that includes a large number of teachers wanting the establishment of a principal or director who is administratively responsible. (2) The expansion of education and the implementation of compulsory education requiring the preparation of students, teachers, and resources for the teaching and learning process. (3) Changes and necessary developments in the nature of teaching, its objectives, and functions, which are no longer about rote memorization aimed at teaching and acquiring limited knowledge and limited methods that only apply in the classroom, but teaching that has changed in nature, goals, and functions. Educational Administration is the entire process of directing and integrating everything, both personal, spiritual, and material, related to achieving the the achievement of educational goals. The general objectives of educational administration in Islamic education are: (1) To facilitate administrative and educational work, making processes easier, (2) To create a spiritual, psychological, and social environment that is implemented according to Islamic faith and morals full of faith and honesty. (3) To enhance the morale or spirit of the members of educational institutions and develop camaraderie among them. (4) To increase the productivity of workers in administrative apparatus or educational institutions, improving quality, methods, and media. (5) To develop a continuous administrative system and media and improve the skills of workers in institutions while continuously enhancing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes. (6) To bring about desired changes in the educational process in all its aspects and help students achieve comprehensive and holistic growth. (7) To connect the educational process with the goals of community development and strengthening the relationship of Educational Institutions with their environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Bitung. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi dari pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Bitung Tengah, Kecamatan Maesa, Kota Bitung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran wajib pajak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan perpajakan. Pelaku UMKM yang memahami kewajiban pajaknya, mengetahui manfaat pajak bagi pembangunan daerah, serta memahami kemudahan fasilitas tarif PPh final 0,5% cenderung patuh dalam melaporkan dan membayar pajak. Namun, kendala masih ditemukan pada kurangnya sosialisasi, rendahnya pemahaman teknis pelaporan, dan persepsi bahwa pajak merupakan beban tambahan. Pemerintah daerah disarankan untuk meningkatkan program edukasi dan pendampingan bagi pelaku UMKM agar kesadaran pajak dapat terinternalisasi dengan baik.
